本发明公开了一种仿古面艺术混凝土及其制备方法,该艺术混凝土各原料按质量百分比计为:水泥20%‑38%,石英砂5%‑32%,石粉14%‑33%,骨料颗粒12%‑35%,颜料0‑0.80%,减水剂0‑1.5%,消泡剂0‑0.1%,水8%‑14%。本发明所述艺术混凝土既可震动压制成型,又可自流平成型,成型方法可根据混凝土的结构和生产效率任意选择;本发明制备的艺术混凝土表面原有艺术感不丧失,又能在曲面、浮雕等既有表面添加颗粒感和具有光滑凹凸感的仿古面纹理,使得艺术混凝土的观感和艺术性大大增加;本发明可以添加各种颜料制作不同颜色的彩色艺术混凝土,使其装饰效果更佳,可适用于外墙干挂、室内墙面、台面等的铺贴以及各种艺术造型。

本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体地说是一种仿古面艺术混凝土及其制备方法。
背景技术
艺术混凝土作为一种建筑装饰材料,被广泛应用于户外、室内墙面和台面的铺贴以及各种艺术造型。艺术混凝土是混凝土材料中比较高级的表达形式,它是绿色、环保、无毒、无污染的新型建筑材料,具有无限可塑性和无限创意性,实现了科技与艺术的完美结合。
传统艺术混凝土属于浇注或压制成型,利用混凝土可塑性制作成为不同颜色和多种多样的造型。在我国,对于曲面、浮雕等异形艺术混凝土造型,大部分表现为两种形式:一种是整体表现为灰色或白色的清水色,无骨料颗粒的纹理;一种是混凝土表面经打磨形成类似于水磨石的光面纹理。而对于曲面、浮雕等异形表面既有骨料颗粒的纹理,又有凹凸感且光滑的仿古面纹理的艺术混凝土则研究较少。
发明内容
为了实现上述曲面、浮雕等异形艺术混凝土表面骨料颗粒感和凹凸光滑的仿古面纹理并存,本发明提供了一种仿古面艺术混凝土及其制备方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种仿古面艺术混凝土及其制备方法,由以下按质量百分比计的原材料组成:水泥20%-38%,石英砂5%-32%,石粉14%-33%,骨料颗粒12%-35%,颜料0-0.80%,减水剂0-1.5%,消泡剂0-0.1%,水8%-14%;
所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥或白色硅酸盐水泥;
所述石英砂为48-100目、100-300目两种规格的石英砂的混合物,按质量百分比计,各组分含量为:48-100目石英砂40%-80%,100-300目石英砂20%-60%;
所述石粉为0-2mm的大理石粉或花岗岩石粉;
所述骨料颗粒为3-10mm粒径的石子颗粒;
所述颜料为无机氧化铁颜料;
所述减水剂为聚羧酸系减水剂;
所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
一种仿古面艺术混凝土的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
先将水泥、石英砂、石粉、骨料颗粒、颜料置于搅拌机中进行搅拌预混3-5分钟,再向搅拌机中加入减水剂、消泡剂和水之后进行二次搅拌5-10分钟,搅拌完毕后得到均匀混合料;
将混合料置于异形模具中用压机震动压制成型,并通过负压排出其中多余水分,也可将混合料置于异形模具中使其自流平成型;
将成型毛料放入环境温度为30℃-40℃、湿度≥95%的蒸养室,养护时间为14-28天;
养护完毕后擦干毛料表面水分,并用毛刷将10%浓度的草酸溶液均匀涂刷于毛料表面,待表面水泥腐蚀掉1-3mm厚度时再用清水将表面清洗干净;
分别用36#、60#、120#、240#、320#、500#的仿古刷对产品表面进行打磨,打磨之后,硬度较低的水泥表面呈现凹面状态,硬度较高的石子颗粒表面呈现凸面状态,即可在曲面、浮雕等异形混凝土表面形成带颗粒感且具有光滑凹凸感的仿古面纹理。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优势:
(1)本发明所述异形艺术混凝土既可震动压制成型,又可自流平成型,成型方法可根据异形混凝土的结构和生产效率任意选择。
(2)本发明所述异形艺术混凝土表面原有艺术感不丧失,又能在曲面、浮雕等既有表面添加颗粒感和具有光滑凹凸感的仿古面纹理,使得艺术混凝土的观感和艺术性大大增加。
(3)本发明所述的异形艺术混凝土可以添加各种颜料制作不同颜色的彩色艺术混凝土,使其装饰效果更佳,可适用于外墙干挂、室内墙面、台面等的铺贴以及各种艺术造型。

为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步的阐述,但本发明不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
一种仿古面艺术混凝土及其制备方法,由以下按质量百分比计的原材料组成:水泥30.08%,石英砂30.08%,石粉15.04%,骨料颗粒15.04%,颜料0.24%,减水剂0.75%,消泡剂0.06%,水8.72%。
本实施例中,水泥为白色硅酸盐水泥;石英砂为48-100目、100-300目两种规格的石英砂的混合物,按质量百分比计,各组分含量为:48-100目石英砂72%,100-300目石英砂28%;石粉为0-2mm的白云石粉;骨料颗粒为3-4mm粒径的黑石子颗粒;颜料为黄色氧化铁颜料;减水剂为聚羧酸系减水剂;消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
先将水泥、石英砂、石粉、骨料颗粒和颜料置于搅拌机中进行搅拌预混3分钟,再向搅拌机中加入减水剂、消泡剂和水之后进行二次搅拌10分钟,搅拌完毕后得到均匀混合料;
将混合料置于浮雕模具中使其自流平成型为浮雕板;
将成型毛料放入环境温度为30℃-40℃、湿度≥95%的蒸养室,养护时间为14-28天;

本实施例中,水泥为白色硅酸盐水泥;石英砂为48-100目、100-300目两种规格的石英砂的混合物,按质量百分比计,各组分含量为:48-100目石英砂64%,100-300目石英砂36%;石粉为0-2mm的芝麻白花岗岩石粉;骨料颗粒为4-6mm粒径的芝麻灰花岗岩颗粒;颜料为黑色氧化铁颜料;减水剂为聚羧酸系减水剂;消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
制备方法包括以下步骤:

一种仿古面艺术混凝土及其制备方法,由以下按质量百分比计的原材料组成:水泥21.51%,石英砂6.45%,石粉27.96%,骨料颗粒30.11%,颜料0.65%,水13.33%。
本实施例中,水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥;石英砂为48-100目、100-300目两种规格的石英砂的混合物,按质量百分比计,各组分含量为:48-100目石英砂42%,100-300目石英砂58%;石粉为0-2mm的石灰石粉;骨料颗粒为4-6mm粒径的黑石子颗粒;颜料为黑色氧化铁颜料。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
先将水泥、石英砂、石粉、骨料颗粒和颜料置于搅拌机中进行搅拌预混5分钟,再向搅拌机中加入水之后进行二次搅拌10分钟,搅拌完毕后得到均匀混合料;
将混合料置于沟盖板模具中用压机震动压制成型,并通过负压排出其中多余水分;
将成型毛料放入环境温度为30℃-40℃、湿度≥95%的蒸养室,养护时间为14-28天;
养护完毕后擦干毛料表面水分,并用毛刷将10%浓度的草酸溶液均匀涂刷于沟盖板表面,待表面水泥腐蚀掉1-3mm厚度时再用清水将表面清洗干净;
分别用36#、60#、120#、240#、320#、500#的仿古刷对沟盖板表面进行打磨,打磨之后,硬度较低的水泥表面呈现凹面状态,硬度较高的石子颗粒表面呈现凸面状态,即可在沟盖板表面形成带颗粒感且具有光滑凹凸感的仿古面纹理。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来讲,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变换,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种仿古面艺术混凝土及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述艺术混凝土各原料按质量百分比计为:水泥20%-38%,石英砂5%-32%,石粉14%-33%,骨料颗粒12%-35%,颜料0-0.80%,减水剂0-1.5%,消泡剂0-0.1%,水8%-14%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿古面艺术混凝土,其特征在于,所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥或白色硅酸盐水泥。
3.根据权利要求1所述的仿古面艺术混凝土,其特征在于,所述石英砂为48-100目、100-300目两种规格的石英砂的混合物,按质量百分比计,各组分含量为:48-100目石英砂40%-80%,100-300目石英砂20%-60%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的仿古面艺术混凝土,其特征在于,所述石粉为0-2mm的大理石粉或花岗岩石粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的仿古面艺术混凝土,其特征在于,所述骨料颗粒为3-10mm粒径的石子颗粒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的仿古面艺术混凝土,其特征在于,所述颜料为无机氧化铁颜料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的仿古面艺术混凝土,其特征在于,所述减水剂为聚羧酸系减水剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的仿古面艺术混凝土,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的仿古面艺术混凝土的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
先将水泥、石英砂、石粉、骨料颗粒、颜料置于搅拌机中进行搅拌预混3-5分钟,再向搅拌机中加入减水剂、消泡剂和水之后进行二次搅拌5-10分钟,搅拌完毕后得到均匀混合料;
将混合料置于异形模具中用压机震动压制成型,并通过负压排出其中多余水分,也可将混合料置于异形模具中使其自流平成型;
将成型毛料放入环境温度为30℃-40℃、湿度≥95%的蒸养室,养护时间为14-28天;
养护完毕后擦干毛料表面水分,并用毛刷将10%浓度的草酸溶液均匀涂刷于毛料表面,待表面水泥腐蚀掉1-3mm厚度时再用清水将表面清洗干净;
分别用36#、60#、120#、240#、320#、500#的仿古刷对产品表面进行打磨,打磨之后,硬度较低的水泥表面呈现凹面状态,硬度较高的石子颗粒表面呈现凸面状态,即可在曲面、浮雕等异形混凝土表面形成带颗粒感且具有光滑凹凸感的仿古面纹理。
