Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a raw gas sensible heat recovery device of a coke oven, and aims to solve the problem of insufficient raw gas sensible heat recovery.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a raw coke oven gas sensible heat recovery device, which comprises:
the recovery tower is internally provided with a heat exchange cavity, and the inner side wall of the heat exchange cavity is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet and a feeding port in a penetrating manner;
the ventilation device comprises an air inlet pipeline mounted to the air inlet and is used for conveying high-temperature raw coke oven gas into the heat exchange cavity; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the feeding device comprises a feeding pipeline which is arranged to the feeding port and is used for conveying a heat absorption solid medium into the heat exchange cavity, and the heat absorption solid medium and the high-temperature raw gas are mixed to absorb heat so as to reduce the temperature of the high-temperature raw gas into low-temperature raw gas and discharge the low-temperature raw gas through the gas outlet.
Optionally, the heat exchange cavity comprises a first cavity section with a larger cross section and a second cavity section with a smaller cross section, which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
wherein a guide ramp is formed between the first cavity section and the second cavity section.
Optionally, the feeding pipeline includes a pressure pipeline and a material pipeline, the pressure pipeline is communicated with the heat exchange cavity, the material pipeline is communicated with the inside of the pressure pipeline, the heat absorption solid medium is transported in the material pipeline, pressure gas is communicated in the pressure pipeline, and the pressure gas is used for driving the heat absorption solid medium to enter the heat exchange cavity to be mixed with the high-temperature raw coke oven gas.
Optionally, the pressure gas is purified gas.
Optionally, the heat exchange cavity has an air inlet end and an air outlet end which are oppositely arranged from bottom to top, the air inlet is arranged on the inner side wall of the air inlet end, and the air outlet is arranged on the inner side wall of the air outlet end;

Optionally, the sensible heat recovery device for the raw coke oven gas further comprises a flow dividing device, and the flow dividing device is installed in the heat exchange cavity and is located between the feeding port and the air inlet end; the flow dividing device comprises a flow dividing plate extending horizontally, the flow dividing plate is rotatably arranged in the heat exchange cavity along an up-down axis, and a plurality of uniformly distributed flow dividing holes penetrate through the upper end surface of the flow dividing plate; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the sensible heat recovery device for the raw coke oven gas further comprises a gas distribution device, and the gas distribution device is installed in the heat exchange cavity and is positioned between the feeding port and the gas inlet end;
the gas distribution device comprises a gas guide plate extending along the horizontal direction, a gas collection cavity is formed in the gas guide plate, a plurality of gas holes are formed in the upper end face of the gas guide plate and communicated with the gas collection cavity, and a gas collection opening is formed in the lower wall face of the gas collection cavity and used for introducing high-temperature raw coke oven gas fed from the gas inlet.
Optionally, the sensible heat recovery device of the raw coke oven gas further comprises a gas distributor installed in the heat exchange cavity, and an input port of the gas distributor is communicated with the gas inlet pipeline.
Optionally, the sensible heat recovery device of the raw coke oven gas further comprises a plurality of nozzles, air inlets of the plurality of nozzles are communicated to the output port of the gas distributor, and nozzle angles of the plurality of nozzles are different.

According to the technical scheme, high-temperature raw coke oven gas is continuously conveyed into the heat exchange cavity through the air inlet pipeline, heat absorption solid medium is conveyed into the heat exchange cavity through the feeding pipeline, the heat absorption solid medium and the high-temperature raw coke oven gas are mixed in the heat exchange cavity, the heat absorption solid medium absorbs heat, so that the high-temperature raw coke oven gas is cooled to be low-temperature raw coke oven gas, the coke oven raw coke oven gas sensible heat recovery device does not need to consider the problems of waste water generation and coking and carbon deposition caused by too low raw coke oven gas temperature, the heat absorption solid medium can absorb more heat, and the sensible heat recovery efficiency is greatly improved.

The invention provides a raw coke oven gas sensible heat recovery device, wherein two embodiments are provided in figures 1-2.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a raw coke oven gas sensible heat recovery device 100, which includes a recovery tower 1, a ventilation device and a feeding device; a heat exchange cavity is arranged in the recovery tower 1, and an air inlet, an air outlet and a feeding port are arranged on the inner side wall of the heat exchange cavity in a penetrating manner; the ventilation device comprises an air inlet pipeline 21 mounted to the air inlet and used for conveying high-temperature raw coke oven gas into the heat exchange cavity; the feeding device comprises a feeding pipeline 31 which is arranged at the feeding port and used for conveying heat absorption solid media to the heat exchange cavity, and the heat absorption solid media and the high-temperature raw gas are mixed to absorb heat so as to cool the high-temperature raw gas into low-temperature raw gas and discharge the low-temperature raw gas through the gas outlet.
According to the technical scheme, high-temperature raw gas is continuously conveyed into the heat exchange cavity through the air inlet pipeline 21, heat-absorbing solid medium is conveyed into the heat exchange cavity through the feeding pipeline 31, the heat-absorbing solid medium and the high-temperature raw gas are mixed in the heat exchange cavity, and the heat-absorbing solid medium absorbs heat to reduce the temperature of the high-temperature raw gas into low-temperature raw gas, so that the sensible heat recovery device of the raw gas of the coke oven does not need to consider the problems of waste water generation and coking and carbon deposition caused by too low temperature, the heat-absorbing solid medium can absorb more heat, and the sensible heat recovery efficiency is greatly improved.
It should be noted that the heat absorption solid medium in the heat exchange cavity may have a plurality of discharging methods, and may be discharged uniformly after one-time heat exchange is completed, or the heat absorption solid medium may be conveyed outwards while heat exchange is being performed.
Further, the heat exchange cavity comprises a first cavity section with a larger cross section and a second cavity section with a smaller cross section which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; wherein a guide ramp is formed between the first cavity section and the second cavity section. Through the size difference of the first cavity section and the second cavity section, the high-temperature raw coke oven gas can generate circulating air in the heat exchange cavity, and the heat absorption solid medium is prevented from being accumulated through the guide inclined plane.
In an embodiment provided by the present invention, the feeding pipeline 31 includes a pressure pipeline 311 and a material pipeline 312, the pressure pipeline 311 is communicated with the heat exchange cavity, the material pipeline 312 is communicated with the pressure pipeline 311, the material pipeline 312 transports the heat absorption solid medium, a pressure gas is communicated in the pressure pipeline 311, and the pressure gas is used for driving the heat absorption solid medium to enter the heat exchange cavity to be mixed with the high-temperature raw coke oven gas. The heat absorption solid medium is blown into the heat exchange cavity by using pressure gas, so that the heat absorption solid medium is uniformly and discretely distributed in the heat exchange cavity, the heat absorption solid medium can be in contact with the raw coke oven gas more fully, and the heat exchange is more effective.
In addition, in this embodiment, the discharge port is disposed at the lower end of the side wall surface of the heat exchange cavity so as to facilitate the falling and discharging of the settled heat absorption solid medium, and the fluidized bed is disposed on the bottom wall surface of the heat exchange cavity so as to fluidize the heat absorption solid medium and facilitate the discharging from the discharge port.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the pressure gas is purified gas, and is introduced into the pressure gas, and is mixed with the raw coke oven gas and then discharged, so that the raw coke oven gas is sufficiently combusted.
In addition, the pressure gas may be mixed with other protective or combustion-supporting gases as appropriate, which are well known in the art and not described herein.
Referring to fig. 2, in another embodiment of the present invention, the heat exchange cavity has an air inlet end and an air outlet end that are oppositely disposed from bottom to top, the air inlet is disposed on an inner sidewall of the air inlet end, and the air outlet is disposed on an inner sidewall of the air outlet end; the feeding port is arranged between the air inlet end and the air outlet end. The gas outlet sets up the upper end of air inlet, high temperature crude gas is by supreme discharge down, the feed inlet sets up the air inlet and between the gas outlet, the solid-state medium of heat absorption from top to bottom falls, through crude gas with the heat absorption solid-state medium countercurrent flow heat transfer, improves heat exchange efficiency.
In this embodiment, the discharge hole is formed in the bottom wall surface of the heat exchange cavity, so that the heat absorbing solid medium directly falls and is discharged.
In addition, in order to make the contact between the heat-absorbing solid medium and the raw coke oven gas more sufficient, the sensible heat recovery device 100 of the coke oven raw coke oven gas further comprises a flow dividing device, wherein the flow dividing device is installed in the heat exchange cavity and is positioned between the feeding port and the air inlet end; the flow dividing device comprises a flow dividing plate 41 extending horizontally, the flow dividing plate 41 is rotatably mounted in the heat exchange cavity along an up-down axis, and a plurality of flow dividing holes uniformly distributed penetrate through the upper end face of the flow dividing plate 41. Through setting up flow distribution plate 41 for heat absorption solid state medium can fall earlier when falling on flow distribution plate 41, along with flow distribution plate 41's motion is dispersed, and passes through the reposition of redundant personnel hole whereabouts, thereby makes heat absorption solid state medium evenly distributed, with the raw coke oven gas fully contacts, it should be said that flow distribution plate 41 can be provided with a plurality ofly along the vertical.
Similarly, in order to make the raw coke oven gas and the heat absorbing solid medium fully contact with each other, the sensible heat recovery device 100 further comprises a gas distribution device, wherein the gas distribution device is installed in the heat exchange cavity and is located between the feeding port and the air inlet end; the gas distribution device comprises a gas guide plate 51 extending along the horizontal direction, a gas collection cavity is formed in the gas guide plate 51, a plurality of gas holes are formed in the upper end face of the gas guide plate 51 in a penetrating mode and communicated with the gas collection cavity, and a gas collection opening is formed in the lower wall face of the gas collection cavity in a penetrating mode and used for introducing high-temperature raw coke oven gas fed from the gas inlet. The raw coke oven gas is collected by the gas collecting cavity and is discharged through the gas holes, so that the raw coke oven gas is gathered and then is contacted with the heat-absorbing solid medium, the contact is more sufficient, and the heat-absorbing efficiency of the heat-absorbing solid medium is further improved.
It should be noted that, in the two related technical features of the flow dividing device and the gas distribution device, they may exist alternatively or simultaneously, and obviously, the technical effect brought by the simultaneous existence is better.
In addition, the sensible heat recovery device 100 for the raw coke oven gas further comprises a gas distributor 6 installed in the heat exchange cavity, and an input port of the gas distributor 6 is communicated with the gas inlet pipeline 21. The raw coke oven gas is uniformly distributed in the heat exchange cavity through the gas distributor 6.
Further, the sensible heat recovery device 100 for the raw coke oven gas further comprises a plurality of nozzles, air inlets of the plurality of nozzles are communicated to the output port of the gas distributor, and nozzle angles of the plurality of nozzles are different, so that the high-temperature raw coke gas is uniformly sprayed into the heat exchange cavity from different angles, and solid-gas heat exchange is more sufficient.
In order to collect the cooled raw coke oven gas, an air outlet pipeline 22 is arranged at the air outlet, a purification precipitation body 7 is arranged on the air outlet pipeline 22, a purification precipitation cavity is formed in the purification precipitation body 7, and a cyclone separator is arranged in the purification precipitation cavity and used for purifying and precipitating the low-temperature raw coke oven gas discharged from the air outlet. And the cyclone separator prevents the raw coke oven gas from being discharged to bring out part of the heat absorption solid medium.
In the present invention, a screw conveying blade is provided in the feeding pipe 31. The heat absorption solid medium can conveniently and uniformly enter the heat exchange cavity.
Specifically, the heat-absorbing solid medium is one or more of coke, quartz sand, metal particles and blue carbon; make transportation and heat absorption effect best, in this embodiment, the heat absorption solid state medium is the coke, the high temperature coke that forms after the coke absorbs heat can be carried out further recycle, can carry out the reburning, and then is used for power generation etc. the use of coke is common technique, does not describe here again.
It should be noted that, in the above three related technical features, they may exist alternatively or simultaneously, and obviously, the technical effect brought by the simultaneous existence of the above three related technical features is the best.
In addition, in order to prevent the high-temperature raw gas from leaking from the feeding port, the feeding device further comprises a sealing structure, the sealing structure comprises a main feeding pipeline 81 and a sealing circulating pipeline 82, the main feeding pipeline 81 is communicated with the feeding pipeline 31, the heat absorption solid medium is transported in the main feeding pipeline 81, a first circulating port penetrates through the lower wall surface of the main feeding pipeline 81, a second circulating port penetrates through the upper wall surface of the main feeding pipeline 81, and a filter screen is mounted on the first circulating port; the sealed circulation pipe 82 includes a first circulation pipe attached to the first circulation port, and a second circulation pipe attached to the second circulation port, and the first circulation pipe is communicated to the second circulation pipe. When the main feeding pipeline 81 conveys heat absorption solid media to enter the feeding pipeline 31, the heat absorption solid media comprise blocky heat absorption solids with larger particle sizes and dusty solids with smaller particle sizes, wherein dust parts fall into the first circulating pipeline through the first circulating port and leak out through the second circulating port, and when the blocky heat absorption solids with larger particle sizes are conveyed to enter the feeding pipeline 31, the dusty solids exposed through the second circulating port are filled among the blocky heat absorption solids and enter the feeding pipeline 31 together, so that a dust sealing layer is formed at an inlet of the feeding pipeline 31, and the leakage of the high-temperature raw gas is prevented.
