Abstract

The green bean cake sorting machine comprises a first conveying belt for conveying green bean cakes, a second conveying belt for sorting the green bean cakes, and a plurality of second conveying belts and the first conveying belt are connected, wherein the first conveying belt is fixedly connected with a fixed guide groove for guiding the green bean cakes to move along the conveying direction, a pre-guide structure for guiding the green bean cakes to move to the fixed guide groove from the side surface of the fixed guide groove, and a sorting structure for guiding the green bean cakes to move to the appointed second conveying belt, the fixed guide groove extends along the conveying direction, the front end part of the fixed guide groove is provided with the pre-guide structure which moves in a reciprocating mode in the vertical conveying direction, and the tail end part of the fixed guide groove is provided with the sorting structure which moves in a reciprocating mode in the vertical conveying direction. The driving of the pre-guide plate 32 by the first driving cylinder 31 to move vertically to the conveying direction is beneficial to adjusting the position of the pre-guide plate 32 relative to the fixed guide slot 4, thereby ensuring that the pre-guide plate 32 can completely cover the first conveyor belt 1 and can contact with the fixed guide slot 4.
In order to improve the close contact between the pre-guide plate 32 and the fixed guide slot 4, the pre-guide structure 3 further comprises a return spring 33, one end of the return spring 33 is fixedly connected with the first driving cylinder 31, and the other end is connected with one end of the pre-guide plate 32 facing the fixed guide slot 4. In order to further improve the close contact between the pre-guide plate 32 and the fixed guide groove 4, the fixed guide groove 4 includes a fixed guide plate 41 suspended in the air with respect to the first conveyor belt 1, a fixed connection groove 40 is provided at a front end portion of the fixed guide plate 41, a pre-connection protrusion 30 is provided at a rear end portion of the pre-guide plate 32, and the fixed connection groove 40 partially wraps the pre-connection protrusion 30.
It will be appreciated that, in order to maintain the smoothness of the contact surface with the green bean cake 9, the distance d1 between the pre-coupling projection 30 and the surface of the pre-guide plate 32, and the distance d2 between the fixed coupling groove 40 and the surface of the fixed guide plate 41 are identically set, thereby maintaining the smooth coupling of the surface of the pre-guide plate 32 and the surface of the fixed guide plate 41.
In order to further improve the smooth connection between the surface of the pre-guide plate 32 and the surface of the fixed guide plate 41, a first arc surface 49 is formed at the rear end of the fixed connection groove 40, a second arc surface 39 is formed at the rear end of the pre-connection protrusion 30, and the first arc surface 49 partially wraps the second arc surface 39. Before the pre-guide plate 32 and the fixed guide plate 41 are completely attached, the pre-connection protrusion 30 and the fixed connection groove 40 are in sliding friction, and the design of the arc-shaped surface can reduce friction and improve the stability of the contact process.
