Background
With the public's awareness of various pollutants in the environment, there is an increasing concern about the damage to hair and skin caused by the pollutants or ultraviolet radiation from sunlight, which can cause hair and skin to become dry, irritated and associated problems. Such as: when the scalp hair care product is in a polluted environment for a long time, pollutants on the scalp can stimulate organisms to generate free radicals, so that normal cells of the scalp are damaged, the cell aging is accelerated, and the pollutants are attached to the hair to easily cause the hair to be dry, frizzy and damaged; ultraviolet radiation in sunlight can change the hair structure and cause the photodegradation of protein, and after keratin is damaged, the hair becomes fragile and easy to break. In addition, if various pollution sources are attached to the skin and are not cleaned, the pollution sources can be gradually gathered in pores to cause pore blockage and acne generation, or induce skin immunoreaction to generate an allergy phenomenon, metal dust in the air generates polar charges after being irradiated by ultraviolet rays to excite free radicals, and skin cells are also induced to be damaged after the metal dust is attached to the skin, so that cell aging is accelerated. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the cleaning and care of their own hair and skin. Most people also have the problem of dry hair and skin, which is specifically characterized by dry and damaged hair, no luster, dry skin, roughness, itching and dandruff, and severe symptoms such as skin allergy and inflammation, however, most of the existing washing and caring products can cause the damage of natural moisturizing factors and the dissolution of intercellular lipid, so that the barrier function of stratum corneum is reduced, or the washing and caring products have strong degreasing capability, and the excessive dryness of hair and skin is caused after the use. Therefore, it is very important to develop a composition capable of long-acting moisturizing, moisturizing and anti-allergy.

After washing the skin on the inner side of the arm with an equal amount (1g) of the body wash of examples 9 to 12 and comparative examples 9 to 12, the moisture content of the skin before washing and the moisture content of the skin after washing for 4 hours were respectively measured using a skin moisture tester Corneometer CM825 and repeated 5 times, respectively, to obtain an average value, and the percentage increase in moisture content was calculated. During the experiment, the subject was not able to apply any other cosmetic product at the experimental site.
The skin moisture content increase rate calculation formula is as follows:
skin moisture content increase rate = (MMV4-MMV0)/MMV0 × 100%,
MMV 0: the moisture content of the skin prior to cleansing,
MMV 4: skin moisture content after 4 hours of washing.
The skin moisture content increase rate measurement results are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 4 skin moisture content growth rate results
As can be seen from Table 4, the shower gel prepared in examples 9 to 12 has a remarkable moisturizing effect on the skin, and the moisturizing effect is better than that of the shower gel prepared in comparative examples 9 to 12, which shows that the composition of the invention has good moisturizing performance, particularly the shower gel prepared in example 11 has the best moisturizing effect, the skin moisture content growth rate is as high as 44.82%, and the components have a synergistic effect.
(2) Water Loss (TEWL) determination
The skin moisture loss TEWL is an important parameter for evaluating the function of a skin moisture protective layer and can be used for evaluating the strength of the skin barrier function. If the skin barrier function is impaired, TEWL will increase, and the skin will become dry, desquamated, sensitive, etc. The higher the moisture content and the lower the value of the skin moisture loss TEWL if the skin protection layer is better, the unit of TEWL being:
the test method comprises the following steps: 240 volunteers of 20-35 years old are selected as trial subjects, the 240 volunteers are randomly divided into 8 groups (30 in each group), and the skin of the test subject is healthy and meets the selection standard. After the inner skin of the arm was washed with an equal amount (1g) of the body wash of examples 9 to 12 and comparative examples 9 to 12, the amount of skin moisture loss on days 1 and 30 using the body wash was measured using a Tewameter TM300 and repeated 5 times, respectively, to obtain an average value, and the change in moisture loss was reflected in the test period and the change in moisture loss in the test area was observed with time. The smaller the value, the less water loss and the stronger the skin barrier function; conversely, the weaker the skin barrier function. The smaller the change rate I (initial water loss after use)/initial water loss, the smaller the water loss, the stronger the skin barrier function of the test sample, and the better the moisturizing and soothing effects. During the experiment, the subject was not able to apply any other cosmetic product at the experimental site.
The skin TEWL footage results are shown in Table 5
TABLE 5 skin TEWL assay results
As can be seen from the skin TEWL values in Table 5, the shower gel containing the composition of the invention has better barrier function to the skin, after 30 days of use, the shower gel containing the composition of the invention enables the change rate of the skin TEWL value to reach more than 35%, wherein the shower gel containing the compositions of examples 11 and 12 enables the change rate of the skin TWEL value to reach the maximum, which shows that the components have synergistic interaction, the barrier function of the skin can be enhanced, the moisturizing effect is optimal, and the phenomena of skin dryness, desquamation and the like can be effectively prevented.
Examples 13 to 16 and comparative examples 13 to 16
The moisturizing and skin-moistening lotion consists of the following components in percentage by mass in the following table 6:
TABLE 6
The shampoos of examples 13-16 and comparative examples 13-16 above were prepared as follows:
1) mixing the moistening and moisturizing composition, steareth-2, ethylhexyl palmitate, squalane, stearic acid and cetyl alcohol, heating to about 70 ℃, and stirring uniformly to dissolve solid substances to prepare an oil phase mixture;
2) mixing glycerol, propylene glycol, hyaluronic acid, steareth-21, EDTA disodium, hydroxyethyl cellulose and deionized water, heating to about 80 deg.C, stirring to dissolve solid substance, and making into water phase mixture;
3) slowly adding the oil phase into the water phase in a trickle mode when the temperature of the water phase and the oil phase is reduced to be isothermal, continuously stirring and mixing, then reducing the temperature, adding the rest raw materials when the temperature is reduced to 45 ℃, continuously stirring until the mixture is uniform, and cooling.
