本发明涉及纺织助剂制备领域,尤其是一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
人类早期开发使用的织物防水剂多为脂肪烃类诸如金属皂类、石蜡、羟甲基化合物等无氟防水剂,但此类防水剂要么耐洗性、耐摩擦性差且不能多次使用,要么环保效能较差,不符合绿色发展理念。
CN106149382A公开了一种织物防水整理剂,包括以下重量份的原料:乙二醇13-18份,氟硅乳液20-30份,亚麻仁油3-5份,硬脂酸2-5份,皂粉3-5份,叔碳酸乙烯酯10-20份,椰油脂肪酸5-8份,云母粉8-12份,水30-40份。该品使用效果良好、制作成本低,经本品处理过的织物耐洗涤,防水效果佳,安全无害,而且可以保持织物原有的强度、柔软度、透气性等性能。
CN103469585A公开了一种织物防水防油整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚酯弹性体80-100份、硬脂酸异丙烯醇酯20-30份、二甲基含氢聚硅氧烷5-10份、铝锆酸酯偶联剂1-3份。该发明织物防水防油整理剂,可用于各类织物的防水防油整理,尤其适用于棉织物或涤棉混纺织物。可使得织物表面同时具有良好的防水和易去污性能,在防水、防油和防污方面具有较佳的特性。
CN1047124A公开了一种无纺布类织物用防水整理剂,主要由脂肪酸、表面活性剂、有机胺类交联剂、有机酸酯、有机酸盐、分子结构内有异氰酸基、活泼羟基的化合物及水组成,有防水效果好、价格低廉、处理效率高、生产工艺简便的优点,主要可应用于无纺布类的防水整理工艺中。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,亲肤,抗过敏的全棉织物越来越受到人们的亲耐,以上发明以及现有专利所制备的织物防水整理剂没有专门针对全棉织物产品的,目前该方向的研究也是市场空白。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法。
一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法,其主要方案如下:
按照质量份数,将0.5-2.3份的表面活性剂和180-320份的去离子水加入到反应釜中,混合均匀后加入1-10份的质量份数为5%-10%的碱溶液,继续搅拌10-30min后加热升温到60-80℃,然后将5-13份的八甲基环四硅氧烷、2-7份的六甲基二硅氧烷和3-6份的十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷的混合均匀后缓慢加入到反应釜中,控制在60-120min内加入完毕,加完后保温反应5-12h,加入40-60份的有机氟硅离子液乳液,0.01-0.1份的多聚磷酸钠和0.1-0.5环烷酸铜,搅拌20-30min后过滤,即可得到所述的一种全棉织物有机硅防水整理剂。
所述的一种新型有机氟硅乳液,按照以下方法制备:按照质量份数,将50-80份的聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷, 20-30份的1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷, 0.3-0.9份的1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐, 0.3-1.2份的丙烯酸铁,1-5份的浓度2-5%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液,反应温度70-80℃,然后在氮气保护下反应3-6h,用氨水调节溶液pH值为中性,即可得到所述的一种有机氟硅离子液乳液。
所述聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷,1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐,丙烯酸铁发生硅氢加成反应,得到含丁基咪唑的聚硅氧烷;
其中聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷,1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐的硅氢加成反应示意为:
所述的表面活性剂为十六烷基三甲基氯化铵或十二烷基吡啶氯化铵或三乙醇胺硬脂酸酯。所述的碱溶液为氢氧化钠溶液或氢氧化钾溶液。所述的多聚磷酸钠为三聚磷酸钠或五聚磷酸钠。
本发明的一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法,本发明提供了一种专门针对全棉织物的防水整理剂,该种整理剂由一中长链烷基阳离子聚硅氧烷乳液和一种新型有机氟硅乳液组成,在合成过程中加入具有较高硅氢键含量的改性硅油,避免乳液在极性表面生成双层硅树脂膜而导致的疏水能力下降和耐水洗性下降的问题;本发明提供的一种新型有机氟硅乳液采用成本低廉、不易降解、且较环保的聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷,1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐经硅氢加成反应得到,解决了含氟乳液成本高,污染大的问题;本发明的整理剂整理的全棉织物表层光滑平整,疏水效果较佳。柔软性和疏水性俱佳,是一项潜力无限、意义深远且极具生产价值产品。

在2964cm-1附近存在碳氢的伸缩吸收峰,在1116/810cm-1附近存在硅氧的反对称伸缩/对称伸缩吸收峰,在712cm-1附近存在硅碳的对称伸缩吸收峰,说明八甲基环四硅氧烷、六甲基二硅氧烷、十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷参与了反应;在1258cm-1附近存在碳氟键的反对称伸缩吸收峰,说明有机氟硅离子液乳液参与了反应;在1636cm-1附近存在羧酸根离子的反对称伸缩吸收峰,在1456cm-1附近存在碳五元环的吸收峰,说明环烷酸铜参与了反应;在1050cm-1附近存在磷酸根离子的吸收峰,在1195cm-1附近存在磷氧双键的吸收峰,说明多聚磷酸钠参与了反应。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对该发明作进一步说明:
本实验实施例的整理剂的性能表征方法为:将100g纯斜纹厚白棉布浸润于1000g整理液中,30~50s后取出,轧压至残液量为60~70%。最后,将其置于烘干热定形机中,设置60℃,60min,分别进行预烘和热定型,取出、待测。防水效果:用水滴在纯斜纹厚白棉布表面所测得的静态接触角表示;防水级别:参考AATCC22-2001《拒水性能测试:喷淋法》进行评定。
整理剂的稳定性按照在离心管中装入100g整理剂乳液,置于离心腔内,3000r/min高速状态下离心0.5h左右,取出,观察其状态是否变化,按照乳液出油率的方法来评定整理剂稳定性的级别。
实施例1
一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法,其主要方案如下:
将0.5g的表面活性剂和180g的去离子水加入到反应釜中,混合均匀后加入1g的质量百分比浓度为5%的碱溶液,继续搅拌10min后加热升温到60℃,然后将5g的八甲基环四硅氧烷、2g的六甲基二硅氧烷和3g的十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷的混合均匀后缓慢加入到反应釜中,控制在60min内加入完毕,加完后保温反应5h,加入40g的有机氟硅离子液乳液,0.01g的多聚磷酸钠和0.1环烷酸铜,搅拌20min后过滤,即可得到所述的一种全棉织物有机硅防水整理剂。
所述的一种新型有机氟硅乳液,按照以下方法制备:将50g的聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷, 20g的1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷, 0.3g的1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐,0.3g的丙烯酸铁,1g的浓度2%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液, 反应温度70℃,然后在氮气保护下反应3h,用氨水调节溶液pH值为中性,即可得到所述的一种有机氟硅离子液乳液。
所述的表面活性剂为十六烷基三甲基氯化铵。
所述的碱溶液为氢氧化钠溶液。
所述的多聚磷酸钠为三聚磷酸钠。
本实施例的整理剂处理的全棉布样水滴静态接触角为142.6°,防水效果评分为90,其离心稳定性能良好。
实施例2
一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法,其主要方案如下:
将0.7g的表面活性剂和190g的去离子水加入到反应釜中,混合均匀后加入4g的质量百分比浓度为7%的碱溶液,继续搅拌15min后加热升温到70℃,然后将7g的八甲基环四硅氧烷、5g的六甲基二硅氧烷和4g的十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷的混合均匀后缓慢加入到反应釜中,控制在70min内加入完毕,加完后保温反应8h,加入48g的有机氟硅离子液乳液,0.04g的多聚磷酸钠和0.3环烷酸铜,搅拌25min后过滤,即可得到所述的一种全棉织物有机硅防水整理剂。
所述的一种新型有机氟硅乳液,按照以下方法制备:将70g的聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷, 25g的1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷, 0.5g的1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐,0.6g的丙烯酸铁,3g的浓度3%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液, 反应温度75℃,然后在氮气保护下反应4h,用氨水调节溶液pH值为中性,即可得到所述的一种有机氟硅离子液乳液。
所述的表面活性剂为十二烷基吡啶氯化铵。
所述的碱溶液为氢氧化钾溶液。
所述的多聚磷酸钠为五聚磷酸钠。
本实施例的整理剂处理的全棉布样水滴静态接触角为145.1°,防水效果评分为90,其离心稳定性能良好。
实施例3
一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法,其主要方案如下:
将2.3g的表面活性剂和320g的去离子水加入到反应釜中,混合均匀后加入10g的质量百分比浓度为10%的碱溶液,继续搅拌30min后加热升温到80℃,然后将13g的八甲基环四硅氧烷、7g的六甲基二硅氧烷和6g的十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷的混合均匀后缓慢加入到反应釜中,控制在120min内加入完毕,加完后保温反应12h,加入60g的有机氟硅离子液乳液,0.1g的多聚磷酸钠和0.5环烷酸铜,搅拌30min后过滤,即可得到所述的一种全棉织物有机硅防水整理剂。
所述的一种新型有机氟硅乳液,按照以下方法制备:将80g的聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷, 30g的1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷, 0.9g的1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐,1.2g的丙烯酸铁,5g的浓度5%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液, 反应温度80℃,然后在氮气保护下反应6h,用氨水调节溶液pH值为中性,即可得到所述的一种有机氟硅离子液乳液。
所述的表面活性剂为三乙醇胺硬脂酸酯。。
所述的碱溶液为氢氧化钾溶液。
所述的多聚磷酸钠为五聚磷酸钠。
本实施例的整理剂处理的全棉布样水滴静态接触角为146.0°,防水效果评分为90,其离心稳定性能良好。
对比例1
所述的一种新型有机硅乳液,按照以下方法制备:将80g的聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷, 30g的1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷, 1.2g的丙烯酸铁,5g的浓度5%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液,反应温度80℃,然后在氮气保护下反应6h,用氨水调节溶液pH值为中性,即可得到所述的一种有机硅离子液乳液。
其它同时实施例3;
本实施例的整理剂处理的全棉布样水滴静态接触角为130.4°,防水效果评分为75,其离心稳定性能差。
对比例2
一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法,其主要方案如下:
将2.3g的表面活性剂和320g的去离子水加入到反应釜中,混合均匀后加入10g的质量百分比浓度为10%的碱溶液,继续搅拌30min后加热升温到80℃,然后将13g的八甲基环四硅氧烷、7g的六甲基二硅氧烷和6g的十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷的混合均匀后缓慢加入到反应釜中,控制在120min内加入完毕,加完后保温反应12h,加入0.1g的多聚磷酸钠和0.5环烷酸铜,搅拌30min后过滤,即可得到所述的一种全棉织物有机硅防水整理剂。
所述的表面活性剂为十六烷基三甲基氯化铵。
所述的碱溶液为氢氧化钠溶液。
所述的多聚磷酸钠为三聚磷酸钠。
本实施例的整理剂处理的全棉布样水滴静态接触角为122.4°,防水效果评分为70,其离心稳定性能差。
对比例3
所述的一种新型有机氟硅乳液,按照以下方法制备:将80g的聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷, 0.9g的1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐, 1.2g的丙烯酸铁,5g的浓度5%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液, 反应温度80℃,然后在氮气保护下反应6h,用氨水调节溶液pH值为中性,即可得到所述的一种有机氟硅离子液乳液。
其它同时实施例3;
本实施例的整理剂处理的全棉布样水滴静态接触角为133.5°,防水效果评分为78,其离心稳定性能较差。
对比例4
所述的一种新型有机氟硅乳液,按照以下方法制备:将80g的聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷, 30g的1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷, 0.9g的1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐, 5g的浓度5%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液, 反应温度80℃,然后在氮气保护下反应6h,用氨水调节溶液pH值为中性,即可得到所述的一种有机氟硅离子液乳液。
其它同时实施例3;
本实施例的整理剂处理的全棉布样水滴静态接触角为136.4°,防水效果评分为83,其离心稳定性能良好。
Claims (5)
1.一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法,其主要方案如下:按照质量份数,将0.5-2.3份的表面活性剂和180-320份的去离子水加入到反应釜中,混合均匀后加入1-10份的质量份数为5%-10%的碱溶液,继续搅拌10-30min后加热升温到60-80℃,然后将5-13份的八甲基环四硅氧烷、2-7份的六甲基二硅氧烷和3-6份的十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷的混合均匀后缓慢加入到反应釜中,控制在60-120min内加入完毕,加完后保温反应5-12h,加入40-60份的有机氟硅离子液乳液,0.01-0.1份的多聚磷酸钠和0.1-0.5环烷酸铜,搅拌20-30min后过滤,即可得到所述的一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂; 所述的有机氟硅离子液乳液,按照以下方法制备: 按照质量份数,将50-80份的聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷,20-30份的1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,0.3-0.9份的1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐,0.3-1.2份的丙烯酸铁,1-5份的浓度2-5%氯铂酸异丙醇溶液,反应温度70-80℃,然后在氮气保护下反应3-6h,用氨水调节溶液pH值为中性,即可得到所述的有机氟硅离子液乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚二甲基甲基乙烯基硅氧烷,1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,1-乙烯基-3-丁基咪唑四氟硼酸盐,发生硅氢加成反应,得到有机氟硅离子液乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为十六烷基三甲基氯化铵或十二烷基吡啶氯化铵或三乙醇胺硬脂酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的碱溶液为氢氧化钠溶液或氢氧化钾溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全棉织物氟硅防水整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的多聚磷酸钠为三聚磷酸钠或五聚磷酸钠。
