The friction stir welding technology is characterized in that a welding tool is driven to synchronously rotate through high-speed rotation of a machine shaft, slowly pricks into a workpiece to be welded and moves along the position of a to-be-welded seam, and the material around the welding tool is plasticized and connected through the friction heat of the welding tool and the material to be welded serving as a welding heat source. The friction stir welding technology has the advantages of high welding quality, energy conservation, environmental protection and the like, and is widely applied to the fields of aerospace, rail transit, automobile manufacturing and the like.
Static shoulder friction stir welding is a method developed on the basis of conventional friction stir welding. The welding tool has the characteristics that: the shaft shoulder and the stirring pin are separated, in the welding process, the stirring pin rotates, the shaft shoulder does not rotate, the method can effectively reduce the input of heat and the generation of flash, and the surface quality and the welding line strength of the welding line are improved. Due to the structural characteristics of the static shaft shoulder friction stir welding, a gap is required to be reserved between the stirring pin and the static shaft shoulder so that the stirring pin and the static shaft shoulder can rotate relatively. In the welding process, the material softened by friction can enter along the clearance of pin and shaft shoulder to inside accumulation can produce great hindrance effect to the rotation of pin when accumulating to a certain extent, leads to welding process unstability easily, even equipment to damage. At present, for removing static shaft shoulder attached materials, a robot is adjusted to a proper position after being stopped and then manual trimming is carried out. The disadvantage is that manual trimming is difficult to trim cleanly on one hand, and on the other hand, the robot needs to be stopped, and then the robot shaft is adjusted to a proper position to perform manual trimming, and particularly, the production efficiency is greatly reduced in mass production.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention aims to overcome the defect that the static shaft shoulder attached material is difficult to remove in the prior art, and provides a welding tool grinding head, a welding tool grinding device and a grinding system.

2. The bonding tool sharpening head according to claim 1, wherein said sharpening member (4-4) is provided on the body inside said second opening (4-1).
3. The bonding tool sharpening head according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said sharpening member (4-4) is a tool head.
4. The bonding tool sharpening head of claim 3, wherein said tool bit is a milling or turning tool blade.
5. The bonding tool grinding head of claim 1 or 2 wherein the first opening is a through hole.
6. The bonding tool grinding head according to claim 5, wherein the body has an upper end face and a lower end face in the through hole axial direction, respectively; the cross-sectional area of the through hole close to the upper end face is larger than that of the through hole close to the lower end face.
7. The bonding tool dressing head of claim 5, wherein said contoured structure has a tapered configuration.
8. The bonding tool grinding head according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of mounting holes (4-3) are provided on the upper end face.
9. The bonding tool grinding head of claim 1 wherein during grinding, a gap of 0.1mm to 3mm exists between the grinding head and the shoulder.
10. A tool sharpening device comprising a tool sharpening head according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. The tool grinding device according to claim 10, further comprising,
a servo motor and a transmission;
the coping head is fixed on an output shaft of the transmission.
12. The tool sharpening device according to claim 11, further comprising a tool setting gauge (9) for alignment of the tool sharpening device and the tool;
when alignment is needed, the tool setting gauge (9) is arranged on an output shaft of the transmission in a mode of replacing the grinding head; or the tool setting gauge (9) is installed on the sharpening head.
13. The tool sharpening device according to claim 12, wherein said tool setting gauge (9) comprises a base (9-2) and a tool setting gauge tip (9-1) mounted on said base (9-2).
14. The welding tool grinding device according to claim 12, further comprising a rack, wherein the rack is provided with the servo motor and a transmission, and the rack is further provided with a storage device for the tool setting gauge (9).
15. Tool sharpening device according to any of claims 12-14, characterized in that said transmission output shaft further comprises at least one bearing (5); the output shaft of the transmission also comprises a flange plate (3) for mounting the grinding head or the tool setting gauge (9).
16. A dressing system comprising the tool dressing device according to any one of claims 10 to 15; and the controller is used for controlling the operation of the welding tool sharpening device.
