Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship valve body repair and manufacture, in particular to a valve head extractor.
Background
The outboard valve repair is routine engineering during ship dock repair, the opposite grinding of a valve head and a valve seat is an important process, as the diameters of some valve heads are larger (such as being more than or equal to phi 300mm), a vacuum state is formed due to the close fitting of matching surfaces during the paired grinding, and because constructors are difficult to do and do not have the factors of sweating, oil sticking and the like on hands in a cabin, in addition, the weight of the valve head and the place capable of firmly grabbing on the valve head are limited, and at the moment, the valve head and the valve seat are difficult to separate by manual work. Even if separated, because various reasons such as position or valve head self are heavier, also often have the phenomenon of landing and colliding with when extracting the valve head, cause valve head to damage and rework easily. Therefore, to better and more quickly complete each valve train repair, ensuring a docking period, the tooling is made for such large valve heads.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a valve head extractor, which aims to realize smooth extraction of a valve head. The specific technical scheme is as follows:

Preferably, the hook is an elbow bent away from the central axis of the shaft.
According to the invention, the shaft lever is provided with a flange, the seat block is provided with a step hole, the shaft lever penetrates through the step hole and enables the flange to be positioned in the step hole in a rotating mode, one surface of the flange leans against the end face of the step hole, and the other surface of the flange is limited through a half ring connected with the seat block.
Preferably, the middle part of the operating arm is provided with an S-shaped bend.
As a further improvement of the invention, the handle is a hollow handle, the hollow handle is detachably connected with the shaft lever, a miniature double-shaft motor is installed inside the hollow handle, eccentric wheels are respectively connected to shaft heads at two ends of the miniature double-shaft motor, a battery installation hole is formed in the upper end of the shaft lever, a battery connected with the miniature double-shaft motor is installed in the battery installation hole, a junction box is connected to the hollow handle, and a motor button for starting or stopping the miniature double-shaft motor is arranged on the junction box.
Wherein, the both ends of hollow handle are provided with the apron.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the handle is rotated, the shaft lever rotates to drive the lifting arm to ascend or descend, so that the pin shafts at the two ends of the lifting arm slide in the sliding grooves of the operating arm, and the operating arm is driven to rotate around the hinge shaft to form the contraction or expansion of the clamping hook at the lower end of the operating arm.
When the valve head is used, the handle is rotated firstly to enable the clamping hook to contract until the clamping hook can extend into the valve head inner hole, then the handle is rotated in the opposite direction to enable the clamping hook to enter the tool withdrawal groove of the valve head inner hole and clamp the tool withdrawal groove, and finally the handle is grabbed and lifted upwards to lift the valve head. If the valve head is tightly attached to the valve seat and is in a vacuum adsorption state, the motor button can be pressed while the handle is lifted upwards, a variable exciting force is formed by rotation of the eccentric wheel of the miniature double-shaft motor and is mutually cooperated with the lifting operating force, and therefore the valve head and the valve seat are smoothly separated.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
first, the valve head extractor provided by the invention has the advantages of light weight, convenience in carrying, firm grabbing, good safety and high working efficiency.
Secondly, the valve head extractor has the advantages of large moving range of the clamping hook and good universality.
Thirdly, the double-shaft motor with the eccentric wheel is arranged in the handle, a variable exciting force is formed by the rotation of the eccentric wheel and is matched with the lifting operation force in a mutual cooperation mode, the valve head can be smoothly separated from the valve seat, and therefore the use reliability of the valve head extractor is improved.
