Abstract
The invention discloses a method for indexing documents by a three-dimensional model component based on a bridge, which is characterized in that an original document is divided into single-page electronic documents to be respectively stored on the basis of a directory organization structure of the original electronic document, and a component is selected and added with a component tag on the basis of a three-dimensional information model, wherein the tag stores the storage position of the single-page electronic document related to the component; when adding labels to the components, automatically adding document labels to the single-page electronic documents, wherein the document labels store component numbers and position information related to the documents, maintenance personnel can quickly select the components in the three-dimensional model by utilizing the characteristic of BIM technical visualization, and jump to all associated electronic documents and display by clicking the component labels of the components; also, by clicking on a document tag of an electronic document, a jump may be made directly to the three-dimensional information model, displaying the component location associated with the document tag.

The technical field is as follows:
the invention relates to a method for indexing documents by using a three-dimensional model component based on a bridge.
Background art:
with the development of society and economy, the application of infrastructure projects to the BIM technology is gradually strengthened. The bridge is always an important part of infrastructure, the work focus in the field of bridges is also changed from bridge design and construction to the direction of combining new construction and maintenance of the bridge in a continuous manner, and the application of the BIM technology in bridge maintenance and management is increasingly popularized.
The BIM comprehensive information platform is used as a main method for applying the BIM technology in bridge management, provides a platform for information exchange and cooperative work for a management door of a bridge, and fundamentally improves the management and maintenance efficiency. The bridge management BIM comprehensive information platform integrating bridge construction information, management disease information and health monitoring information comprises a large number of electronic documents such as design drawings, completion drawings and management files of bridge components. How to quickly retrieve and display electronic documents required by maintenance workers in a platform becomes an under-eye requirement.
Traditional electronic document storage method
At present, document-level storage and display methods are adopted in most bridge maintenance and management platforms. The staff need arrange out the electronic document that the bridge component corresponds, and the annex that is used as the bridge component after merging the book is uploaded.
The components of this method are closely related to the electronic document, but there is also inconvenience in that:
the electronic document is coupled with the curing member, and it is inconvenient to modify the document. Conventional search method
At present, the main retrieval method of electronic documents based on bridge member maintenance is document name keyword retrieval. Collecting the stored electronic document names, analyzing the keyword preset index library in all the document names, receiving the keyword search request of the user, and returning the corresponding electronic document.
The keyword retrieval of the electronic document name is characterized by simple logic. However, in practical application, the matching degree between the keywords for retrieval and the keyword preset index library is low, the retrieval result is not accurate, the required electronic documents can be obtained only by manual screening, and the retrieval efficiency is low.
In summary, the invention mainly solves the problems that:
the electronic document is coupled with the component, the document structure is fixed, the adjustment flexibility is low, and the modification workload is large;
the electronic document has large storage volume and low loading speed;
the directory structure of the original electronic document is lost, and the actual application capability of the original electronic document is reduced;
the electronic documents are mainly searched by keywords, and the accuracy is low.

The invention aims to provide a method for indexing a document by using a three-dimensional model component based on a bridge.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

1) and establishing a model: determining the type of a bridge maintenance component according to the requirement of the bridge operation maintenance stage, and establishing a bridge BIM information model in the maintenance stage;
2) and processing the document: arranging electronic documents required by the bridge management BIM comprehensive information platform, wherein the electronic documents comprise design drawings, completion drawings and management files of bridge members, splitting the electronic documents, processing the electronic documents into single-page electronic documents and storing the single-page electronic documents to a server respectively;
3) and a component label: selecting a model component according to the BIM information model, associating single-page electronic documents related to the component, and adding component tags respectively, wherein the tags are associated with the storage positions of the related single-page electronic documents related to the component;
4) and document label: automatically generating a document tag for the single-page document while associating the single-page electronic document, wherein the tag is associated with the number information of the page document association component;
5) and indexing: clicking a corresponding component label on a component by selecting the component by utilizing the visibility of the BIM, and pushing and displaying a related single-page electronic document;
directly jumping to a three-dimensional information model by clicking a document tag of a single-page electronic document, and displaying a component number and position information associated with the document tag;
the electronic documents related to the bridge management BIM integrated information platform are only split into single-page electronic documents, the directory structure of the documents is not changed, and the complete data of the electronic documents are independently displayed on the platform according to requirements.
Further, the specific method of the component label is as follows:
firstly, splitting and numbering collected electronic documents, uploading and loading the electronic documents into a data module of an information system, and finishing data processing and warehousing work;
loading the bridge information model into a three-dimensional visualization module, displaying a newly-built link button and an associated tag list after selecting a certain component, opening an index tool interface through the newly-built link, and opening a document data view and positioning to a corresponding page by clicking an item in the tag list;
the method comprises the steps that an index tool interface comprises a document data view, a label column and a document structure column, wherein the label column comprises an established label list, labels are added, deleted and cleared, after a corresponding page is switched, after the labels are clicked and added, the names of the labels are filled, the page can be added to a component, and after the labels are selected from the label list, the page is positioned and zoomed to a component model corresponding to a three-dimensional visualization module.
Has the beneficial effects that: the method for selecting the member label of the member and pushing the electronic document in the three-dimensional model replaces the traditional document retrieval process, the label is used for associating the related electronic document, the organization mode is flexible, the electronic document related to the member can be rapidly displayed, and the document retrieval workload is reduced.

Processing the document: and arranging electronic documents required by the bridge management BIM comprehensive information platform, wherein the electronic documents comprise design drawings, completion drawings, management files and the like of bridge members, splitting the electronic documents, processing the electronic documents into single-page electronic documents, and storing the single-page electronic documents to a server respectively.
Component labeling: according to the BIM information model in the step one, model components are selected, single-page electronic documents related to the components are associated, and component tags are added respectively, wherein the tags are associated with storage positions of the related single-page electronic documents related to the components. Each component can contain a plurality of component tags, and by clicking the component tag, a single-page electronic document corresponding to the tag is displayed. Each component label is only linked with one single-page electronic document, and document information related to the component is intensively displayed through different component labels.
The add and delete component tab adds and deletes only the connection relationship of the component to the single-page electronic document, and does not change the storage location of the single-page electronic document.
Document labeling: a document tag is automatically generated for a single-page document while associating the single-page electronic document, the tag associating numbering information of the page document association means. The single-page document can contain a plurality of document tags, and model components corresponding to the tags are displayed in a skipping mode by clicking different document tags. Each document tag links only one model component.
The adding and deleting document tags only add and delete the connection relationship between the electronic document and the component in the form page, and do not change the component information in the three-dimensional information model.
Referring to fig. 4, the specific method of the component label is as follows:
firstly, splitting and numbering collected electronic documents, uploading and loading the electronic documents into a data module of an information system, and finishing data processing and warehousing work;
loading the bridge information model into a three-dimensional visualization module, displaying a newly-built link button and an associated tag list after selecting a certain component, opening an index tool interface through the newly-built link, and opening a document data view and positioning to a corresponding page by clicking items in the tag list;
the method comprises the steps that an index tool interface comprises a document data view, a label column and a document structure column, wherein the label column comprises an established label list, labels are added, deleted and cleared, after a corresponding page is switched, after the labels are clicked and added, the names of the labels are filled, the page can be added to a component, and after the labels are selected from the label list, the page is positioned and zoomed to a component model corresponding to a three-dimensional visualization module.
The component selects the displayed document: in the actual maintenance work, the visibility of the BIM model is utilized, the corresponding component label on the component is clicked through selecting the component, and the related single-page electronic document is pushed and displayed.
Document selection display means: by clicking the document label of the single-page electronic document, the three-dimensional information model can be directly jumped to, and the component number and the position information related to the document label are displayed.
Independently displaying the original electronic document: the electronic documents related to the bridge management BIM integrated information platform are only split into single-page electronic documents, the directory structure of the documents is not changed, and the complete data of the electronic documents can be independently displayed on the platform according to requirements.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
for original electronic documents (each electronic document contains several pages), the electronic documents are split into single-page electronic documents, and sorted according to the original document directory organization structure, and stored in the server in pages, as shown in fig. 2.
The storage method has the following advantages:
the file volume of the page-level electronic document is small, and the loading speed is high;
the original document is only split, the document directory organization is unchanged, the stored content is comprehensive, the related electronic documents can be inquired according to the components, and the complete content of the original document can also be independently and freely consulted.
Establishing a bridge three-dimensional information model, selecting a model component, associating single-page electronic documents related to the component, and adding component tags respectively, wherein the tags are associated with the storage positions of the related single-page electronic documents associated with the component. Each component may contain a plurality of component tags, and by clicking on a component tag, a single-page electronic document corresponding to the tag is displayed. Each component label is only linked with one single-page electronic document, and document information related to the component is intensively displayed through different component labels. See fig. 3.
The add and delete member tag only adds and deletes the connection relationship of the member with the single-page electronic document, and does not change the storage location of the single-page electronic document.
A document tag is automatically generated for a single-page document while associating the single-page electronic document, the tag associating numbering information of the page document association means. The single-page document can contain a plurality of document tags, and model components corresponding to the tags are displayed in a skipping mode by clicking different document tags. Each document tag links only one model component. See fig. 3.
The adding and deleting document tags only add and delete the connection relationship between the electronic document and the component in the form page, and do not change the component information in the three-dimensional information model.
Through the tag association bridge member and the single-page electronic document, a user of each platform can set tags according to own requirements, the tags only contain association information, and the addition and deletion of the tags can not change the model and the content of the electronic document. The BIM model-based labeling document retrieval method is simple and flexible to operate and small in document retrieval workload.
By utilizing the visualization characteristic of the BIM technology, maintenance personnel can quickly select the component in the three-dimensional model, and can push and display the electronic document associated with the component by clicking the component label in the component information. Similarly, by clicking a document label in the electronic document information, the three-dimensional information model can be directly jumped to, and the position of a component related to the document label is displayed.
Because the stored single-page electronic document also has complete directory organization of the original document, maintenance personnel can independently display complete data of each electronic document on the platform according to requirements.
Traditional document name keyword retrieval is replaced by visual three-dimensional component model clicking, the retrieval process is more visual and faster, the speed that the worker can obtain maintenance work information is greatly improved, and the work efficiency is improved.

4) and a document tag: automatically generating a document tag for the single-page document while associating the single-page electronic document, wherein the tag is associated with the number information of the page document association component;
5) and indexing: by utilizing the visibility of the BIM model, clicking a corresponding component label on a component through selecting the component, and pushing and displaying a related single-page electronic document;
directly jumping to a three-dimensional information model by clicking a document tag of a single-page electronic document, and displaying a component number and position information associated with the document tag;
the electronic documents related to the bridge management BIM integrated information platform are only split into single-page electronic documents, the directory structure of the documents is not changed, and the complete data of the electronic documents are independently displayed on the platform according to requirements.
