Background
The steel billet roller way in the hot rolled bar heating furnace is mostly designed into cantilever rollers, the cantilever rollers belong to the conveying equipment in the furnace, the failure rate of cantilever roller equipment outside the heating furnace is low, spot inspection is convenient, but equipment defects are difficult to find by spot inspectors and operation posts at the roller channel part in the cantilever roller furnace, the failure rate is relatively high, according to historical failure data collection, when the cantilever rollers burst, roller covers fall off, the cantilever rollers are separated from the cantilever roller shafts, the cantilever rollers fall to the bottom of the heating furnace, if the falling position of the cantilever rollers does not block the slag discharge port in the heating furnace, the slag discharge port of the heating furnace is basically not influenced, but if the falling position of the cantilever rollers just blocks the slag discharge port in the heating furnace, even if the cantilever rollers do not completely block the slag discharge port, a certain gap is still left, but after a period of production, the cantilever rollers slide down to the slag discharge, finally, the slag discharge port is blocked directly because of falling of the cantilever rollers, and the fault has great influence on the service life of the heating furnace and the heating furnace. After the furnace is stopped, the cantilever roller of the heating furnace is dismantled, the heating furnace is cooled by ventilation means such as an axial flow fan until the temperature inside the heating furnace can enter an operator, the cantilever roller can be removed from a slag discharge port by manpower, the cooling time of the heating furnace is at least three days, and the three days of production stopping can bring huge loss to enterprises.
Because the fault is difficult to spot, the existing control means is to set a cantilever roller maintenance standard with a short service period, and the fault is controlled by means of the replacement and the on-line inspection and repair, the method has a certain effect, but the frequent replacement of the cantilever roller severely restricts the production rhythm, and a method for solving the problem that the cantilever roller blocks a slag discharge port is not found at all, so that a device and a method for solving the problem are necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a device for treating the blockage of the slag outlet of a bar heating furnace and a use method thereof, wherein a cantilever roller is jacked up to be separated from the slag outlet by a jacking rod and a tray arranged on the piston rod head of a hydraulic oil cylinder, so that the smooth slag discharging function of the slag outlet of the heating furnace is recovered. When the cantilever roller falls off to block the slag discharge port, the operation of manually taking out the cantilever roller by cooling the heating furnace in three days is not needed, the fault can be treated only through the downtime of 2-3 hours of daily specification conversion, and the device for blocking the slag discharge port of the bar heating furnace can be used, so that the maintenance cost and the production cost are reduced, and the safety and the timeliness of abnormal operation are also effectively improved.

The method avoids the problem that when the cantilever roller 40 blocks the heating furnace slag discharge port 70, the operation time of stopping production for more than 3 days is needed to enter the heating furnace manually to treat faults, reduces the maintenance cost and the production cost, and improves the safety and the timeliness of abnormal operation.
