Background
The leather is animal skin which is obtained by physical and chemical processing such as unhairing, tanning and the like and is denatured and non-perishable. The leather is formed by tightly weaving natural protein fibers in a three-dimensional space, and the surface of the leather is provided with a special grain surface layer which has natural grains and luster and comfortable hand feeling.
However, the purpose of softening is achieved by repeated squeezing through the rolling roller directly during the softening processing of some harder leathers of the prior materials, the rolling is carried out without preheating before the rolling, the leathers before the rolling are relatively stiff and hard, the leathers are difficult to enter the roller, and the leathers are easy to deform, so that the processing of the leathers in the next process is influenced.

(2) When leather is arranged between a first spongy cushion and a second spongy cushion, an air inlet pipe is communicated with steam, the steam is blown to the side wall of the leather from an air inlet hole, the leather between the first spongy cushion and the second spongy cushion is heated by the steam, the leather is softened, and the leather positioned on the outer side of a backup plate is pulled to realize continuous heating of the leather, so that the leather is softened conveniently.

s4, leather is embedded between the press roller and the connecting hopper, the servo motor is powered on, the servo motor can control the gear to rotate, the gear is meshed with the rack, the sliding plate slides in the connecting hopper, and the press roller rolls the heated leather;

When the leather softening device is used, firstly, when harder leather is softened by rolling, the leather is inserted between the top plate 23 and the bottom plate 21 from the feed hopper 3, the leather is further embedded between the first sponge cushion 41 and the second sponge cushion 47 from the opening of the side wall of the backup plate 46, the leather is attached around the first sponge cushion 41 on the side wall of the turntable 44, the leather further penetrates through the second sponge cushion 47 and the outer side of the backup plate 46, the leather extends into the discharge hopper 51 to realize discharge, when the leather is between the first sponge cushion 41 and the second sponge cushion 47, the air inlet pipe 45 is communicated with steam, the steam is blown to the side wall of the leather from the air inlet hole 43, the steam is realized to heat the leather between the first sponge cushion 41 and the second sponge cushion 47, the softening of the leather is realized, and then the leather positioned on the outer side of the backup plate 46 is pulled to realize the continuous heating of the leather, the leather softening is facilitated, the leather processing is facilitated, the rotating disc 44 rotates along with the leather pulling device in the leather pulling process, the leather walking is facilitated, cold water can be injected into the water injection groove 24 when steam heats the leather, the cold water is immersed into the first spongy cushion 41 and the second spongy cushion 47, the leather is prevented from being scalded, and the leather walking is facilitated; then, the leather after the heating and softening is pulled between the two guide posts 52 from the discharge hopper 51, on the one hand, the walking of the leather after the heating is convenient, on the other hand, the protection of the leather is realized, the leather is embedded between the compression roller 64 and the connecting hopper 61, the leather is connected to the next processing procedure, and the servo motor 62 is powered on when the leather passes through the inside of the connecting hopper 61, the servo motor 62 can control the gear 66 to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, because the gear 66 is meshed with the rack 65, the sliding plate 63 is further realized to slide in the inside of the connecting hopper 61, and the compression roller 64 is further realized to roll the leather after the heating.
