Description

Identification and display method for representing travel progress information of elevator and elevator display device
Technical Field
The invention relates to elevator equipment, in particular to a mark for representing elevator travel progress information, a display method of the elevator travel progress information and an elevator display device.
Background
In general, elevators are provided with information display devices both in the car and at the landing for providing the current operating state of the elevator to the passengers in a suitable form. For example, a display device provided in a car can provide a passenger with current operation information of the elevator, such as a current floor of the car and an operation direction of the elevator, and a display device provided in a landing can provide at least the operation direction of the elevator to the passenger. Besides the information of the running direction and the current floor of the car, sometimes the elevator display device can also provide the next stop floor of the elevator for the passengers, and particularly after the elevator display device adopts a liquid crystal display screen, the information provided by the elevator display device for the passengers is richer.
For example, patent application publication No. CN110683433A proposes an elevator system including a display device that displays a required time to a stop floor. In the technical scheme disclosed in the application, a complete circumference is arranged around the current floor of the elevator car, and the completed travel and the uncompleted travel (moving distance and time) of the elevator car are represented by different virtual and real arc display effects, so that the display of the positioning information of the elevator car is realized, and the display information is enriched. However, the above technical solutions have several disadvantages as follows:
1) The scheme is essentially a technology for realizing the display effect by using the (arc) line, but the display capability of the 'surface' of the display screen is not fully utilized, so that the display form is single, the utilization rate of the display screen is low, and the display effect has a space for improving;
2) The scheme limits that the displayed positioning information is positioned around the current floor of the elevator car, so that the area of a required display area can be increased, and the whole area of a display screen of the elevator display device can be increased or the display area originally used for displaying other information can be occupied;
3) Travel information such as a starting floor and a target floor is lacked, and information display is not rich enough;
4) The actual remaining time or distance is still unclear depending on the rate of progress due to lack of the departure floor and the destination floor;
5) The arrows used for indicating the change direction of the progress rate and the arrows used for indicating the running direction of the elevator car exist at the same time, and the meanings are different, so that the cognitive difficulty of passengers is increased.

In the following description, specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced or applied in different embodiments, and the details may be based on different viewpoints and applications, and may be widely spread and replaced by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
The invention relates to a mark for representing the travel progress information of an elevator, which comprises any closed area and a segmentation mark positioned in the closed area and/or on the boundary line of the closed area, wherein the closed area corresponds to the whole travel of an elevator car;
the closed area is divided into two adjacent sub-closed areas by the dividing marks, wherein one sub-closed area corresponds to the completed stroke of the elevator car, and the other sub-closed area corresponds to the incomplete stroke of the elevator car;
the segmentation is identified as a point or line with no overlap in between.
The whole travel of the elevator car refers to the span of the elevator car from a starting floor to a destination floor of the current operation, correspondingly, the completed travel refers to the span of the elevator car from the starting floor to the current floor, and the unfinished travel refers to the unfinished span of the elevator car from the current floor to the destination floor of the current operation.
Alternatively, the entire journey of the elevator car refers to the span of the building from the lowest floor or height of the building to which the elevator can reach to the highest floor or height to which the elevator can reach, and correspondingly, the completed journey refers to the span of the elevator car from the lowest floor or height of the building to which the elevator can reach to the current floor or height of the building, and the incomplete journey refers to the span of the elevator car from the current floor or height to which the elevator car does not reach, such as a special-purpose elevator for sightseeing.
Specifically, the travel progress information is at least one of relative position information of the elevator car on the current moving time, relative position information of the elevator car on the current moving distance, relative position information of the elevator car on the number of floors, absolute height information and/or relative height information of the elevator car relative to the building where the elevator car is located.
The number of intersections of the dividing marks and the boundary lines of the closed area is 0 or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4, and when the number of intersections of the dividing marks and the boundary lines of the closed area is greater than 1, the intersections are all the endpoints of the dividing marks.
The boundary line of the closed area is a part of the boundary line of one of the sub-closed areas. Or the boundary line of the closed area is formed by part or all of the boundary lines of the two sub-closed areas.
The segmentation identification shares a point or a line segment or a curve or a broken line or a closed line with the boundary line of the two sub-closed areas.
The identification represents the travel progress information of the elevator by using the measurement value of the sub-closed area, wherein the measurement value is at least one of area, length, angle, radius, arc length and boundary line length.
The elevator trip progress information is expressed in three ways:
firstly, a boundary line of the closed area is kept still, and the segmentation mark moves in the closed area along with the change of the travel progress of the elevator car;
secondly, the division mark is kept still, and the boundary line of the closed area changes along with the change of the travel progress of the elevator car;
thirdly, the boundary line of the closed area and the position of the segmentation mark in the closed area simultaneously change along with the change of the travel progress of the elevator car.
When the two sub-closed areas are arranged in the vertical direction, the moving direction of the dividing mark is consistent with the moving direction of the elevator car.
The segmentation markers contain directional information.
The direction information is consistent with the moving direction of the segmentation identification in the closed area.
The division flag represents the direction information by a broken line or a curved line.
When the two sub-closed areas are arranged along the vertical direction, the direction information contained in the dividing marks is consistent with the moving direction of the elevator car.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mark for representing the travel progress information of the elevator fully utilizes the display capability of the 'surface' of the display device, can optimize and improve the display effect, and enables the display forms to be various.
First embodiment
In the aforementioned identifier for indicating the elevator trip progress information, the identifier of this embodiment is shown in fig. 1, and includes two concentric circles with different radii and a planar space occupied by the two concentric circles, the closed region is a circle with a large radius and a planar space occupied by the circle with a small radius, the division identifier is a circle with a small radius, and the two sub-closed regions are a circular ring formed by the two concentric circles and a planar space occupied by a circle with a small radius, respectively.
In the present embodiment, the division flag does not have an intersection with the boundary line of the closed region, that is, the number of intersections is 0. The boundary line (large circumference) of the closed region is a partial boundary line of one sub-closed region, that is, a partial boundary line (outer circumference) of a circular ring formed by two concentric circles. The division mark shares a closed line with the boundary line of the two sub-closed areas, namely a circle with a small radius.
As shown in fig. 1, the full travel is represented by a large circle with radius R, the completed travel of the elevator car is represented by a concentric small circle with radius R, and R =0 corresponds to the elevator car not leaving the departure floor, and R = R corresponds to the elevator car reaching its destination floor. Of course, the logic can be reversed, R = R corresponding to the elevator car not leaving the departure floor and R =0 corresponding to the elevator car reaching its destination floor.
The radius of the small circle r gradually becomes larger (smaller) as the car approaches the target floor, and the small circle r is continuously close to (away from) the circumference of the large circle. Therefore, the proximity of the circumference of the small circle R to the circumference of the large circle R, the difference between the radii of the large and small circles, or the area of the small circle can represent the stroke progress information of the elevator.
Second embodiment
The difference from the first embodiment is that the identifier of the present embodiment is as shown in fig. 2, and includes a circle, a planar space occupied by the circle, and two radii, the closed region is the circle and the planar space occupied by the circle, the division identifier is the two radii, and the two sub-closed regions are two sectors obtained by dividing the circle by the division identifier.
In this embodiment, the division flag has two intersections with the boundary line of the closed region. The boundary line (circumference) of the closed area is composed of part of the boundary lines of the two sub-closed areas, i.e. composed of two circular arcs in the shape of sectors. The division mark shares a broken line (consisting of two radii) with the boundary line of the two sub-closed regions.
In this embodiment, the information indicating the travel progress of the elevator is represented by a sector area or a sector angle, such as a gray area in fig. 2.
Third embodiment
The difference from the first embodiment is that the identifier of the present embodiment includes a circular ring and a third circle having a diameter between the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the circular ring, the outer circumference and the inner circumference of the circular ring are concentric with the third circle, the enclosed area is the circular ring, the division identifier is the third circle, and two sub enclosed areas are a circular ring enclosed by the outer circumference of the circular ring and the third circle and a circular ring enclosed by the inner circumference of the circular ring and the third circle, respectively, as shown in fig. 3.
In the present embodiment, the division flag does not have an intersection with the boundary line of the closed region, that is, the number of intersections is 0. The boundary lines (the outer circumference and the inner circumference of the circular ring) of the closed region are composed of portions of the boundary lines of two sub-closed regions in common, that is, the inner circumference of the inner sub-closed region and the outer circumference of the outer sub-closed region in common. The segmentation mark shares a closed line with the boundary line of the two sub-closed regions.
Fourth embodiment
The difference from the first embodiment is that the mark of the present embodiment is as shown in fig. 4, and includes a circular ring and two lines dividing the circular ring into two fan rings, the closed region is the circular ring, the divided mark is the two lines, the two lines are located in the circular ring and have no intersection point, only an end point of each line is located on the circumference of the circular ring, and the two sub-closed regions are two fan rings obtained by dividing the circular ring by the divided mark.
In the present embodiment, the division flag has four intersections with the boundary line of the closed region. The boundary lines of the closed area (the outer circumference and the inner circumference of the circular ring) are jointly composed of parts of the boundary lines of the two sub-closed areas, i.e. the inner and outer circular arcs of the two fan-shaped rings. The segmentation identification shares two line segments with the boundary line of the two sub-closed regions.

In the embodiment, taking two triangles as an example, the division identifier has an intersection point with the boundary line of the closed region, i.e. a common vertex. The border line of the closed area is composed of all the border lines of the two sub-closed areas together, i.e. of all the sides of the two triangles together. The division flag shares a point with the boundary line of the two sub-occlusion areas.
In the present embodiment, the information indicating the travel progress of the elevator is represented by the area change of two triangles.
Eighth embodiment
The present embodiment is similar to the seventh embodiment, except that the identifier of the present embodiment is as shown in fig. 8, and includes two circumscribed circles and a plane space occupied by the two circumscribed circles, the closed region is a collection of two circles and a plane space occupied by the two circles, the division identifier is a tangent point, and the two sub-closed regions are plane spaces occupied by the two circles, respectively.
In the present embodiment, the division mark has an intersection point, i.e., a tangent point, with the boundary line of the closed region. The border line of the closed area is composed of all the border lines of the two sub-closed areas together, i.e. of the circumferences of the two circles together. The division mark shares a tangent point with the boundary line of the two sub-closed regions.
