Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical sutures, in particular to a preparation method of an antibacterial absorbable medical American cockroach suture.
Background
The medical suture is a linear material for human body surgical suture, and is mostly used for ligation hemostasis, suture hemostasis, tissue suture and the like in surgical operations. Existing medical sutures include both absorbable and non-absorbable sutures. The absorbable suture line used in the domestic hospital at present has the following two problems: after the materials used by the suture line are implanted into a human body, the implanted part can swell to different degrees and possibly cause acute inflammatory reaction; on the other hand, in the face of some wounds with relatively high tension, the tensile strength is not sufficient and may not be achieved, which may limit the use of the product.
The periplaneta americana extract can promote tissue repair and improve immunity, and has the effects of resisting inflammation and easing pain; the chitosan surgical suture is nontoxic, harmless and free of any side effect, is an excellent medical material which is easy to knot and absorb by organisms, and has a good application prospect from the existing research results, but the chitosan implant material which is clinically used at present is very limited, and the reason for the chitosan implant material is mainly three difficulties: firstly, the preparation process is limited, and no more effective processing method except that the preparation method is dissolved in a specific solvent exists at present; secondly, the product can not avoid the abnormal reaction of the organism with unknown reason after being implanted; thirdly, the degradation rate of the product is influenced by various factors (mainly enzymes) and cannot be controlled.
In summary, there is a need for an absorbable suture line with good compatibility with human tissues and blood and high tensile strength, and a preparation method of an antibacterial absorbable medical periplaneta americana suture line is especially necessary.

(2) preparing a chitosan fiber absorbable suture:
preprocessing chitosan fiber: pre-drying a chitosan fiber finished product, immersing the chitosan fiber finished product in a mixed solution of glutaraldehyde and dilute acetic acid for ultrasonic treatment, and finally, putting the stretched fiber in deionized water for soaking and drying;
② preparation of controlled degradation Chitosan fibers by immersing reinforced Chitosan fibers in Cu (OAc)2•H2Obtaining the controllable degraded chitosan fiber by using acetic acid solution of O;
enhancing the tensile strength of the chitosan fiber: stirring and dissolving carboxymethyl chitosan in water, performing vacuum defoaming treatment to prepare a crosslinked carboxymethyl chitosan sizing agent, immersing controllable degradable chitosan fibers into the crosslinked carboxymethyl chitosan sizing agent, uniformly sizing, drying, immersing into a calcium chloride aqueous solution for crosslinking, and drying;
(3) synthesizing an antibacterial absorbable American cockroach suture: dissolving Periplaneta americana extract with ethanol, mixing with chitosan fiber, and oven drying.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the periplaneta americana extract and the chitosan fiber are combined to prepare the periplaneta americana antibacterial absorbable medical suture line, the antibacterial, detumescence, healing promotion and degradable functions are combined into a whole, swelling and acute inflammatory reaction do not exist at an implanted part, the compatibility with human tissues and blood is good, the tensile strength is high, and the application prospect is wide.
