Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an integrated device for medical sewage disinfection treatment, and belongs to the technical field of medical sewage treatment.
Background
The medical wastewater may contain viruses, bacteria, parasitic eggs and the like to different degrees, may also contain chemical agents, has the characteristics of space pollution, acute infection and latent infection, and is very harmful. If the waste water is not subjected to harmless treatment such as disinfection or the like or is not treated in place, the waste water is directly discharged into urban sewers or environmental water bodies, so that the pollution of the water bodies and soil is often caused, various diseases are caused, even infectious diseases taking water as a transmission path are possibly epidemic outbreaks, and the health of people is seriously harmed. Many hospitals currently have no sewage treatment facilities, particularly in economically undeveloped areas and in some small and medium-sized hospitals.
The integrated sewage treatment equipment is developed under the condition that sewage is changed from large-scale centralized treatment to small-scale decentralized treatment, has the advantages of small floor area, low investment cost, simple process structure, remarkable treatment effect and the like, and is suitable for treating and recycling small-scale waste water in hospitals. At present, distributed sewage treatment equipment adopts an AO + contact oxidation biochemical treatment process, and the equipment is divided into three main functional sections of anoxic treatment, aerobic treatment and sedimentation treatment. One of the main functional sections of the device for removing pollutants is an aerobic section, and the aerobic section is continuously oxygenated by an air pump, so that microorganisms attached to and grown on the aerobic biological filler are in an active state, pollutants in the water body are continuously removed, and the effect of purifying the water quality is achieved. In order to strengthen the treatment effect of medical sewage, the integrated equipment for the disinfection treatment of the medical sewage is designed, low-concentration ozone disinfection and chlorine disinfection are combined with the integrated sewage treatment equipment, and the embedded intensive integrated sewage treatment equipment with the disinfection function, low energy consumption, high efficiency and easy management is developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the utility model provides an integrated equipment for medical sewage disinfection treatment, which solves the problem that the medical sewage of the current small and medium sized hospitals is not suitable for being treated with other domestic sewage, and an independent intensive integrated sewage treatment equipment is urgently needed and is specially used for treating the medical sewage.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
an integrated device for medical sewage disinfection treatment comprises a regulating reservoir, an integrated sewage treatment device, a chlorination unit and an ozone generator, wherein the integrated sewage treatment device is sequentially provided with an anoxic reservoir, a first aerobic reservoir, a second aerobic reservoir and a sedimentation reservoir along the sewage treatment flow direction;
the second aerobic tank is connected into the anoxic tank through a nitrifying liquid return pipe;
the ozone generator is connected below the water surface of the supernatant of the sedimentation tank.
As a preferable example, a nitrifying liquid reflux pump is arranged on the nitrifying liquid reflux pipe.
The scheme is improved on the basis of an AO water treatment process, wherein the AO water treatment process (AO is an abbreviation of anaerobic Oxic) is also called an anaerobic-aerobic process, and A (anaerobic) is an anaerobic section and is used for removing nitrogen and phosphorus; o (oxic) is an aerobic section for removing organic matter from water. It mainly comprises an adjusting tank, an anoxic tank, an aerobic tank, a sedimentation tank and a disinfection unit:
a regulating pool: domestic sewage is treated by a grid and then enters a regulating tank for regulating and homogenizing water quantity and water quality, the balance and stability of the water quantity and the water quality of a subsequent biochemical treatment system are ensured, and a pre-aeration system is arranged for oxygenation and stirring to prevent suspended particles in the sewage from precipitating and smelling, and also plays a certain role in degrading organic matters in the sewage, so that the impact resistance and the treatment effect of the whole system are improved;
an anoxic tank: the sewage is further mixed, the high-efficiency biological elastic filler in the pool is fully utilized as a bacterial carrier, indissolvable organic matters in the sewage are converted into soluble organic matters by facultative microorganisms, macromolecular organic matters are hydrolyzed into micromolecular organic matters so as to be beneficial to further oxidative decomposition of a subsequent aerobic pool, and partial nitrification and denitrification can be carried out under the action of nitrobacteria through the returned nitrocarbon nitrogen to remove ammonia nitrogen;
an oxidation pond: the pool is a core part of the sewage treatment and is divided into two sections, wherein the former section is under higher organic load, and various organic substances in the sewage are removed through the biochemical degradation and adsorption action of a large number of microbial communities of different species attached to the filler under the joint participation, so that the content of the organic substances in the sewage is greatly reduced; under the condition of lower organic load, the later stage degrades ammonia nitrogen in the sewage under the condition of sufficient oxygen content through the action of nitrobacteria, and simultaneously reduces the COD value in the sewage to a lower level, so that the sewage is purified;
a sedimentation tank: carrying out solid-liquid separation to remove suspended sludge peeled off from the biochemical tank so as to really purify the sewage;
a disinfection unit: the effluent flows into a disinfection tank for disinfection, so that the effluent quality meets the requirement of sanitary index and is discharged out in a qualified mode.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) for the condition that medical institutions such as hospitals and the like are distributed at multiple points and the single-point sewage amount is not large, the integrated sewage treatment equipment is convenient to configure, saves the occupied area and is low-energy-consumption and high-efficiency sewage treatment equipment;
(2) firstly, the low-concentration ozone is used for disinfection, most pathogenic microorganisms in the sewage can be quickly eliminated, then a chlorination disinfection unit is adopted at the tail end, the pathogenic microorganisms can be completely killed, the redundant chlorine can also keep the residual chlorine in the pipe network, the continuous disinfection effect is achieved, and the hospital sewage can be discharged after reaching the standard after being disinfected for two times;
(3) the ozone concentration and the chlorine adding amount are reasonably controlled, the disinfection and sterilization effects can be achieved, and the degradation effect on various organic pollutants in the water body can be achieved.
