The upper ends of the first hollow tube and the second hollow tube are respectively connected with a disinfectant tank, a clear water tank and a waste liquid tank through tube connectors, the water suction pump injects the solution in each tank body into the inner tube and the cleaning tube through the first hollow tube and the second hollow tube to clean the applicator, and the waste liquid is sucked into the waste liquid tank through the water suction pump, so that the applicator can complete the whole cleaning process without being discharged.
The cleaning assembly is connected with the translation assembly, the translation assembly is arranged on the lifting assembly, the cleaning assembly can lift and translate, the cleaning assembly can move conveniently, the medicine applicator to be disinfected can be mounted and dismounted conveniently, and meanwhile, the cleaning assembly can be moved away from the top of the fixing device when the disinfecting device works, so that the disinfecting device is more beneficial to disinfecting.
In conclusion, the cleaning device has a simple structure, can clean the whole applicator through the control system, has high automation degree, improves the cleaning efficiency, and can clean the applicator, so that the applicator can be reused, the cost of the applicator is reduced, and the waste of materials is reduced.

The control device comprises a control system and a control panel; the control system is located in the box body 1, the control panel is located on one side of the box body 1, the control system is electrically connected with the control panel, and the control system is electrically connected with the ultraviolet generating device, the translation electric cylinder, the lifting electric cylinder, the rotating motor 2221, the water suction pump, the stepping motor 224 and the hydraulic cylinder 2131 respectively.
The working principle of the gynecological applicator disinfection and sterilization device provided by the invention is explained as follows:
the gynecological applicator 8 is disassembled into a handle part 81 and a medicine carrying tube part 82; the door on the box body 1 is opened, the handle part 81 is vertically upward and inserted into the cleaning tube 212 from the lower part of the mounting plate 11, the piston 813 is positioned in the cleaning tube 212, the position of the push rod 812 is adjusted, the push rod 812 is connected with the hydraulic cylinder 2131 through the push rod connecting piece 2132, the cleaning tube 212 is rotated, the cleaning tube 212 is in threaded connection with the end cover 811, and the fixing of the handle part 81 is completed.
The handle on the fixing ring 2212 is loosened to enable the fixing ring 2212 to move, then the medicine carrying tube part 82 is inserted into the connecting sleeve 222 from the upper side of the mounting plate 11, meanwhile, the medicine carrying tube part 82 is rotated to enable the medicine applying hole 8211 to be clamped with the positioning pin 2221 in the connecting sleeve 222, then the fixing piece 2213 on the fixing ring 2212 is in threaded connection with the inner tube 822, the inner tube 822 can be connected by rotating the inner tube 822, after the fixing piece 2213 is connected with the inner tube 822, the handle is rotated to lock the fixing ring 2212, and then the fixing of the medicine carrying tube part 82 is completed.

After the whole process is cleaned, the rotating motor 3321, the hydraulic cylinder 2131 and the stepping motor 224 are all stopped, the lifting electric cylinder rises, after the hollow tube completely leaves the fixing device 2, the translation electric cylinder is started, the cleaning assembly 33 is moved away from the upper part of the fixing device 2, and finally the ultraviolet generating device 41 carries out secondary disinfection on the gynecological medicine applicator 8, namely the whole disinfection and sterilization process is completed.
In conclusion, the sterilization device is specially matched with the gynecological applicator 8, the fixing device 2 is used for fixing the handle part 81 and the applicator tube part 82 of the gynecological applicator 8, the cleaning device 3 is used for soaking, washing, sterilizing and cleaning the handle part 81 and the applicator tube 82, and the ultraviolet generating device 41 is used for secondarily sterilizing the cleaned gynecological applicator 8 to achieve a good sterilization effect, so that the gynecological applicator 8 can be repeatedly used, the cost is reduced, and the waste of materials of the applicator is reduced.
