Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型环氧基硅油改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液的制备方法,利用酰胺基与环氧基的反应,在乳液聚合时加入丙烯酰胺,在乳液分子链上引入酰胺基,再与端环氧基硅油反应,制备新型环氧基硅油改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液。本发明公开的新型环氧基硅油改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液,通过酰胺基与环氧基的开环反应接入硅油,解决了常规方法所造成的有机硅引入量低、挥发性有机物、有机硅单体难聚合等问题,极大提高了乳液的耐水性、柔软性、抗污性能。本发明制得的乳液不仅具有极强的附着力、较好的耐洗刷性与耐乙醇性,而且还具有优异的储存稳定性、耐候性和耐化学品性,可广泛应用于涂料、油墨、粘合剂等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型环氧基硅油改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液的制备方法,属于精细化工化学品领域。
背景技术
众所周知,现代建筑物的墙面装饰多采用乳液涂料,但普通的乳液涂料不具有防涂鸦功能,容易被涂鸦污染,且难以清理,维护成本高,因此市场对专业的防涂鸦涂料产品给予极大的期待。
近年来,随着防涂鸦乳液制备技术的进步,有机硅改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液得到了开发。有机硅改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液不仅具有优良的成膜性能,而且还可以改善涂膜的耐水性、耐玷污性和耐擦洗性,因而受到了业内人士的关注。目前国内常规方法制备的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液主要是将含有不饱和键的有机硅单体与丙烯酸类单体加入合适的助剂,再通过核壳包覆聚合工艺制备;此类乳液虽具有耐高温性、耐水性、柔韧性等特点,但其制备技术不够成熟,存在诸如有机硅单体难聚合、硅烷活性基团易产生自交联、有机硅引入量较低、挥发性有机物污染等问题,对防涂鸦乳液产品质量易造成不利的影响。
利用酰胺基与环氧基的反应,在乳液聚合时加入丙烯酰胺,在乳液分子链上引入酰胺基,再与端环氧基硅油反应,制备有机硅改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液。上述制备方法较为简单,与常规制备方法相比,无需采用有机硅乳化剂或助溶剂,具有生产环保、易操作、无挥发性有机物等特点。通过上述方法制备的乳液具有耐乙醇性、耐玷污性和耐洗刷性等特点,因此有着很好的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型环氧基硅油改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液的制备方法,旨在解决常规的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液制备中出现的有机硅单体难聚合、硅烷活性基团易产生自交联、有机硅引入量较低、挥发性有机物污染等问题。本发明的防涂鸦乳液制备方法简单、工艺合理、无需采用有机硅乳化剂、无挥发性有机物产生,且生产环保、能耗较低。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型环氧基硅油改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在反应釜中加入20~24份的去离子水、1.0~1.5份的复合乳化剂,400~600rpm条件下搅拌20~40分钟,然后滴加30~36份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体、10~16份的丙烯酸丁酯单体、1.6~2.0份的丙烯酸单体、15~20份的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体、0.6~1.2份的丙烯酰胺单体的混合物,滴加40~80分钟,滴完搅拌30~60分钟,制得丙烯酸酯预乳液。
(2)在反应釜中加入6~10份步骤(1)中所述的预乳液、0.8~1.2 份的乳化剂、0.08~0.12份的引发剂和50~58份的去离子水,滴加74~78 份的预乳液和0.16~0.24份的引发剂(溶于8~16份去离子水),在80℃~90℃下聚合反应2~4小时,滴完保温40~80分钟,降至常温,通过半连续种子乳液聚合法制得含有酰胺基的丙烯酸酯乳液。
(3)在反应釜中加入40~50份的双端含氢硅油、1.2~1.8份的烯丙基缩水甘油醚、40~50份的溶剂,搅拌升温至75℃~95℃,然后加入0.03~0.05份的催化剂,反应20~40分钟后温度提升至100℃~120℃,当溶液反应至澄清透明后,保温2~4小时,减压蒸馏除去残余的低沸物,制得端环氧基硅油。
(4)在反应釜中加入60~80份步骤(2)中所述的含有酰胺基的丙烯酸酯乳液,滴加2.4~3.2份的端环氧基硅油,在60℃~80℃下开环反应10~18分钟,滴完保温2~4小时,制得目的乳液(以上所述的份为重量份数)。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的复合乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠(A-102)与异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(TO-8)复配混合物,复配比例为5:1、7:1、9:1。
优选的所述步骤(2)中的乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠(A-102),所述引发剂为过硫酸钾或过硫酸铵或过硫酸钠。
所述步骤(3)中所述的溶剂为异丙醇或丁醇或二甲基亚砜,所述的催化剂为氯铂酸。

3)本发明的防涂鸦乳液与常规的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液相比较,可避免使用有机硅乳化剂或助溶剂所造成的成膜性能降低和挥发性有机物等问题。
4)本发明的防涂鸦乳液制备方法简单、无需采用有机硅乳化剂,具有生产工艺环保、易操作、无挥发性有机物等特点。
5)本发明的防涂鸦乳液与常规的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液相比较,不仅具有极强的附着力、较好的耐洗刷性与耐乙醇性,而且还具有优异的储存稳定性、耐候性和耐化学品性,可广泛应用于涂料、油墨、粘合剂等领域。
具体实施方式
下面结合优选实施例进行说明,所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明本发明,并不限定本发明。
一种新型环氧基硅油改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液,其结构式如下:
实施例1
(1)在反应釜加入24g去离子水、1.5g复合乳化剂,600rpm条件下搅拌20分钟,之后滴加30g甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体、16g丙烯酸丁酯单体、2.0g丙烯酸单体、15g甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体、0.6g丙烯酰胺单体的混合物,滴加40分钟,滴完搅拌60分钟,制得丙烯酸酯预乳液。
在反应釜中加入10g预乳液、0.8g乳化剂、0.08g过硫酸钾和58g 去离子水,滴加74g预乳液和0.16g的过硫酸钾(溶于8g去离子水),在80℃下聚合反应2小时,滴完保温80分钟,降至常温制得含有酰胺基的丙烯酸酯乳液。
在反应釜中加入40g双端含氢硅油、1.8g烯丙基缩水甘油醚、40g 异丙醇,搅拌升温至75℃,加入0.05g氯铂酸,反应40分钟后温度提升至100℃,当溶液反应至澄清透明后,保温4小时,减压蒸馏除去残余的烯丙基缩水甘油醚和溶剂等低沸物,即得端环氧基硅油。
在反应釜中加入60g含有酰胺基的丙烯酸酯乳液,滴加3.2g端环氧基硅油,在60℃下开环反应18分钟,滴完保温4小时,制得目的乳液。
实施例2
在反应釜加入22g去离子水、1.25g复合乳化剂,500rpm条件下搅拌30分钟,滴加33g甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体、13g丙烯酸丁酯单体、 1.8g丙烯酸单体、17.5g甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体、0.9g丙烯酰胺单体的混合物,滴加60分钟,滴完搅拌45分钟,制得丙烯酸酯预乳液。
在反应釜中加入8g预乳液、1g乳化剂、0.1g过硫酸铵和54g去离子水,滴加76g预乳液和0.2g的过硫酸铵(溶于12g去离子水),在85℃下聚合反应3小时,滴完保温60分钟,降至常温制得含有酰胺基的丙烯酸酯乳液。
在反应釜中加入45g双端含氢硅油、15g烯丙基缩水甘油醚、45g 丁醇,搅拌升温至85℃,加入0.04g氯铂酸,反应30分钟后温度提升至110℃,当溶液反应至澄清透明后,保温3小时,减压蒸馏除去残余的烯丙基缩水甘油醚和溶剂等低沸物,即得端环氧基硅油。
在反应釜中加入70g含有酰胺基的丙烯酸酯乳液,滴加2.8g端环氧基硅油,在70℃下开环反应14分钟,滴完保温3小时,制得目的乳液。
实施例3
在反应釜加入20g去离子水、1.0g复合乳化剂,400rpm条件下搅拌40分钟,滴加36g甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体、10g丙烯酸丁酯单体、 1.6g丙烯酸单体、20g甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体、1.2g丙烯酰胺单体的混合物,滴加80分钟,滴完搅拌30分钟,制得丙烯酸酯预乳液。
在反应釜中加入6g预乳液、1.2g乳化剂、0.12g过硫酸钾和50g 去离子水,滴加78g预乳液和0.24g的过硫酸钠(溶于16g去离子水),在90℃下聚合反应4小时,滴完保温40分钟,降至常温制得含有酰胺基的丙烯酸酯乳液。
在反应釜中加入50g双端含氢硅油、1.2g烯丙基缩水甘油醚、50g 二甲基亚砜,搅拌升温至95℃,加入0.03g氯铂酸,反应20分钟后温度提升至120℃,当溶液反应至澄清透明后,保温2小时,减压蒸馏除去残余的烯丙基缩水甘油醚和溶剂等低沸物,即得端环氧基硅油。
在反应釜中加入80g含有酰胺基的丙烯酸酯乳液,滴加2.4g端环氧基硅油,在80℃下开环反应10分钟,滴完保温2小时,制得目的乳液。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.本发明公开了一种新型环氧基硅油改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在反应釜中加入20~24份的去离子水、1.0~1.5份的复合乳化剂,400~600rpm条件下搅拌20~40分钟,之后滴加30~36份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体、10~16份的丙烯酸丁酯单体、1.6~2.0份的丙烯酸单体、15~20份的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯单体、0.6~1.2份的丙烯酰胺单体的混合物,滴加40~80分钟,滴完搅拌30~60分钟,制得丙烯酸酯预乳液。
(2)在反应釜中加入6~10份步骤(1)中所述的预乳液、0.8~1.2份的乳化剂、0.08~0.12份的引发剂和50~58份的去离子水,滴加74~78份的预乳液和0.16~0.24份的引发剂(溶于8~16份的去离子水),在80℃~90℃下聚合反应2~4小时,滴完保温40~80分钟,降至常温,制得含有酰胺基的丙烯酸酯乳液。
(3)在反应釜中加入40~50份的双端含氢硅油、1.2~1.8份的烯丙基缩水甘油醚、40~50份的溶剂,搅拌升温至75℃~95℃,加入0.03~0.05份的催化剂,反应20~40分钟后温度提升至100℃~120℃,当溶液反应至澄清透明后,保温2~4小时,减压蒸馏除去残余的低沸物,制得端环氧基硅油。
(4)在反应釜中加入60~80份步骤(2)中所述的含有酰胺基的丙烯酸酯乳液,滴加2.4~3.2份的端环氧基硅油,在60℃~80℃下开环反应10~18分钟,滴完保温2~4小时,制得目的乳液(以上所述的份为重量份数)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型环氧基硅油改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的复合乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠(A-102)与异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(TO-8)复配混合物,复配比例为5:1、7:1、9:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型环氧基硅油改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠(A-102),引发剂为过硫酸钾或过硫酸铵或过硫酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型环氧基硅油改性丙烯酸酯防涂鸦乳液制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述的溶剂为异丙醇或丁醇或二甲基亚砜,所述催化剂为氯铂酸。
