Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to hydrocolloid dressing glue with a self-bacteria inhibiting effect and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of medical dressings.
Background
The hydrocolloid is mainly formed by mixing an elastomer high polymer material, a plasticizer, tackifying resin and a hydrophilic high polymer material. Has both adhesive and liquid absorbing functions. General air permeability and liquid absorption of dressings for wound care are key indexes influencing wound repair, water vapor discharged by skin with poor air permeability cannot be effectively volatilized, skin itching and red swelling can occur, blisters can be generated in serious cases, and seepage liquid after blisters are festered is easy to breed bacteria to cause infection; the liquid absorption determines that the exudate discharged by the wound can not be absorbed in time, and the dressing after absorbing the liquid can provide a necessary humid environment for wound healing, and the absorbed exudate or the redundant exudate contains high protein and is most easy to breed bacteria, so that the wound is further infected if the dressing is not replaced in time. And frequent replacement brings high treatment cost to the patient. The glue provided by the invention is used for modifying the dressing imbibing material, so that the dressing imbibing material can absorb liquid quickly, and simultaneously, the breeding of bacteria can be inhibited, the problem that a wound is susceptible to infection is solved, and the treatment cost of a patient is reduced.

When the cellulose high molecular polymer is modified, the unmodified cellulose high molecular polymer and the chitosan or quaternary ammonium salt bacteriostatic agent are soaked together for at least 12 hours by a soaking method, and the cellulose high molecular polymer modified by the chitosan or quaternary ammonium salt bacteriostatic agent is obtained by drying and grinding the cellulose high molecular polymer and the chitosan or quaternary ammonium salt bacteriostatic agent into 200-mesh powder after the soaking is finished.
A preparation method of hydrocolloid dressing glue with a self-antibacterial effect is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15-40% of rubber elastomer, 10-30% of tackifying resin, 5-10% of plasticizer, 2-8% of antioxidant, 25-45% of cellulose high molecular polymer and 5-20% of synthetic resin SAP polymer, wherein the cellulose high molecular polymer is modified by chitosan or quaternary ammonium salt bacteriostatic agent;
(2) adding a rubber elastomer and tackifying resin into a double-planetary kneader, heating to 100-;
after the cellulose high molecular polymer and the synthetic resin SAP polymer are completely added, stirring is continuously carried out for 1 hour, and the hydrocolloid dressing glue with the self-bacteriostasis function is obtained.
The method also comprises a step (3) of preparing the hydrocolloid dressing glue with the self-inhibition effect prepared in the step (2) into a glue strip or a glue block suitable for subsequent coating.
The method is advanced and scientific, and the substance with the self-inhibition function of the glue is cellulose high molecular polymer which is modified by bacteriostatic agents such as chitosan or quaternary ammonium salt. The synthetic resin SAP polymer is added to increase the water absorption and water locking performance of the glue, increase the strength of changing colloid imbibition into gel, and reduce the risk of gel residue on the wound during removal. By using the glue, the liquid absorption speed is high, the liquid absorption amount is large, a proper humid environment is provided for the wound, and the modified water absorption material inhibits the breeding and reproduction of bacteria in the exudate while absorbing the exudate, so that the effect of reducing wound infection is achieved, and the wound is helped to be quickly repaired.

(1) preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15-40% of rubber elastomer, 10-30% of tackifying resin, 5-10% of plasticizer, 2-8% of antioxidant, 25-45% of cellulose high molecular polymer and 5-20% of synthetic resin SAP polymer, wherein the cellulose high molecular polymer is modified by chitosan or quaternary ammonium salt bacteriostatic agent;
(2) adding a rubber elastomer and tackifying resin into a double-planetary kneader, heating to 100-;
after the cellulose high molecular polymer and the synthetic resin SAP polymer are completely added, stirring is continuously carried out for 1 hour, and the hydrocolloid dressing glue with the self-bacteriostasis function is obtained.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising: the method also comprises a step (3) of preparing the hydrocolloid dressing glue with the self-inhibition effect prepared in the step (2) into a glue strip or a glue block suitable for subsequent coating.
