In view of the above, referring to fig. 1 or fig. 2, the present invention provides an anti-fingerprint paint, including: the anti-fingerprint finishing paint comprises a primer 1, a finishing paint 2 and ink 3 which are sequentially printed on the surface of a product, wherein the finishing paint 2 contains an anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent, and the finishing paint 2 and the ink 3 are bonded through a mortise structure formed on the surface of the finishing paint 2.
According to the anti-fingerprint paint, the anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent is added into the finish paint 2, so that the paint has the anti-fingerprint and anti-dirt capabilities, the printing ink 3 is printed on the surface of the finish paint 2, and the printing ink is bonded with the finish paint 2 through the mortise and tenon joint structure formed on the surface of the finish paint 2 to form the anti-fingerprint paint. On one hand, the surface of the finish paint 2 is provided with a mortise structure, so that the adhesive force between the ink 3 and the finish paint 2 is improved, and the ink 3 can be better attached to the finish paint 2. On the other hand, as the ink 3 is printed on the finish paint 2, compared with the prior art that the ink 3 is printed on the surface of the primer paint 1, the chance of one-time line-up is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, the overall yield is improved, and the production cost is reduced.

In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the mortise-and-tenon structure formed on the surface of the finish paint 2 may include a plurality of micropores 21 formed on the surface of the finish paint 2, and the plurality of micropores 21 may improve adhesion between the ink 3 and the finish paint 2, so that when the ink 3 is printed on the surface of the finish paint 2, the ink 3 is better adhered to the surface of the finish paint 2 by increasing a contact area between the ink 3 and the finish paint 2.
It should be noted that the size of the micro-holes 21 and the density range of the distribution can be selected according to the actual production requirements, such as the selection of materials, the size of the electronic products, and so on.
Optionally, when a plurality of micropores 21 are formed on the surface of the finish paint 2, the micropores 21 may be instantaneously formed on the surface of the finish paint 2 by using a high-frequency electric spark device, and after the surface of the paint is treated by an electric spark, the surface tension of the finish paint 2 may be increased, which is beneficial to leveling of the ink 3, so that the contact area between the ink 3 and the finish paint 2 is increased, and the adhesion between the ink 3 and the finish paint 2 is increased.

In a possible embodiment, the formation of the mortise-tenon structure on the surface of the top-coat paint 2 for bonding with the ink 3 may be performed by forming a plurality of micropores 21 on the surface of the top-coat paint 2, wherein the size and the distribution density range of the micropores 21 may be determined according to actual production requirements.
Optionally, the forming of the plurality of micropores 21 on the surface of the finish paint 2 may be performed by punching the micropores 21 on the surface of the finish paint 2 by using a high-frequency electric spark device, and optionally placing the high-frequency electric spark device at the front end of the printing line, and performing electric spark treatment before printing the ink 3.
