step (1): determining the coating range of a decoration adhesive film according to a female die surface, a joint surface and a male die surface of a material, wherein the edge of the decoration adhesive film at least exceeds the joint surface of the material to the designated position of the male die surface, marking lines are drawn, the material is to-be-decorated, the female die surface and the male die surface are respectively an outer surface of the material and a back surface opposite to the outer surface, the joint surface is a transition surface between the outer surface and the back surface of the material, and the decoration adhesive film is an adhesive film with a self-adhesion function for decorating the material;
step (2): selecting a material fixing unit according to the determined coating range of the material, placing the material fixing unit in a sealable cavity, fixing the material on the top of the material fixing unit by taking a male die surface as a fixing surface, and forming a certain gap between a part to be coated below a marking line on the male die surface of the material and the side surface of the material fixing unit;
and (3): unfolding the decoration adhesive film, fixing the decoration adhesive film at the opening of the closable cavity in the direction that the bonding surface faces inwards to finish the closing of the closable cavity, and baking the decoration adhesive film from the outside of the closed cavity;
and (4): pumping out the gas in the closed cavity, moving the material to the decoration glue film direction until the material entirely exceeds the surface fixed by the decoration glue film at the opening of the closed cavity, and coating the decoration glue film on the female die surface, the joint surface and part of the male die surface of the material under the pressure of internal and external pressure difference;
and (5): and post-processing, namely cutting redundant decoration glue films exceeding the marking lines on the male die surface of the material, and finishing the material coating.
2. The coating process for material film decoration according to claim 1, wherein the decoration film is a pressure sensitive film with high elasticity.

The coating process for material adhesive film decoration according to claim 2, wherein in the step (2), the material fixing unit is fixed on a telescopic platform arranged in the sealable cavity, and under the telescopic driving of the telescopic platform, the material fixing unit bears the material to extend out of the opening of the sealable cavity or retract into the sealable cavity.
