Abstract
本发明提供一种伯氨基暴露量为6%的多肽单层膜及其制备方法与应用。所述多肽是由分子量为(1.48±0.2)×105g/mol的多肽分子构成的,单层膜的厚度为14.6±0.1nm,膜表面的伯氨基暴露量为6±0.3%,多肽单层膜的Zeta电位为‑4.48±0.1mV;所述膜的接触角为45±1°。本发明的多肽单层膜具有很好的稳定性,伯氨基在薄膜表面的暴露量精确控制在6.0±0.3%,可应用于口腔种植体表面涂层材料,可以携带抗生素和抗菌类药物并且稳定释放,多肽单层膜局部载药涂层拥有全身毒副作用小、抗菌性强等优势,与纯钛材料结合均匀紧密,不易分离脱落。
