Further, the construction machine may further include a lock portion that locks the first member and the second member.
Since the locking portion for locking the first member and the second member is provided, the first member can be prevented from coming off the second member, and the fixing member can firmly fix the dust-proof net and maintain the dust-proof function of the dust-proof net.
In the above construction machine, the second member further includes a head portion located on a proximal end side of the through portion, and the locking portion includes a threaded portion provided on a proximal end portion of the pin and a threaded portion provided on an inner hole of the head portion.
Thereby, the first member and the second member can be locked with a simple structure.
In the above construction machine, the penetration portion includes a plurality of body portions, and claw portions provided at distal ends of the body portions and projecting radially outward.
In this way, the penetrating portion can be realized with a simple configuration, and the dust-proof net is fixed to the member to be attached by engagement of the claw portion protruding radially outward, so that the expanded outer diameter of the penetrating portion, the dimensional accuracy of the dust-proof net and the attachment hole of the member to be attached are not required, and the cost can be reduced.
In the construction machine, a knob is provided in the first member.
Therefore, the fixing component can be installed and detached by holding the knob, and the fixing component is convenient and quick to operate.
In addition, in the above construction machine, a spring washer is provided between the knob and the pin shaft.
After the dust screen is fixed by the fixing member, the fixing member can be prevented from loosening by the spring washer, so that the fixing member can further firmly fix the dust screen and maintain the dust-proof function of the dust screen.

Here, the heat exchanger 13 includes a radiator, an oil cooler, and an intercooler, and these heat exchangers may be arranged in series or in parallel with the cooling fan 14. The cooling fan 14 rotates and takes in outside air (cooling air) to flow through the heat exchanger 13 and exchange heat with the fluid to be cooled flowing through the heat exchanger 13, thereby cooling the heat exchanger 13.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a louver-shaped outside air inlet 16 is provided in a side cover 15 constituting the machine room 4, and the cooling fan 14 is rotated to take in outside air from the outside air inlet 16, and the outside air flows through the heat exchanger 13 as cooling air. In order to discharge the cooling air having passed through the heat exchanger 13 to the outside of the machine room 4, an exhaust portion 17 is provided in the upper cover 10b of the engine room 10.
A dust screen 18 is provided on the upstream side of the cooling air of the heat exchanger 13. The dust screen 18 is used to filter out foreign matters such as dust and mosquitoes in the cooling air before the cooling air flows into the heat exchanger 13, so as to prevent the cooling efficiency from being reduced due to the foreign matters adhering to the heat exchanger 13 when the cooling air flows into the heat exchanger 13.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the dust screen 18 is fixed by a fixing member 20, and specifically, the fixing member 20 is attached to the lower portion of both the left and right sides of the dust screen 18 to fix the dust screen 18. The dust screen 18 is formed by spot-welding the outer periphery of the mesh portion to the frame portion 19 (see fig. 8 and 9 as well), and has a mesh having a predetermined size.
Next, the structure of the fixing member 20 for fixing the dust screen 18 will be described with reference to fig. 5 to 9.

The threaded portion 33 constitutes a locking portion, which will be described later, located on the base end side of the pin 31, and may be said to be located between the pin 31 and the knob 32. The spring washer 34 is a member that is locked by the threaded portion 33 and is located above the threaded portion 33.
The second member 40 includes: a through portion 41 formed of an elastic body having a variable diameter, and a head portion 42 located on the proximal end side of the through portion 41. The penetrating portion 41 is formed to have a diameter smaller than that of the pin shaft 31 in a state where the first member 30 is not inserted into the second member 40 (i.e., in an original state); the diameter of the penetration portion 41 is enlarged by the pin 31 in a state where the first member 30 is inserted into the second member 40. The penetrating portion 41 includes: a plurality of (here, three) main body portions 44 spaced apart in the circumferential direction; and a claw portion 45 protruding outward at the lower end (front end) of the main body portion 44. The head 42 has an annular shape and has an inner hole 46, and the threaded portion 43 is formed in the inner hole 46. The threaded portion 43 is screwed to the threaded portion 33 of the first member 30, and constitutes a locking portion to be described later together with the threaded portion 33.
When inserting the first member 30 into the second member 40, the knob 32 of the first member 30 is gripped, and the pin 31 of the first member 30 is inserted into the inner hole 46 of the second member 40. The first member 30 is further pushed downward, and the pin 31 of the first member 30 advances while pushing open the through portion 41 of the second member 40 to increase the diameter of the through portion 41 until the screw portion 33 of the first member 30 comes into contact with the screw portion 43 of the second member 40. At this time, the knob 32 is rotated to screw the threaded portion 33 of the first member 30 into the threaded portion 43 of the second member 40, and the first member 30 and the second member 40 are locked, whereby the first member 30 is fixed to the second member 40. By the above operation, the fixing member 20 is brought into the engaged state shown in fig. 7.
The structure of fixing the dust screen 18 by the fixing member 20 is shown in fig. 8 and 9. When fixing the dust-proof net 18, first, the mounting hole 21 of the dust-proof net 18 and the mounting hole 23 of the member 22 to be mounted are aligned, and the second member 40 of the fixing member 20 is inserted into both the mounting holes 21 and 23, and at this time, as shown in fig. 8, the outer diameter of the through portion 41 of the second member 40 is smaller than the diameters of the mounting holes 21 and 23, and the second member 40 is in an unfixed state. Then, the first member 30 is inserted into the second member 40 in accordance with the operation method described above, and during this operation, the insertion portion 41 of the second member 40 is expanded by the pin 31 of the first member 30 to increase in diameter, and the claw portion 45 of the second member 40 is engaged with the attachment hole 23 of the attached member 22 to fix the dust-proof net 18 to the attached member 22, and the screw portion 33 of the first member 30 and the screw portion 43 of the second member 40 are screwed to lock the first member 30 and the second member 40, whereby the dust-proof net 18 is fixed to the attached member 22 by the fixing member 20 as shown in fig. 9.
When the fixing member 20 needs to be removed for replacement or maintenance of the dust screen 18, the knob 32 is turned to unlock the threaded portion 33 of the first member 30 and the threaded portion 43 of the second member 40, and after the unlocking, the first member 30 is pulled out, and at this time, the penetrating portion 41 of the second member 40 is restored to have a reduced diameter smaller than the diameters of the attachment hole 21 of the dust screen 18 and the attachment hole 23 of the attached member 22, and the second member 40 is pulled out, whereby the fixing member 20 is removed.
The fixing member 40 of the above embodiment includes the first member 30 having the pin 31 and the second member 40 having the penetrating portion 41 through which the pin 31 is inserted, the penetrating portion 41 of the second member 40 is formed of an elastic body having a variable diameter, the penetrating portion 41 is formed to have a diameter smaller than that of the pin 31 in a state where the first member 30 is not inserted into the second member 40, and the diameter of the penetrating portion 41 is enlarged by the pin 31 in a state where the first member 30 is inserted into the second member 40 to fix the dust screen, and the dust screen 18 is fixed by the engagement between the pin 31 of the first member 30 and the penetrating portion 41 of the second member 40, so that a force does not act on the dust screen 18, and a problem that an excessive force acts on the dust screen to deform the dust screen can be prevented, and a dust screen function can be stably maintained.
In addition, in the fixing member 40 of the above embodiment, the threaded portion 33 of the first member 30 and the threaded portion 43 of the second member 40 constitute a locking portion that locks the first member 30 and the second member 40.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications may be made. It should be understood that the technical scope of the present invention should be determined by the claims for those skilled in the art, and the present invention should include the meaning equivalent to the description of the claims and all modifications within the scope thereof.
For example, in the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the diameter of each of the attachment holes 21 and 23 is larger than the outer diameter of the through portion 41 of the second member 40 expanded by the pin 31, and the dust-proof net 18 and the attached member 22 are fixed by the claw portions 45 protruding outward of the through portion 41, but the invention is not limited thereto, and the dust-proof net 18 may be fixed by interference fit between the through portion 41 expanded by the pin 31 (specifically, the body portion 44 of the through portion 41) and the attached holes 21 and 23 without providing the claw portions 45.
In the above embodiment, the structure in which the screw portions 33 and 43 are provided in the first member 30 and the second member 40, respectively, as the locking portions has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in the case where the dust screen 18 is fixed by interference fit, the first member 30 and the second member 40 are tightly engaged, and at this time, it is not necessary to provide a separate locking portion, or it can be said that the pin 31 and the through portion 41 which are interference fit have already formed a locking portion. Further, another method of locking the first member 30 and the second member 40 may be adopted, and for example, a locking claw may be provided in the first member 30, and a locking portion to be locked with the locking claw may be provided in the second member 40.
