Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of condom materials, and particularly relates to a pure polyurethane condom with an adhesive layer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Condoms are the most widely and simply used devices for contraception and prevention of venereal disease transmission in the world at present, and the existing products mainly comprise natural latex rubber condoms and waterborne polyurethane condoms.
At present, the thickness of the natural latex rubber condom is difficult to be less than 0.04mm due to the material characteristics of natural latex, and meanwhile, the natural latex contains a plurality of proteins, so that certain safety risks exist in the use of protein allergy people. With the improvement of living standard of people, the demand of consumers on condoms not only stays on the basic function of contraception, but also more uses and experiences of condoms are required. The polyurethane condom is a novel product on the market in recent years, and through the reform of materials, the thickness of the polyurethane condom is thin, so that consumers have real and pleasant experience when using the condom, but the flexibility of the polyurethane material has a certain difference relative to natural rubber.
However, the single polyurethane resin is difficult to achieve the ideal in softness, bursting property, water resistance and strength, so that the condom can achieve the optimal performance by providing a new condom, meets the market demand of products and has very important significance.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a pure polyurethane condom with adhesive layer, which avoids the use of different resins, and is compounded with adhesive layer, so that the properties of softness, strength, etc. can reach the best, and meet the market demand of the product.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a specific embodiment of a polyurethane condom 100, which may be composed of a multi-layer structure, such as 3 layers, 4 layers, 5 layers, 6 layers, etc., but is not limited thereto, and may be adjusted according to actual needs. Here, the polyurethane condom 100 is configured as a male condom, it being understood that it may also be configured as a female condom, as well as other shaped condoms and the like, and any product comprising the polyurethane condom 100 in the layer configuration of the present invention is intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
The polyurethane condom 100 provided by the invention is made of pure polyurethane materials, and the waterborne polyurethane with low modulus and high adhesiveness is used as the adhesive layer, and polyurethane film layers with the same performance or different performances on two sides of the adhesive layer are adhered together for composite forming, so that the respective performance advantages of the polyurethane materials of each layer are fully exerted, the performances such as softness, strength and the like of a condom product are effectively adjusted, the optimization of the performance is achieved, and the market demand of the product is met.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the polyurethane condom 100 comprises a first polyurethane film layer 10, a polyurethane adhesive layer 20 and a second polyurethane film layer 30. The first polyurethane film layer 10 may be an innermost layer of the polyurethane condom 100 and may be in contact with the skin during use, but may be an outermost layer thereof and may be adjusted as needed.
As shown in fig. 2, the first polyurethane film layer 10 may be a layer made of a polyurethane resin, or may be a layer made of an emulsion of the polyurethane resin and other additives. The auxiliary agent may be, for example, functional auxiliary agents such as lubricants, bactericides, thickeners, wetting agents, antifoaming agents, water, and the like, but is not limited thereto. The polyurethane resin may be any suitable type of aliphatic polyurethane or aromatic polyurethane, further, for example, anionic, cationic, nonionic, amphoteric, solvent-based, solvent-free polyurethane, and the raw materials and preparation processes of the polyurethane may be adjusted to produce a desired polyurethane.
In some embodiments, the tensile strength of the polyurethane resin may be, for example, 25MPa or more, further 30MPa or more, for example, 35MPa, 38MPa, 40MPa, 60MPa, to constitute the high-strength polyurethane resin a, and the first polyurethane film layer 10 thus formed has a high tensile strength without being easily broken.

It should be understood that the properties of the polyurethane resin of the first polyurethane film layer 10 are only exemplified, but the invention is not limited thereto, and more properties of the polyurethane resin, such as tear resistance, oil resistance, adhesion resistance, electrical breakdown resistance, etc., may be formed according to actual needs.
As shown in FIG. 2, the first polyurethane film layer may have a thickness of, for example, 0.1-20 μm, such as 0.3 μm, 1 μm, 3 μm, 5 μm, 10 μm.
As shown in fig. 2, the urethane adhesive layer 20 is located on the first urethane film layer 10, and may be a layer made of a urethane resin or an emulsion prepared by compounding the urethane resin with other additives. The auxiliary agent may be, for example, functional auxiliary agents such as lubricants, bactericides, thickeners, wetting agents, antifoaming agents, water, and the like, but is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 3, the first polyurethane film layer 10, the polyurethane adhesive layer 20, and the second polyurethane film layer 30 may be, for example, the same as those described above.
As shown in fig. 3, the third polyurethane film layer 40 is located on the second polyurethane film layer 30, and based on the polyurethane condom 100 obtaining the expected performance, the structure of the third polyurethane film layer 40 is different from that of the second polyurethane film layer 30, such as different performances, specifically, for example, the second polyurethane film layer 30 is a high-strength polyurethane resin a, and the third polyurethane film layer 40 is a low-modulus polyurethane resin B, and in a specific embodiment, for example, the polyurethane condom 100 can form an ANAB structural layer; the second polyurethane film layer 30 is a low modulus polyurethane resin B and the third polyurethane film layer 40 is a high elongation polyurethane resin C, and in a specific embodiment, for example, the polyurethane condom 100 with an ANBC structural layer can be formed. As shown in fig. 4, the present invention also discloses another embodiment of the polyurethane condom 100, and the polyurethane condom 100 comprises a first polyurethane film 10, a first polyurethane adhesive layer 21, a second polyurethane film 30, a second polyurethane adhesive layer 22, a third polyurethane film 40, and a fourth polyurethane film 50.
As shown in fig. 4, the polyurethane adhesive layer includes a first polyurethane adhesive layer 21 and a second polyurethane adhesive layer 22, which are, for example, layers composed of the same resin, the first polyurethane adhesive layer 21 is respectively compounded with a first polyurethane film layer 10 and a second polyurethane film layer 30 on both sides thereof, and the second polyurethane adhesive layer 22 is respectively compounded with a second polyurethane film layer 30 and a third polyurethane film layer 40 on both sides thereof.
As shown in fig. 4, the first urethane film layer 10, the first urethane adhesive layer 21, the second urethane film layer 30, the second urethane adhesive layer 22, and the third urethane film layer 40 may be, for example, the same as those described above. The fourth polyurethane film layer 50 is located on the third polyurethane film layer 40, and their structures are different, such as different properties. In a specific embodiment, for example, a polyurethane condom 100 that may form a CNBNCF structural layer: the polyurethane adhesive layers 21 and 22 have 100% tensile modulus of 2.5N/mm or less2E.g. 1.8N/mm2The polyurethane of (a); the first polyurethane film layer 10 and the third polyurethane film layer 40 have the same structure, and the elongation at break is greater than or equal to 500%, for example, 800%; the 100% tensile modulus of the second polyurethane film layer 30 is 3.5N/mm or less2E.g. 3.2N/mm2(ii) a The fourth polyurethane film 50 has a burst volume of 5L or more, for example, 7L, under the condition of forming a condom of, for example, 20 um.
In another specific embodiment, for example, an ANBNCD constituent layer may be formed: the polyurethane adhesive layers 21, 22 are, for example, of 100% tensile modulus 2N/mm2The polyurethane resin of (4); the first polyurethane film layer 10 and the third polyurethane film layer 40 are polyurethane resin with tensile strength of 35 Mpa; the second polyurethane film layer 30 has a 100% tensile modulus of 3.2N/mm2The polyurethane resin of (4); the fourth polyurethane film layer 50 is a polyurethane resin having a tensile strength retention rate of 65% after being soaked in water at 50 ℃ for 0.5 hour.
The polyurethane condom may be formed with more structural layers, such as ANBNC structural layer, BNANE structural layer, DNDNANF structural layer, etc., but not limited thereto, and it should be understood that any structure in which the polyurethane adhesive layer 20 is used as the middle layer of the polyurethane condom 100 and the polyurethane film layers on both sides thereof are combined is within the scope of the claimed invention.
The invention also provides a preparation process of the pure polyurethane condom with the bonding layer, and the preparation method of the pure polyurethane condom comprises but is not limited to the following steps S1-S4.
S1, impregnating the first polyurethane resin and drying to form a first polyurethane film layer;
s2, impregnating polyurethane adhesive layer resin on the first polyurethane film layer and drying to form a polyurethane adhesive layer;
s3, dipping a second polyurethane resin on the polyurethane adhesive layer and drying to form a second polyurethane film layer;
and S4, dipping a release agent on the second polyurethane film layer, and drying, demolding and electrically detecting to obtain the polyurethane condom.
During the steps S1-S4 as described above, for example, a glass mold may be employed, and the surface of the glass mold is heated to 20-50 deg.C, e.g., 35 deg.C, 40 deg.C, impregnated with a first polyurethane resin, and dried, e.g., at 80-120 deg.C, e.g., 90 deg.C, 100 deg.C, 110 deg.C; impregnating adhesive layer polyurethane resin, and drying at 70-110 deg.C, such as 80 deg.C, 90 deg.C, 100 deg.C; impregnating a second polyurethane resin, and drying at the temperature of 100-120 ℃, for example, 110 ℃; after crimping, the polyurethane condom is dried at the temperature of 100-.
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to specific examples.
Examples of the invention
Example 1
The pure polyurethane condom comprises the following raw materials: polyurethane resin N (100% tensile modulus 1.2N/mm)2) And a high-strength polyurethane resin A (tensile strength of 60 MPa).
Cleaning a glass mold, heating the surface of the mold to 30 ℃, soaking the high-strength polyurethane resin A, and drying at 90 ℃; soaking polyurethane resin N with the thickness controlled at 2 μm, and drying at 80 deg.C; dipping high-strength polyurethane resin A, and drying at 100 ℃; and (3) drying the product after edge curling at 120 ℃, soaking a release agent, drying at 80 ℃, demolding, and then carrying out electric detection, internal wrapping and external wrapping to prepare the polyurethane condom 1 with the ANA structural layer.
Example 2
The pure polyurethane condom comprises the following raw materials: polyurethane resin N (100% tensile modulus of 1.0N/mm)2) High-strength polyurethane resin A (tensile strength of 60MPa) and low-modulus polyurethane resin B (100% tensile modulus of 1.8N/mm)2) And a highly elongated polyurethane resin C (elongation at break of 700%).
Cleaning a glass mold, heating the surface of the mold to 40 ℃, soaking the high-strength polyurethane resin A, and drying at 110 ℃; soaking polyurethane resin N with the thickness controlled at 1 μm, and drying at 100 deg.C; dipping the low-modulus polyurethane resin B, and drying at the temperature of 110 ℃; soaking polyurethane resin N with the thickness controlled at 1 μm, and drying at 100 deg.C; dipping the high-elongation polyurethane resin C, and drying at 120 ℃; and (3) drying the curled product at 140 ℃, soaking a separant, drying at 80 ℃, demolding, and then carrying out electric detection, internal wrapping and external wrapping to prepare the polyurethane condom 2 with the ANBC structural layer.
Example 3
The pure polyurethane condom comprises the following raw materials: polyurethane resin N (100% tensile modulus of 1.0N/mm)2) Low modulus polyurethane resin B (100% tensile modulus of 1.8N/mm)2) High elongation polyurethane resin C (elongation at break of 800%), high burst volume polyurethane resin F (burst volume of 10L when forming a 20um condom).
Cleaning a glass mold, heating the surface of the mold to 40 ℃, soaking the high-elongation polyurethane resin C, and drying at 110 ℃; soaking polyurethane resin N with the thickness controlled at 5 μm, and drying at 100 deg.C; dipping the high-elongation polyurethane resin C, and drying at the temperature of 110 ℃; soaking polyurethane resin N with the thickness controlled at 5 μm, and drying at 100 deg.C; dipping the low-modulus polyurethane resin B, and drying at 120 ℃; dipping high explosion volume type polyurethane resin F, and drying at 120 ℃; and (3) drying the curled product at 140 ℃, soaking a release agent, drying at 80 ℃, demolding, and then carrying out electric detection, internal wrapping and external wrapping to prepare the polyurethane condom 2 with the CNBNCF structural layer.

Claims (11)

1. A pure polyurethane condom with an adhesive layer is characterized by at least comprising,
a first polyurethane film layer;
a polyurethane adhesive layer on the first polyurethane film layer;
a second polyurethane film layer on the polyurethane adhesive layer;
the 100% tensile modulus of the polyurethane bonding layer is less than or equal to 2.5N/mm2
The first polyurethane film layer and the second polyurethane film layer are different in structure from the polyurethane adhesive layer.
2. The pure polyurethane condom with adhesive layer according to claim 1, wherein the first polyurethane film layer is selected from at least one of the following:
tensile strength is more than or equal to 25 MPa;
100% tensile modulus of 3.5N/mm or less2
The elongation at break is more than or equal to 500 percent;
after the polyurethane film layer is soaked in water at the temperature of 30-60 ℃ for 0.1-1h, the retention rate of the tensile strength is more than or equal to 60%;
under the condition that a condom with 10-25um is independently formed by the first polyurethane film layer, the bursting pressure is more than or equal to 2.0 KPa;
under the condition that the condom with 10-25um is formed by the first polyurethane film layer independently, the explosion volume is more than or equal to 5L.
3. The pure polyurethane condom with adhesive layer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first polyurethane film layer has the same structure as the second polyurethane film layer.
4. The pure polyurethane condom with adhesive layer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first polyurethane film layer has a different structure from the second polyurethane film layer.
5. The pure polyurethane condom with adhesive layer according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the polyurethane condom further comprises:
and the third polyurethane film layer is positioned on the second polyurethane film layer, and the structure of the third polyurethane film layer is different from that of the second polyurethane film layer.
6. The pure polyurethane condom with adhesive layer according to claim 1, wherein the polyurethane adhesive layer comprises at least one layer, and the thickness of the polyurethane adhesive layer of each layer is 0.1-20 μm.
7. The pure polyurethane condom with adhesive layer according to claim 1, wherein the polyurethane adhesive layer is selected from any one or combination of anionic, cationic, nonionic, amphoteric, solvent-based, solvent-free polyurethane.
8. The pure polyurethane condom with adhesive layer according to claim 7, wherein the polyurethane is any one or combination of polyether type, polyester type and polyether-polyester mixed polyurethane resin.
9. The pure polyurethane condom with binding layer according to claim 7, wherein the anionic type is carboxylic acid type, sulfonic acid type or a mixture of both.
10. A pure polyurethane condom with an adhesive layer, the condom comprising at least:
a first polyurethane film layer;
a first polyurethane adhesive layer on the first polyurethane film layer;
a second polyurethane film layer on the first polyurethane adhesive layer;
a second polyurethane adhesive layer on the second polyurethane film layer;
a third polyurethane film layer on the second polyurethane adhesive layer;
a fourth polyurethane film layer on the third polyurethane film layer;
the first polyurethane film layer, the second polyurethane film layer and the fourth polyurethane film layer are different from the first polyurethane adhesive layer in structure;
the structure of the first polyurethane bonding layer is the same as that of the second polyurethane bonding layer, and the 100% tensile modulus is less than or equal to 2.5N/mm2
The structure of the first polyurethane film layer is the same as that of the third polyurethane film layer, and the elongation at break is more than or equal to 500%;
the 100% tensile modulus of the second polyurethane film layer is less than or equal to 3.5N/mm2
And the fourth polyurethane film layer has a bursting volume of more than or equal to 5L under the condition of forming a condom with 10-25 um.
11. The preparation method of the pure polyurethane condom with the bonding layer is characterized by at least comprising the following steps:
impregnating a first polyurethane resin and drying to form a first polyurethane film layer;
dipping polyurethane bonding layer resin on the first polyurethane film layer, and drying to form a polyurethane bonding layer;
dipping second polyurethane resin on the polyurethane bonding layer, and drying to form a second polyurethane film layer;
dipping a release agent on the second polyurethane film layer, and drying, demolding and electrically detecting to obtain the polyurethane condom;
100 percent of the polyurethane bonding layer and the tensile modulus of less than or equal to 2.5N/mm2
The first polyurethane film layer and the second polyurethane film layer are different in structure from the polyurethane adhesive layer.
