A vasodilator for cardiovascular internal medicine is characterized by comprising a sheath tube (1), an expansion frame (2) and a handheld seat (3); one end of the sheath tube (1) is closed, a first guide tube (12) and a second guide tube (13) are sequentially and fixedly sleeved on the outer side close to the closed end of the sheath tube (1), the first guide tube (12) is positioned in the central position in the sheath tube (1), guide wires (4) are movably arranged in the first guide tube (12), 3 guide tubes (13) are arranged in the second guide tube (13), the 3 guide tubes (13) are respectively positioned on the outer sides of the first guide tube (12), and main traction wires (5) are arranged in the 3 guide tubes (13); the end closed end of the sheath tube (1) is provided with a positioning head (14), the positioning head (14) is of a smooth conical structure and is hollow inside, the head of the positioning head (14) is recessed inwards and is provided with a through hole (140), a hollow tube (141) is arranged at the joint of the positioning head (14) and the sheath tube (1), a spring ring (142) is arranged on the inner side of the tail of the positioning head (14), the position of the guide ring I (10) corresponds to the position of the spring ring (142), 5-8 auxiliary traction wires I (143) are uniformly arranged on the inner side of the spring ring (142), the 5-8 auxiliary traction wires I (143) respectively penetrate through the guide ring I (10) and the sheath tube (1) and then are hinged together, and the hinged part is connected with one end of one main traction wire (5); expand frame (2) including one-level expansion frame (20) and second grade expansion frame (21), one-level expansion frame (20) is including sliding sleeve (200) and expansion strip (201), sliding sleeve (200) are provided with two, and two equal movable sleeves of sliding sleeve (200) are established on sheath pipe (1), and are located the both sides of guide ring two (11), expansion strip (201) are provided with 5-8, and 5-8 expansion strip (201) evenly set up between two sliding sleeve (200), are connected with vice traction wire two (202) on one of them sliding sleeve (200), vice traction wire two (202) run through behind sheath pipe (1) outer wall and are connected with another main traction wire (5) one end wherein, second grade expansion frame (21) sets up in the expansion strip (201) outside, and second grade expansion frame (21) are connected with vice traction wire three (210), vice traction wire three (210) run through behind guide ring two (11) and sheath pipe (1) and last main traction wire (1), and vice traction wire three (210) (5) One end is connected; the handheld seat (3) is fixedly arranged at the opening end of the sheath tube (1), one end, far away from the sheath tube (1), of the handheld seat (3) is fixedly provided with a guide wire guide tube (30), the guide wire guide tube (30) is communicated with a guide tube I (12), 3 side faces of the handheld seat (3) are movably clamped with rotating columns (31), the 3 rotating columns (31) are respectively connected with the other ends of 3 main traction wires (5), and the 3 rotating columns (31) are respectively used for winding the 3 main traction wires (5);
the number of the secondary expansion frames (21) is corresponding to the number of the expansion strips (201), the secondary expansion frames (21) comprise expansion plates (211) and mounting sleeves (212), the expansion plate (211) is an arc-shaped plate, the installation direction of the expansion plate (211) is consistent with the length direction of the expansion strip (201), two support rods (213) are slidably clamped at the inner side of the expansion plate (211), the mounting sleeve (212) is fixedly connected with the middle part of the expansion strip (201), a sliding column (214) is movably sleeved in the mounting sleeve (212), the other ends of the two support rods (213) penetrate through the mounting sleeve (212) and then are movably hinged with the sliding column (214), the bottom end of each sliding column (214) is connected with an auxiliary traction wire III (210), each auxiliary traction wire III (210) penetrates through the guide ring I (10) and the sheath tube (1) respectively and then is hinged together, and the hinge point is connected with one end of the last main traction wire (5);
a movable sleeve (32) is arranged at the joint of the rotary column (31) and the handheld seat (3), the rotary column (31) is movably sleeved in the movable sleeve (32), a locking disc (310) is arranged at the bottom of the rotary column (31), a clamping groove (311) is formed in the locking disc (310), a clamping block (320) is arranged at the bottom of the movable sleeve (32), the clamping block (320) can be clamped with the clamping groove (311), a clamping spring (321) is arranged in the movable sleeve (32), the clamping spring (321) is sleeved on the rotary column (31), the upper end of the clamping spring (321) is abutted to the outer wall of the rotary column (31), and the lower end of the clamping spring is abutted to the inner wall of the movable sleeve (32);
the head end of the positioning head (14) is provided with a guide groove (144) along the length direction;
the secondary traction wire II (202) is fixedly connected with one sliding sleeve (200), then passes through the other sliding sleeve (200), and finally is fixedly connected with the other main traction wire (5);
the expansion strip (201) is of a thin plate-shaped structure.
2. The method of preparing a vasodilator tube according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
firstly, respectively carrying out pressurization, heating and blow molding on a hollow pipe by using a mold to prepare a sheath tube (1), a positioning head (14), a hollow tube (141) and a guide wire catheter (30); a spring ring (142) is added in the forming process of the positioning head (14);
step two, preparing a first guide pipe (12) and a second guide pipe (13) by utilizing the pressurization, heating and blow molding of a hollow pipe, adhering and fixing 3 second guide pipes (13) on the outer side of the first guide pipe (12), and finally sleeving the first guide pipe (12) and the second guide pipe (13) in the sheath pipe (1) in a penetrating way and adhering and fixing the first guide pipe (12) and the second guide pipe (13) with the inner wall of the sheath pipe (1);
thirdly, respectively penetrating main traction wires (5) into the guide tubes II (13);
step four, injection molding is carried out on the guide ring I (10), the guide ring II (11) and the first-stage expansion frame (20), and an auxiliary traction wire I (143) and an auxiliary traction wire II (202) are added in the forming process of the guide ring I (10) and the guide ring II (11); then placing a second guide ring (11) in the middle of the first-stage expansion frame (20), penetrating and sleeving the second guide ring (11) and the first-stage expansion frame (20) at the outer side of the sheath tube (1), finally bonding and fixing the second guide ring (11) and the sheath tube, connecting a second auxiliary traction wire (202) with the first-stage expansion frame (20), then putting the second auxiliary traction wire into the sheath tube (1), and connecting the second auxiliary traction wire with one main traction wire (5); sleeving a guide ring I (10) at the end part of the sheath tube (1), bonding and fixing, finally bonding and fixing a positioning head (14) with the end part of the sheath tube (1) through a hollow tube (141), and connecting an auxiliary traction wire I (143) with a spring ring (142), penetrating through the sheath tube (1), and connecting with another main traction wire (5);
fifthly, injection molding of a secondary expansion frame (21), adding a secondary traction wire III (210) in the molding process of the secondary expansion frame (21), installing the secondary expansion frame (21) on the outer side of the primary expansion frame (20), and enabling the secondary traction wire III (210) to penetrate through the sheath tube (1) and then be connected with the last main traction wire (5);
and sixthly, preparing the handheld seat (3) by punching, respectively adhering and fixing the guide wire guide pipe (30) and the sheath pipe (1) on two sides of the handheld seat (3), penetrating a guide wire (4) into the guide pipe I (12) through the guide wire guide pipe (30), and respectively fixedly welding 3 rotating columns (31) on the handheld seat (3) with the other ends of the 3 main traction wires (5).
