the preparation steps are as follows: 1. crushing urea, dissolving in water and stirring; 2. adding amino acid, mannitol, p-hydroxyacetanilide, fused ring aromatic hydrocarbon, ammonium molybdate and boric acid into a urea solution, and putting the urea solution into a stirring device to be stirred until the amino acid, the mannitol, the p-hydroxyacetanilide, the fused ring aromatic hydrocarbon, the ammonium molybdate and the boric acid are completely dissolved; 3. cooling the above solution to room temperature, and bottling to obtain nutritional liquid.
Step five, cutting and bundling: bundling the cuttings 40 cut in the third step into a group, and immersing the cuttings in the nutrient solution in the fourth step for rooting treatment;
step six, rooting treatment: soaking the cutting slips in clear water for 24h, changing water every 5h, and rooting for 8 h;
