6. The foldable locked ladder stand of claim 5, wherein the link stop and the locking plate are connected to a mounting plate, the mounting plate being connected to a wall of the locomotive.
7. The foldable locked ladder stand of claim 6, wherein the link stopper and the locking plate are welded to the mounting plate, and the mounting plate is connected to the locomotive wall by bolting.
8. The foldable locked ladder stand for a locomotive according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the upright and the crosspiece are steel pipes, and the connecting rod limiting block and the mounting plate are steel structures.
