In some embodiments of the invention, to further secure the connecting rod and the adapter rod, the pipe connection further comprises a plug screw 4; the end face of one side opposite to the first end face 103 of the first base 1 is a second end face 106 thereof, a plug hole 107 communicated with the first pipe accommodating structure is arranged along the second end face 106 in the direction of the pipe fitting mounting hole 101, and the plug screw 4 is mounted in the plug hole 107.
The end of the plug screw 4 extending into the first tube holding structure is a protrusion 401, which is used to press the plug screw downward against the tube installed in the first base 1 for fixing, so that the protrusion 401 is configured to contact with the protrusion 401 after the tube is installed in the first base 1. Specifically, assuming that the first side connecting rod 901 is inserted into the corresponding first accommodating structure, after the screw plug 4 is inserted, the protruding structure 401 abuts against the outer wall of the first side connecting rod 901, so as to prevent the first side connecting rod 901 from falling off from the first pipe accommodating structure.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pipe connector further comprises an elastic locking member 5 for preventing the through slot 102 of the first base 1 from rebounding and locking the connection between the first base 1 and the second base 2. The elastic locking piece 5 can be inserted into the through groove 102 and is in interference fit with the through groove 102 and the through hole 202. The function of the elastic locking element 5 is to further secure the mounting between the first base 1 and the second base 2, the shape and dimensions of which can be designed to fit the shape of the through slot 102, ensuring that it can be inserted into the through slot 102 within the limits of elasticity.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the elastic locking member 5 may be made of an elastic material, and the elastic locking member 5 may also be configured as follows: elastic locking member 5 is including being first main part 501 and the second main part 502 that the interval set up, connects as an organic wholely through intermediate part 503 between first main part 501 and the second main part 502, and the clearance between the two makes its elastic locking member 5 show to have elasticity, elastic locking member 5 all forms radial convex ka tai along the both ends of inserting the direction, is first side ka tai 504 and second side ka tai 505 respectively, can block respectively in the both sides in perforating hole 202 drill way, guarantees the stable connection between elastic locking member 5 and the second base member 2, avoids deviating from.
Furthermore, the first side clamping platform 504 is arranged at one side inserted along the through hole, and the side surface of the first side clamping platform contacting with the through hole inclines towards the axial outer side of the locking piece to form an inclined surface 5041, so that an elastic locking piece is arranged in the process of convenient assembly; the abutment opposite to the insertion side is located on the side of the middle part 503, and is a second side abutment 505, the axial thickness of which is greater than that of the middle part 503, and this structure is favorable for the elastic locking member 5 to generate larger deformation when being inserted, so that the assembly is convenient; and after the assembly, the locking sleeve is not easy to be separated, and the assembly reliability is ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, to secure the connection between the first and second substrates 1 and 2, the pipe connection further comprises a locking sleeve 6; a transition section 108 is arranged between the plug-in part 104 of the first base body 1 and the main body part 105 of the first base body 1, the radial width of the transition section 108 is between the radial width of the plug-in part 104 and the radial width of the main body part 105, and the locking sleeve 6 is arranged at the transition section 108; the end portion 205 of the second base body 2 (i.e., the position where the through hole 202 is located) is radially contracted with respect to the main body portion 104 of the second base body 2; the locking sleeve 6 is arranged at the end positions of the transition section 108 of the first base body and the second base body, so that the locking sleeve 6 can be prevented from falling off; after the locking sleeve 6 is installed, the end part of the locking sleeve facing the first base body 1 is over the through groove 202 and faces the side port of the first base body, and the end part of the locking sleeve facing the second base body 2 is over the through groove 202 and faces the side port of the second base body 2.
Furthermore, in the direction from the second substrate 2 to the first substrate 1, the inner cavity of the locking sleeve 6 on one side of the second substrate forms a stepped contraction structure, the outer periphery of the end of the second substrate 2 also forms a stepped contraction structure 206, and the two contraction structures cooperate to form a clamping structure, so that the locking sleeve 6 can be further prevented from being disengaged.
The pipe coupling is installed as follows.
Firstly, the locking sleeve 6 is sleeved at the end part of one side of the through hole 202 of the second substrate 2, then, the first substrate 1 is sleeved in the second substrate 2, and the through groove 102 structure at one end of the first substrate 1 forms an elastic clamping interface which can be used for clamping the notch of the through groove 202 in the second substrate 2. And then install elastic locking piece 5, but elastic locking piece 5 joint and the 2 inboard planes of second base member for the unable resilience of 1 elastic clamping interface of first base member. So that the locking mechanism is fastened and firm.
The operation principle of the pipe connector will be described by taking the example that the first rotating rod 1202 is inserted into the pipe mounting hole 101 of the first base body 1 and the first side connecting rod 901 is inserted into the pipe mounting groove 201 of the second base body 2: after the first transfer rod 1202 and the first side connecting rod 901 of the pipe are inserted, the plug screw 4 is screwed in, the first transfer rod 1202 is pressed, the first transfer rod 1202 extrudes the locking sleeve 6, the locking sleeve 6 moves, wherein the locking sleeve 6 and the stepped matching structure on the second base body 2 provide movement allowance for the locking sleeve 6, and the locking sleeve 6 further extrudes the first side connecting rod 901 to realize locking of the two pipe fittings. When unlocked, the first side connection bar 901 can pass through the opening of the pipe fitting installation groove 201 of the second base body 2 to freely match with the second base body 2. When the locking sleeve 6 is pressed downward, the locking sleeve 6 covers the opening of the mounting groove 201, and the opening is reduced until the first side connecting rod 901 is pressed.
The elastic sheet 10 is applied to the spinal orthopedic frame to play a role in traction, and the abdomen of a patient is pulled to relax muscles and skin during an operation to assist the smooth operation. The stable assembly between the spinal orthopedic restoration frame and the elastic sheet is realized through the pipe connecting piece, and the installation angle of the elastic sheet 10 is adjusted in an auxiliary way by adjusting the relative angle between the first base body 1 and the second base body 2. The structure is flexible, and convenience is provided for spinal column orthopedic surgery.

Claims (10)

1. A traction frame for spinal orthopedic surgery, comprising:
a head fixing member;
a pelvic end mount;
the connecting rod assembly is used for connecting the head fixing piece and the pelvis end fixing piece and comprises a first side connecting rod and a second side connecting rod which are arranged at intervals;
spring plate: is installed between the first side connecting rod and the second side connecting rod.
2. The traction frame for spinal orthopedic surgery of claim 1, further comprising a first adapter rod and a second adapter rod;
the first end of the elastic sheet is provided with mounting holes at intervals, and the first rotating connecting rod can be connected to the first end mounting hole and connected to the first side connecting rod;
the second end of the elastic sheet is provided with mounting holes at intervals, and the second adapter rod can be connected to the second end mounting holes and connected to the second side connecting rod.
3. The traction frame for spinal orthopedic surgery according to claim 2, wherein the first adapter rod and the first side connecting rod, and the second adapter rod and the second side connecting rod are connected through a pipe connector, the pipe connector comprising:
a first substrate: a first pipe accommodating structure is arranged along the radial direction of the first base body, a radial through groove is arranged along the direction of the axial first end surface of the first base body towards the first accommodating structure, and the through groove is communicated with the first pipe accommodating structure and the first end surface of the first base body;
a second substrate: a second tube accommodating structure is arranged along the radial direction of the second base body, a through hole is arranged along the axial direction of the second base body in the direction from the first end surface to the second accommodating structure, and the through hole is communicated with the second accommodating structure and the first end surface of the second base body;
the first end part is arranged on the first end surface side of the first base body, the first end part contracts in the radial direction relative to the first base body part to form a plug part, and the plug part can be inserted into the through hole of the second base body;
the first adapter rod and the first side connecting rod can be selectively arranged in the first pipe containing structure or the second pipe containing structure of the corresponding side pipe connecting piece, and the second adapter rod and the second side connecting rod can be selectively arranged in the first pipe containing structure or the second pipe containing structure of the corresponding side pipe connecting piece.
4. The traction frame for spinal orthopedic surgery as claimed in claim 3, wherein said insertion part includes a hole fitting part and a mouth fitting part at an end of the hole fitting part, said mouth fitting part being radially expanded with respect to said hole fitting part to form a first catch;
the through hole is radially contracted relative to the second base body to form a second clamping table;
after the first base body is inserted into the second base body, the first clamping table and the second clamping table are matched and clamped.

The traction frame for spinal orthopedic surgery of claim 3 wherein the tube connector further comprises a plug screw; the end face of one side opposite to the first end face of the first base body is a second end face of the first base body, a plug screw hole communicated with the first pipe containing structure is formed in the second end face, and the plug screw is installed in the plug screw hole;
the end part of one side of the screw plug extending into the first pipe containing structure is a protruding structure, and the protruding structure is configured in size, so that the adapter rod or the connecting rod can be in contact with the protruding structure after being installed in the first base body.
6. The traction frame for spinal orthopedic surgery as claimed in claim 3, wherein the tube connecting member further comprises an elastic locker insertable at the through-groove with interference fit with the through-groove and the through-hole.
7. The traction frame for spinal orthopedic surgery as claimed in claim 6, wherein the two ends of the elastic locker in the insertion direction are formed with radially protruding locking platforms respectively locked at both sides of the through hole opening.

The traction frame for spinal orthopedic surgery as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein the elastic locking member includes a first body portion and a second body portion which are spaced apart from each other, and the first body portion and the second body portion are integrally connected via an intermediate portion; the two ends of the first main body part protrude outwards to form clamping platforms, and the two ends of the second main body part protrude outwards to form clamping platforms;
wherein:
the side face of the clamping table at the insertion side, which is contacted with the through hole, inclines towards the axial outer side of the locking piece;
the axial thickness of the chuck table opposite to the insertion side is larger than that of the intermediate portion.

The traction frame for spinal orthopedic surgery of claim 3 wherein the tube connector further comprises a locking sleeve; a transition section is arranged between the inserting part of the first base body and the main body part of the first base body, and the radial width of the transition section is positioned between the radial width of the inserting part and the radial width of the main body part; the end part of the second base body is radially contracted relative to the main body part of the second base body; the locking sleeve is arranged at the end positions of the transition section of the first base body and the second base body; when the lock sleeve is mounted, the end portion of the lock sleeve facing the first base body passes through the through groove and faces the first base body side port, and the end portion of the lock sleeve facing the second base body passes through the through groove and faces the second base body side port.
10. The traction frame for spinal orthopedic surgery as claimed in claim 9, wherein the inner cavity of the locking sleeve facing the second base is formed with a stepped constriction toward the first base, and the outer periphery of the end of the second base is formed with a stepped constriction, and the two constrictions cooperate to form the snap-fit structure.
