and 5, welding the hook surface layer and the wool surface layer cut in the step 4 by ultrasonic waves, punching according to a model required by a client, and rolling to obtain a finished product of the box.
Furthermore, sewing edges with the thickness of 0.3-0.5mm are reserved on two sides of the first fiber base layer and the second fiber base layer in the length direction. The two sides in the length direction are reserved with sewing edges of 0.3-0.5 mm.
Further, the row spacing between two adjacent rows of elliptical fiber groups is 0.8-0.9 mm; the distance between two adjacent elliptical fiber groups is 0.3-0.5 mm.

A processing method of a magnetic therapy heating health care magic tape, the magic tape is composed of a hair surface layer and a hook surface layer, and is characterized in that: the wool surface layer consists of a first fiber base layer and elliptical fiber circle groups arranged on the first fiber base layer, each elliptical fiber circle group consists of more than 6 rows of elliptical fiber groups which are arranged at equal intervals, each row of elliptical fiber groups consists of more than 18 groups of elliptical fiber groups which are arranged at equal intervals, each group of elliptical fiber groups comprises two elliptical fibers which are vertical to the first fiber base layer, and the included angle of the two elliptical fibers is 120 +/-5 degrees; the hook surface layer is composed of a second fiber base layer and a fiber hook array arranged on the second fiber base layer, the fiber hook array is formed by fiber hooks which are arranged at equal intervals, the first fiber base layer and the second fiber base layer are formed by warp threads and weft threads which are interwoven according to the interweaving proportion of 2:3, the weft threads are magnetic therapy heating antibacterial fibers, and the warp threads are spandex coated yarns; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1, arranging wefts made of magnetic therapy heating antibacterial fibers in a ribbon loom by using spandex coated yarns as warps, and weaving to manufacture a semi-finished embryo belt;
step 2, dyeing the embryonic band in the step 1 into a required color by using high-temperature dyeing equipment;
step 3, dividing the embryonic band dyed in the step 2 into two parts, namely a first fiber base layer and a second fiber base layer;

hook surface layer: sizing and shaping the dyed second fiber base layer, and then uniformly and properly cutting off monofilaments by a spandex monofilament in the second fiber base layer through an inlet hook cutter so as to form fiber hooks on the second fiber base layer;
step 4, the wool surface layer and the hook surface layer prepared in the step 3 are stripped into required widths of various specifications through imported stripping and coiling equipment, and then required lengths are cut off;
and 5, welding the hook surface layer and the wool surface layer cut in the step 4 by ultrasonic waves, punching according to a model required by a client, and rolling to obtain a finished product of the box.
