Technical Field
The invention relates to a seat back adjusting device component, in particular to a continuous angle adjuster device for an automobile seat.
Background
The existing automobile seat adjusting mechanisms are divided into two major categories according to the latest automobile industry standard (QC) in China, and one is an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the angle of a seat back according to fixed pitch (namely angle), which is called as a discontinuous seat back angle adjuster; the adjusting mechanism capable of randomly adjusting the angle of the seat back is called as a continuous seat back angle adjuster, is used for manually adjusting the angle of the seat back, and has the advantages of relatively simple structure, convenience in use, strong universality, low cost and the like, so that the application is wide; the latter is mostly used for the electric adjustment of the angle of the backrest of the seat, and is mostly used for the middle-grade and high-grade automobile seats due to the relatively complex structure and higher production cost.
The continuous angle adjuster on the market at present basically adopts an angle adjuster based on a one-tooth-difference planetary gear transmission principle, and can fail under the condition of 2000 Nm.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a continuous angle adjuster device for an automobile seat, which has a simple structure and high strength.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the continuous angle adjuster device for the automobile seat comprises an installation cover, an installation cap, a wedging spring, a wedge-shaped block, a fixed disc, a bushing, a movable disc, a gasket, a cladding and an installation buckle; the mounting cap is provided with a mounting cap side gear, an inner arc and an outer arc of the wedge-shaped block are eccentrically arranged, the fixed disc is provided with a fixed disc inner gear, a fixed disc outer gear and a fixed disc fixed block, the movable disc is provided with a movable disc inner gear, a movable disc outer gear, a movable disc fixed block and an inner gear boss, and the gasket is provided with a gasket inner gear;
the mounting cover and the mounting buckle are fastened through internal and external threads, and a mounting cap, a fixed disc, a movable disc, a gasket and a cladding are arranged between the mounting cover and the mounting buckle;
the inner circle of the outer gear of the fixed disc is tightly attached to the outer circle of the bushing, the boss of the inner gear extends into the inner circle of the bushing, the outer gear of the fixed disc is partially meshed with the inner gear of the movable disc, two wedge-shaped blocks are arranged between the outer circle of the boss of the inner gear and the inner circle of the bushing, the outer circles of the wedge-shaped blocks and the inner circle of the bushing are in equal diameter and are tightly attached, the inner circles of the wedge-shaped blocks and the outer circle of the boss of the inner gear are in equal diameter and are; the side gear of the mounting cap is meshed with the inner gear of the fixed disc, and the inner gear of the gasket is meshed with the outer gear of the movable disc.
Preferably, the fixed disk internal gear is located on the back surface of the fixed disk external gear.
Preferably, the inner movable disk gear is located on the back surface of the outer movable disk gear.
Preferably, the fixed disk fixing blocks are arranged on the outer side of the internal gear of the fixed disk and are uniformly distributed, and the back of each fixed disk fixing block is provided with a corresponding recess.
Preferably, the movable disk fixing blocks are arranged on the inner side of the movable disk outer gear and are uniformly distributed, and the back of the movable disk outer gear is provided with corresponding depressions.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the inner gear boss is 12-16 mm, and the height of the inner gear boss is 1.5-2.5 mm.
Preferably, the eccentricity between the circle center of the outer circle and the circle center of the inner circle of the wedge block is 1.25-1.35 mm.
Preferably, the mounting cover, the mounting cap, the gasket and the mounting buckle are all made of plastic materials, and the lining is made of Teflon materials.
The seat locking mechanism has the advantages of reliable locking performance, smooth locking, high strength, long service life, easiness in processing, low cost, high production efficiency and wide application range, and can ensure the stability of the adjusted seat.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples.
The invention relates to a continuous angle adjuster device for an automobile seat, which comprises an installation cover 1, an installation cap 2, a wedging spring 3, a wedge block 4, a fixed disc 5, a lining 6, a movable disc 7, a gasket 8, a cladding 9 and an installation buckle 10; the mounting cap 2 is provided with a mounting cap side gear 21, the inner arc and the outer arc of the wedge block 4 are eccentrically arranged, the fixed disk 5 is provided with a fixed disk inner gear 51, a fixed disk outer gear 52 and a fixed disk fixed block 53, the movable disk 7 is provided with a movable disk inner gear 71, a movable disk outer gear 72, a movable disk fixed block 73 and an inner gear boss 74, and the gasket 8 is provided with a gasket inner gear 81;
the mounting cover 1 and the mounting buckle 10 are fastened through internal and external threads, and a mounting cap 2, a fixed disc 5, a movable disc 7, a gasket 8 and a cladding 9 are arranged between the mounting cover 1 and the mounting buckle 10;
the inner circle of the fixed disc outer gear 52 is tightly attached to the outer circle of the bushing 6, the inner gear boss 74 extends into the inner circle of the bushing 6, the fixed disc outer gear 52 is partially meshed with the movable disc inner gear 71, two wedge blocks 4 are arranged between the outer circle of the inner gear boss 74 and the inner circle of the bushing 6, the outer circles of the wedge blocks 4 are equal in diameter and tightly attached to the inner circle of the bushing 6, the inner circles of the wedge blocks 4 are equal in diameter and tightly attached to the outer circle of the inner gear boss 74, and the two wedge blocks 4 are connected through wedge springs 3; the mounting cap side gear 21 is engaged with the fixed disk internal gear 51, and the washer internal gear 81 is engaged with the movable disk external gear 72. The inner diameter of the inner gear boss 74 is 14mm, the height is 2mm, the strength of the angle adjuster is effectively increased, and the strength can reach 2500 Nm.
The fixed disk internal gear 51 is positioned on the back of the fixed disk external gear 52. In the manufacturing process, the fixed disk external gear 52 is pressed out and simultaneously the fixed disk internal gear 51 is formed on the back surface thereof.
The moving disk internal gear 71 is located on the back of the moving disk external gear 72. In the production process, the movable-disk external gear 72 is pressed out while the movable-disk internal gear 71 is formed on the back surface thereof.
The fixed disk fixing blocks 53 are arranged on the outer side of the fixed disk internal gear 51 and are uniformly distributed, and the back of the fixed disk fixing blocks 53 is provided with corresponding depressions. In the production process, while the fixing plate fixing block 53 is pressed out, a corresponding recess is formed on the back surface thereof.
The movable disk fixing blocks 73 are arranged on the inner side of the movable disk outer gear 72 and are uniformly distributed, and corresponding depressions are formed in the back of the movable disk outer gear 72. In the production process, the movable disc fixing block 73 is pressed out, and a corresponding recess is formed on the back surface of the movable disc fixing block.
The mounting cover 1, the mounting cap 2, the gasket 8 and the mounting buckle 10 are made of plastic materials, and the lining 6 is made of Teflon materials.
The invention adopts a one-ruler-difference planetary gear transmission principle, and the working principle is as follows: the two eccentric wedge blocks 4 are tensioned by the wedge springs 3 to eliminate radial gaps. The main characteristics are as follows: the two wedge blocks 4 are positioned in a cavity formed by the shaft sleeve 6 and the internal gear boss 74, wherein one side of each wedge block 4 is in contact with the shaft sleeve 6, and the other side of each wedge block 4 is in contact with the internal gear boss 74; the seat back and the cushion are respectively welded with the fixed disc fixed block 53 and the movable disc fixed block 73.
When the backrest rotates, the wedge block 4 is pushed to rotate firstly. The forced circular motion of the wedge block 4 will generate a radial thrust on the outer circle of the inner gear boss 74, so that the movable disk 7 is forced to generate a displacement trend. As a result, the moving-disc internal gear 71 makes a circular motion with a radius of eccentricity (eccentricity is equal to 1.28 mm) relative to the center of the fixed-disc external gear 52, and due to the forced change of the relative positions of the two central axes, the fixed-disc external gear 52 gives a thrust to the moving-disc internal gear 71, and accordingly, a torque is generated to force the moving-disc internal gear 71 to make a meshing motion around the fixed-disc external gear 52, thereby realizing the adjustment of the angle of the seat back.
