The invention relates to the technical field of lock cylinders, in particular to a blade anti-theft lock cylinder.
Background
The lock is an article which people cannot leave in daily life, and people use the lock to store important articles all the time since ancient times, so that own property cannot be stolen by others. The core anti-theft part of the lock is the lock core, and the performance of the lock core directly influences the anti-theft performance of the whole lockset. At present, lock cylinders are various in types, and the traditional mechanical spring locks and blade lock cylinders are circulated in the market for many years, so that unlocking tools developed by the traditional mechanical spring locks and blade lock cylinders are visible everywhere, and the performance of the lock cylinders can not meet the anti-theft requirements.
In recent years, manufacturers have developed a number of lock cylinders with good performance against this phenomenon. The most representative structure is a side column lock cylinder, in particular a blade side column lock cylinder, and the blade side column lock cylinder has the advantage that the key quantity is much higher than that of a marble side column lock cylinder with the same lock cylinder length. The original blade side column lock cylinder is provided with only one blade in a lock cylinder blade groove (blade storage bin), and is added into two or three blades later, wherein the blade spring acting force of the blade side column lock cylinder is reasonably designed on the oppositely-installed blades, and the other blades moving one blade can move simultaneously, wherein the three blades are more representatively provided with a structure sharing one blade spring, but the structure also has the defects that only two blades are acted by the blade spring when unlocking, and the rest blades are in a springless state, so that the springless blades are very easy to open each other, the technical opening prevention performance is influenced, and the structure has certain quality and potential safety hazard.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the blade anti-theft lock cylinder which has reasonable structural design, increases technical opening difficulty, improves key quantity, reduces mutual opening rate and is safe and reliable.
In order to achieve the purpose, the blade anti-theft lock cylinder comprises a lock shell, a lock cylinder and a side column, wherein a plurality of lock cylinder blade straight-through grooves are formed in the lock cylinder, outer blades, inner blades and blade springs are arranged in each lock cylinder blade straight-through groove, each outer blade comprises an upper outer blade and a lower outer blade, each inner blade comprises an upper inner blade and a lower inner blade, each blade spring comprises an upper blade spring and a lower blade spring, the upper outer blades, the lower inner blades and the upper blade springs form a first blade group, the lower outer blades, the upper inner blades and the lower blade springs form a second blade group, and the first blade group and the second blade group form a whole in the lock cylinder blade straight-through grooves.
The invention is further arranged such that when any one of the first blade subgroup and the second blade subgroup is moved, the other three blades and the blade springs are moved integrally at the same time.
The invention is further provided with the side column which is a square side column or a V-shaped side column.
The invention is further characterized in that the upper outer blade and the lower outer blade comprise outer blade bodies, outer blade key insertion holes are formed in the outer blade bodies, outer tooth matching bosses are arranged in the outer blade key insertion holes, outer blade pressure spring bosses are integrally formed at one end of the outer blade bodies, and outer blade notch and outer blade side column starting bevel edges are formed at the other ends of the outer blade bodies.
The invention is further provided that the upper inner blade and the lower inner blade comprise inner blade bodies, inner blade key insertion holes are formed in the inner blade bodies, inner blade pressure spring bosses are integrally formed at one ends of the inner blade bodies, and inner blade password notches are formed at the other ends of the inner blade bodies.
The key is further provided with an upper outer tooth, an upper inner tooth, a lower outer tooth and a lower inner tooth, wherein the upper outer tooth is matched with an upper outer blade, the upper inner tooth is matched with an upper inner blade, the lower outer tooth is matched with a lower outer blade, and the lower inner tooth is matched with a lower inner blade.
The invention is further provided that when no key is inserted, one end of the upper blade spring is propped against the outer blade pressure spring boss of the upper outer blade, the other end is propped against the inner blade pressure spring boss of the lower inner blade, one end of the lower blade spring is propped against the inner blade pressure spring boss of the upper inner blade, and the other end is propped against the outer blade pressure spring boss of the lower outer blade.
The invention is further arranged such that when a key is inserted, the upper outer blade moves downwardly compressing the upper blade spring while the lower inner blade moves upwardly compressing the upper blade spring, and the upper inner blade moves downwardly compressing the lower blade spring while the lower outer blade moves upwardly compressing the lower blade spring.
Compared with the prior art, the lock cylinder has the advantages that the structure is more reasonable, because the lock cylinder blade groove is the through groove, when any one blade in the first blade group and the second blade group is moved, the other three blades and the blade springs are integrally moved at the same time, each blade is stressed by the spring when the lock is opened, the defect that part of the blades are in floating and not stressed when the existing three blades or four blades share one spring during the lock opening is overcome, the anti-theft performance of the lock cylinder and the reliability of the product quality are greatly improved, the structure is reasonable in design, the technical opening difficulty and the key quantity are increased, the mutual opening rate is reduced, and the lock cylinder is safe and reliable and has good practicability.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 11, the anti-theft lock cylinder for the blade disclosed by the invention comprises a lock shell 1, a lock cylinder 2 and a side column 3, wherein a plurality of lock cylinder blade through grooves 21 are formed in the lock cylinder 2, an outer blade, an inner blade and a blade spring are arranged in each lock cylinder blade through groove 21, the outer blade comprises an upper outer blade 4 and a lower outer blade 5, the inner blade comprises an upper inner blade 6 and a lower inner blade 7, the blade spring comprises an upper blade spring 8 and a lower blade spring 9, the upper outer blade 4, the lower inner blade 7 and the upper blade spring 8 form a first blade subgroup, the lower outer blade 5, the upper inner blade 6 and the lower blade spring 9 form a second blade subgroup, and the first blade subgroup and the second blade subgroup form a whole in the lock cylinder blade groove 21.
Preferably, the lock cylinder 2 is provided with a side column groove which is the same as the lock cylinder blade through groove 21, the side column 3 is arranged in the side column groove, the lock shell 1 is internally provided with a lock core cavity, and the lock cylinder 2 is embedded in the lock core cavity. When any one blade in the first blade group and any one blade in the second blade group are moved, the other three blades and the blade springs are integrally moved at the same time.
In order to make the structural arrangement of the present invention more reasonable, the side column 3 is preferably a square side column or a V-shaped side column.
The upper outer blade 4 and the lower outer blade 5 comprise an outer blade body 10, an outer blade key insertion hole 101 is formed in the outer blade body 10, an outer tooth matching boss 102 is arranged in the outer blade key insertion hole 101, an outer blade pressure spring boss 103 is integrally arranged at one end of the outer blade body 10, and an outer blade notch 104 and an outer blade side column starting bevel edge 105 are arranged at the other end of the outer blade body 10.
The upper inner blade 6 and the lower inner blade 7 comprise an inner blade body 11, an inner blade key insertion hole 111 is formed in the inner blade body 11, an inner blade pressure spring boss 112 is integrally formed at one end of the inner blade body 11, and an inner blade password notch 113 is formed at the other end of the inner blade body 11.
The key is provided with a key 12 at one end of the lock cylinder 2, an upper outer tooth 121, an upper inner tooth 122, a lower outer tooth 123 and a lower inner tooth 124 are arranged on the key 12, the upper outer tooth 121 is matched with the upper outer blade 4, the upper inner tooth 122 is matched with the upper inner blade 6, the lower outer tooth 123 is matched with the lower outer blade 5, and the lower inner tooth 124 is matched with the lower inner blade 7.
When the key 12 is not inserted, one end of the upper blade spring 8 is propped against the outer blade pressure spring boss of the upper outer blade 4, the other end is propped against the inner blade pressure spring boss of the lower inner blade 7, one end of the lower blade spring 9 is propped against the inner blade pressure spring boss of the upper inner blade 6, and the other end is propped against the outer blade pressure spring boss of the lower outer blade 5.
When the key 12 is inserted, the upper outer blade 4 moves downward to compress the upper blade spring 8 while the lower inner blade 7 moves upward to compress the upper blade spring 8, and the upper inner blade 6 moves downward to compress the lower blade spring 9 while the lower outer blade 5 moves upward to compress the lower blade spring 9.
The side column 3 in this embodiment is a square side column, and the shapes and sizes of the outer blade notch 104 and the inner blade password notch 113 are matched with those of the square side column. In the key pulling process, the side column on the blade is used for starting the inclined side to push the side column out of the side column groove.
In practical application, because the lock core blade groove is a straight-through groove, when any one blade in the first blade group and the second blade group is moved, the other three blades and the blade springs are moved integrally at the same time, and the design has the advantages that each blade is stressed by the springs when unlocking, the defect that part of the blades are in floating and not stressed when the existing three blades or four blades share one spring during unlocking is overcome, the anti-theft performance of the lock core and the reliability of the product quality are greatly improved, and the lock core has reasonable structural design, increases technical opening difficulty, improves key quantity, reduces mutual opening rate, is safe and reliable, and has good practicability.
Example two
Referring to fig. 12 to 16, the second embodiment is a structural improvement based on the above embodiment, and the side column 3 adopts a V-shaped side column, and the shapes of the outer blade notch 104 and the inner blade code notch 113 are set to be V-groove shapes matching the side column 3.
