The cooling water supply device comprises a cooling water tank (4), wherein the cooling water tank (4) is provided with a water bin (6) which can be opened and closed, and ice water is contained in the water bin (6); a water delivery pump (10) is arranged in the cooling water tank (4), a water inlet pipeline (2) is connected to the water outlet end of the water delivery pump (10), and the water outlet end of the water inlet pipeline (2) is connected with a water inlet pipe joint (104) of the cooling mask during water delivery; a water return pump (5) is arranged in the cooling water tank (4), the water outlet end of the water return pump (5) is communicated with the water bin (6), the water inlet end of the water return pump (5) is communicated with a water return pipeline (3), and the water inlet end of the water return pipeline (3) is communicated with a water outlet pipe joint (105) of the cooling mask during water delivery;

2. The post-operative physical cooling analgesia system of claim 1, wherein: the upper side of the cooling water tank (4) is provided with a control panel (11), and the water delivery pump (10) and the water return pump (5) are controlled by the control panel (11).

The post-operative physical cooling analgesia system of claim 2, wherein: the heating mechanism is arranged on a pipeline of the water bin (6) leading to the water conveying pump (10), the heating mechanism comprises a heating bin (7), a heating resistance wire (8) for heating water in the heating bin (7) is arranged in the heating bin (7), the heating resistance wire (8) is provided with a heating current loop which is communicated with a power supply, and a heating switch (9) controlled by a control panel (11) is arranged on the heating current loop.
