The invention aims to provide an anti-infection central venous catheter, which aims to solve the problems of the related art that the catheter has complications such as phlebitis, catheter breakage, catheter-related blood flow infection and the like after being placed.
The invention provides an anti-infection central venous catheter which comprises a catheter body, a connecting seat, an extension catheter joint, a side branch and a disinfection assembly, wherein the catheter body, the connecting seat, the extension catheter and the extension catheter joint are sequentially connected and communicated, the disinfection assembly comprises a connecting device and a disinfection device, the side branch is fixedly connected with the connecting device, one end of the connecting device is fixedly connected with the extension catheter joint, the other end of the connecting device is movably connected with the disinfection device, and the disinfection device is used for disinfecting the inside or the outside of the extension catheter joint.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides an anti-infection central venous catheter, which is characterized in that a structure of a disinfection component is added at the position of a catheter connector, volatile disinfection substances such as alcohol cotton are filled in the disinfection component, and the inner part and the outer part of the catheter connector can be continuously disinfected by utilizing the volatile characteristic of alcohol.
The invention provides an anti-infection central venous catheter, wherein a disinfection component comprises a three-way valve and a disinfection part which are in threaded connection, and the relative position of the disinfection part relative to the three-way valve can be controlled through threaded connection, so that the disinfected part of alcohol cotton can be adjusted.
The invention provides an anti-infection central venous catheter, wherein a disinfection component comprises a cap, so that a clinician can conveniently replace alcohol cotton at any time without using antibiotics to seal the catheter, the clinical operation is convenient, and the risk of catheter infection is reduced.

Example 1
The invention provides an anti-infection central venous catheter which comprises a catheter body 1, a connecting seat 2, an epitaxial tube 3 and an epitaxial tube connector 4, wherein the catheter body 1, the connecting seat 2, the epitaxial tube 3 and the epitaxial tube connector 4 are sequentially connected and communicated, the catheter body 1 is fixedly connected to one end of the connecting seat 2, the epitaxial tube 3 is fixedly connected to the other end of the connecting seat 2, the catheter body 1 is connected with the epitaxial tube 3 through the connecting seat 2, and the epitaxial tube connector 4 is fixedly connected to the end part of the epitaxial tube 3.
Preferably, at least two extension tubes 3 are fixedly connected to the connecting socket 2.

The invention provides an anti-infection central venous catheter, which further comprises a disinfection component, wherein the disinfection component is used for disinfecting the inside or the outside of an extension pipe joint 4. Specifically, in this embodiment, the sterilization assembly includes a connection device and a sterilization device, a first end of the connection device is fixedly connected with the extension pipe joint 4, the sterilization device is movably connected with the connection device, and the sterilization device performs sterilization treatment on the inside of the extension pipe joint 4 through the connection device.
Preferably, the invention provides an anti-infection central venous catheter, which further comprises a side branch 7, wherein the side branch 7 is fixedly connected with a connecting device, and the structural design of the side branch 7 can reduce the pressure on the catheter body 1 and the epitaxial tube 3 in the high-pressure injection process of CVC, so that the problem that the catheter body 1 and the epitaxial tube 3 are easily damaged in a high-pressure environment when a quick fluid infusion is needed for ICU patients with complicated and critical conditions and high-pressure drug infusion is adopted.
Preferably, the side branch 7 comprises a side branch joint 71, the side branch joint 71 being fixedly connected to the end of the side branch 7.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the connecting device is a three-way valve 5, the sterilizing device is a sterilizing part 6, the three-way valve 5 is a T-shaped structure, a first end of the three-way valve 5 is fixedly connected with the extension pipe joint 4 through a nut 55, the sterilizing part 6 is fixedly connected with a second end of the three-way valve 5, and the side branch 7 is fixedly connected with a third end of the three-way valve 5.
The three-way valve 5 comprises a first channel 51, a second channel 52, a third channel 53 and a hollow cavity 54, wherein the first channel 51 is arranged at a first end of the three-way valve 5, the second channel 52 is arranged at a second end of the three-way valve 5, the third channel 53 is arranged at a third end of the three-way valve 5, the diameters of the first channel 51, the second channel 52 and the third channel 53 are the same, the hollow cavity 54 is arranged in the middle of the three-way valve 5, the hollow cavity 54 is communicated with the first channel 51, the second channel 52 and the third channel 53, and the diameter of the hollow cavity 54 is larger than the diameters of the first channel 51, the second channel 52 and the third channel 53.
The first passage 51 communicates with the interior of the extension tube 3 through the extension tube joint 4, and the third passage 53 communicates with the interior of the side branch 7.
The second end of disinfection part 6 and three-way valve 5 passes through threaded connection, and the inside loading of disinfection part 6 has volatile disinfection material, for example, alcohol cotton, can disinfect to the inside of extension coupling 4 and collateral branch 7, through the relative position of the steerable disinfection part 6 of threaded connection for three-way valve 5, and then adjusts the sterile position of alcohol cotton.
Specifically, the disinfecting part 6 comprises a disinfecting body 61 and a cap 62 fixedly connected with each other, and preferably, the disinfecting body 61 and the cap 62 are in snap connection.
The disinfection main body 61 comprises a hollow partition plate 611, a connecting part 612, a disinfection part 613, a push rod 614 and a rubber plug 615, the hollow partition plate 611 is fixedly arranged at the middle position inside the disinfection main body 61, the inside of the disinfection main body 61 is divided into the connecting part 612 and the disinfection part 613, a plurality of hollow holes are formed in the hollow partition plate 611, so that alcohol in alcohol cotton can volatilize through the hollow holes, and then the inside of the extension pipe joint 4 and the side branch 7 can be disinfected.
Connecting portion 612 is provided with the internal thread, and the second end of three-way valve 5 is provided with the external screw thread, and both cooperate, with disinfection main part 61 and three-way valve 5 fixed connection, through the length of controlling disinfection main part 61 and the precession of three-way valve 5 screw thread, can adjust the relative position of disinfection main part 61 for three-way valve 5, and then adjust the sterile position of alcohol cotton.
One end of the push rod 614 is fixedly connected with the hollow partition 611, and the other end of the push rod 614 is fixedly connected with a rubber plug 615, preferably, the push rod 614 and the hollow partition 611 are integrally formed.
The diameter of the rubber plug 615 is the same as the diameter of the first channel 51 and the second channel 52, the rubber plug 615 can be closely attached to the inner walls of the first channel 51 and the second channel 52, the diameter of the rubber plug 615 is smaller than the diameter of the hollow cavity 54, the length of the rubber plug 615 is smaller than the length of the hollow cavity 54, when the rubber plug 615 is located in the hollow cavity 54, the rubber plug 615 cannot be attached to the inner wall of the hollow cavity 54, and a certain distance is left between the rubber plug 615 and the inner wall of the hollow cavity 54.
The disinfection portion 613 is provided with the opening, and the opening sets up back to the back with fretwork baffle 611, puts into disinfection portion 613 with the alcohol cotton from the opening part in, and block 62 is used for sealing the opening of disinfection portion 613, prevents that the alcohol cotton from volatilizing, can make things convenient for medical personnel to change the aseptic cotton simultaneously.
The working principle of the central venous catheter for preventing infection provided by the embodiment is explained in detail below.
In the case that alcohol cotton is loaded in the sterilizing part 613, referring to fig. 3, when the sterilizing part 6 is rotated to place the rubber stopper 615 in the second channel 52, the rubber stopper 615 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the second channel 52 to block the second channel 52, and at this time, the alcohol of the alcohol cotton in the sterilizing part 613 is volatilized into the second channel 52 through the hollow hole of the hollow partition 611, but cannot pass through the hollow cavity 54, and the interiors of the extension tube 3 and the side branch 7 are both in a closed state, so that the alcohol cotton in the sterilizing part 613 can sterilize the second channel 52, and a medical worker can perform clinical operations such as infusion on the interior of the extension tube 3 through the side branch 7.
Referring to fig. 4, when the sterilizing part 6 is rotated to position the rubber stopper 615 in the hollow cavity 54, since the diameter of the rubber stopper 615 is smaller than the diameter of the hollow cavity 54 and the length of the rubber stopper 615 is smaller than the length of the hollow cavity 54, the hollow cavity 54 is not blocked by the rubber stopper 615 at this time, and a certain distance is left between the rubber stopper 615 and the inner wall of the hollow cavity 54, the alcohol in the alcohol cotton in the sterilizing part 613 volatilizes through the hollow hole of the hollow partition 611, passes through the second passage 52 and the hollow cavity 54, and is continuously sterilized through the first passage 51, and is continuously sterilized through the third passage 53 to the lateral branch 7.
Referring to fig. 5, when the sterilizing component 6 is rotated to position the rubber stopper 615 in the first channel 51, the rubber stopper 615 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the first channel 51 to block the first channel 51, and at this time, the alcohol in the alcohol cotton in the sterilizing part 613 volatilizes through the hollow holes of the hollow partition 611, passes through the second channel 52 and the middle cavity 54, and continuously sterilizes the side branch 7 through the third channel 53, but the alcohol in the alcohol cotton cannot pass through the first channel 51, so that the inside of the first channel 51 is in a closed state, and the extension pipe joint 4 cannot be sterilized.
In addition, no matter where the disinfection component 6 is relative to the three-way valve 5, the alcohol in the alcohol cotton in the disinfection part 613 can be volatilized to the connection part 612 through the hollow holes on the hollow partition 611, and the disinfection part 613 can disinfect the connection part 612 and the three-way valve 5.
Example 2
This example provides an infection-proof central venous catheter, as shown in fig. 6, the structure of which in this example is substantially the same as that of example 2, except that:
in this embodiment, the sterilization assembly includes only the sterilization device, which is the sterilization member 6, and the sterilization member 6 is screw-coupled to the extension pipe joint 4 or the side branch joint 71 for performing a sterilization process on the outside of the extension pipe joint 4 or the side branch joint 71.
The sterilizing part 6 comprises a sterilizing body 61 and a cap 62 fixedly connected with each other, preferably, the sterilizing body 61 and the cap 62 are in snap connection.
In this embodiment, the disinfection main body 61 includes a rubber pad 616, and the rubber pad 616 is fixedly disposed at a middle position inside the disinfection main body 61, and divides the inside of the disinfection main body 61 into a connecting portion 612 and a disinfection portion 613.
The connection portion 612 is provided with an internal thread, and an external thread is provided on the outside of the extension pipe joint 4 or the side branch joint 71, and they are engaged with each other to fixedly connect the sterilizing body 61 to the outside of the extension pipe joint 4 or the side branch joint 71.
The disinfection portion 613 is provided with the opening, and the opening sets up back to the back with rubber pad 616, puts into disinfection portion 613 with the aseptic cotton from the opening part in, block 62 is used for sealing the opening of disinfection portion 613, prevents that the aseptic cotton from volatilizing, can make things convenient for medical personnel to change the aseptic cotton simultaneously.
Preferably, the sterilizing cotton may be alcohol cotton or nonvolatile iodophor cotton for sterilizing the outside of the extension pipe joint 4 or the side branch joint 71. The working principle of the central venous catheter for preventing infection provided by the embodiment is explained in detail below.
The disinfection component 6 in this embodiment is used for disinfecting the outside of the extension pipe joint 4 or the side branch joint 71, the medical staff usually takes blood or injects medicine through the rubber pad 616, and the disinfection cotton in the disinfection part 613 can continuously disinfect the rubber pad 616, that is, disinfect the external interface of the central venous catheter, and avoid disinfecting the rubber pad 616 before taking blood or injecting medicine at each time. The structure design is convenient for medical staff to operate, can keep the sterile state of the rubber pad 616, and reduces the risk of infection caused by the pollution of the catheter joint part.
When the needle head is used for blood sampling or medicine injection through the rubber pad 616, the sterilized cotton is taken out firstly, and new sterilized cotton is put in after the operation is completed, so that the aim of continuously sterilizing the rubber pad 616 is fulfilled.
