Example one
The article distribution method provided by the embodiment is applied to the intelligent storage cabinet, the article taking door is arranged on the intelligent storage cabinet, the storage cabinet assembly is arranged in the intelligent storage cabinet and comprises a plurality of storage grids which are vertically and horizontally separated, the storage grids can be used for storing medical controlled clothes of various specifications, the controlled clothes can be randomly placed in the storage grids in advance out of sequence or number, and therefore articles can be conveniently and quickly supplemented and can be recycled.
Specifically, the intelligent locker can be further internally provided with a 3-shaft mechanical fetching mechanism, an identity recognition component, an automatic door control device, a shaft component electric control box, an article RFID read-write controller and an article dispatching control system component, wherein the 3-shaft mechanical fetching mechanism can be arranged at a corresponding position in front of the locker component and used for receiving a control instruction of the shaft component electric control box to a matched pair of storage lattices to fetch corresponding controlled articles; the identity recognition component can be mounted on the front panel of the intelligent locker and is used for recognizing identity information of users; the automatic door control device can be arranged at the article taking door on the front panel of the intelligent storage cabinet and used for opening the article taking door when the controlled articles move to the article taking opening so that the controlled articles can be taken away by a user. The components such as the identity identification component, the item RFID read-write controller, the shaft component electric control box and the management system component can be connected through a network Web to form a system with reliable communication and stable work, and item distribution control system software is operated on a server in the item distribution control system component to form an item distribution method, so that controlled items randomly placed in each storage cell are automatically distributed to persons who are randomly received and are approved to use according to a best matching mode, referring to the figure 1, the method specifically comprises the following steps of S10, S20, S30 and S40:
step S10: and detecting the opening and closing state of the cabinet door of the storage cabinet in real time.
Step S20: and when the opening and closing state of the cabinet door is detected to be the closing state, the RFID scanning and identifying function is started, and the RFID label information of the controlled objects stored in each storage lattice is identified, obtained and recorded.
In this embodiment, when an operator finishes placing an article or an administrator or a maintenance person or an operator initiates a request for checking or detecting the state of a controlled article, the RFID tag information of the controlled article in each storage compartment needs to be identified, updated, and recorded.
Step S30: and acquiring the identity identification information of the current user, and comparing the identity identification information of the current user with the preset identity identification information of the target user.
In this embodiment, when a user stands in a designated area in front of the identification component, the article dispatch control system controls the identification module built in the identification component to start the identification function. Specifically, the identification may include identification person characteristic information such as face recognition, fingerprint recognition, or IC card recognition.
Step S40: if the comparison is successful, the self-adaptive pairing algorithm of the operator and the article is operated, the optimal pairing result can be obtained according to various actual changes of the operator and the article, and the automatic dispatching operation of the controlled article is started according to the pairing result. Specifically, an alarm can be further arranged in the intelligent storage cabinet, and if the identity information of the current user is not compared successfully, the alarm can be controlled by the article distribution control system built in the article distribution control system component to send an alarm prompt.
In this embodiment, if the identification comparison is successful, it is determined that the current user is a target user (i.e., an authorized user), the identification module reports the user information to the article distribution control system, the article distribution control system performs an adaptive pairing algorithm between the operator and the article, after the program is intelligently paired, the article taking instruction is sent to the shaft assembly electric cabinet, the 3-shaft mechanical article taking mechanism is controlled by the shaft assembly electric cabinet to take the article from the paired storage grid, the taken controlled article is moved to the article taking door, and meanwhile, the article taking door is opened by the electric cabinet, so that the authorized article taking person takes the controlled article out, and the automatic distribution operation of the controlled article is completed.
The adaptive pairing algorithm for the person and the article provided in this embodiment mainly includes a matching rule of the person and the article specification and a pairing rule of hierarchical matching and scene adaptation, where the matching rule of the person and the article specification is used to pair an appropriate article specification for an authorized user, and mainly provides an article with a matching specification (such as information about clothing size, and shoe size) for the authorized user according to personal information (such as height, weight, and waist circumference) of the authorized user, and the matching rule of the person and the article specification may adopt a matching algorithm of personal information and article specification commonly used in the art, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The matching principle of grading matching and scene self-adaption mainly aims to solve the matching problem when the number set of the objects with the same specification is not equal to the number set matched with the objects with the same specification and the selection problem when the objects with the same specification are numerous and are placed dispersedly. The matching principle of grading matching and scene self-adaption provided by the application sets a 'nearby principle', 'first-come first-serve principle', 'large-size article downward compatible use principle' and 'priority-based configuration principle' and the like, so that the article distribution control system is compatible with two modes of 'accurate matching' and optimal 'fuzzy matching', and can efficiently maintain article distribution service without loss.
On the occasion of the suitable article specification for personnel pairing that intelligent locker was used, often can appear not few practical problems, for example: the quantity of articles of a certain specification is changed due to the recovery delay or loss of individual articles, the cleaning articles are placed on a storage grid in a so-called replenishment link according to the recycling requirement of the cleaned articles, the replenishment link is not always carried out until the whole cabinet is emptied, but replenishment is usually carried out when the storage amount is still some, so that the storage amount deviation of the articles of different specifications is caused.
Specifically, the "near principle" is applied to the situation that when the storage amount of the articles with the specification suitable for the user is numerous and the articles are dispersedly placed in the storage cabinet grids at different spatial positions, the articles in the storage grid closest to the article taking opening are preferentially paired, and the articles are taken from near to far, so that the time is saved.
The 'first-come first-serve principle' is applied to the situation that when the stock of the articles with the suitable specification of the user is less and the articles are possibly not enough to be issued to the follow-up personnel, in the situation, the first-come person is allowed to pair the articles with the original specification and the second-come person is allowed to pair the articles with the compatible specification, and the system can also send out an early warning indication to remind of arranging temporary replenishment under the condition of a personnel pre-scheduling plan. The principle of first arrival and first arrival is also suitable for the situation of private article storage control, and the first arrival person is distributed to the storage lattices which are convenient for storing and taking articles in the cabinet space.
The 'large specification downward compatible use principle' is applied to the situation that when the articles with the specification suitable for the user are dispatched, the articles with the specification larger than the originally ordered specification by one level are used as substitute for the user for use, if the articles with the specification larger than the originally ordered specification are also lacking, the articles with the specification larger than the originally ordered specification are substituted by the larger specification by one level in sequence, and meanwhile, the pairing is carried out by combining other principles.
The priority-based configuration principle is applied to temporary emergency receiving situations such as reservation of originally ordered articles for special staff and leadership inspection.
The above principles may be considered in parallel to form an optimal decision, such as the pairing result in fig. 2: a first person pairing 33 storage compartment size a items; the second person pairs 21 storage grid B-size articles; the third person pairs 34 the bin a size item. The system can make the best matching result according to the actual change by using the set of self-adaptive matching algorithm, thereby meeting the service requirement to the maximum extent.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the method for dispatching items further includes step S50 and step S60, which are detailed as follows:
step S50: a recovery signal triggered by a user placing a controlled item into a recovery door is detected.
Step S60: the method comprises the steps of starting to carry out RFID identification on an article to be recovered according to a recovery signal, recording and updating the recovery condition of the recovered article after the RFID label information of the article to be recovered is obtained through identification, counting the information and the quantity of the recovered article, and sending a cleaning instruction to remind personnel to clean a recovery cabinet when the quantity of the recovered article reaches a quota.
