Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of detergents, and particularly relates to a liquid washing composition with washing and softening functions.
Background
The main functional component of the washing preparation is surfactant, wherein anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant are taken as main components, and the two surfactants have good dirt-removing capability on common stains (such as oil stains, dust, blood stains, milk stains and the like) in daily life; in contrast, cationic surfactants generally do not serve as the primary surfactant in a detergent formulation because such surfactants have relatively poor detergency on common stains.
However, cationic surfactants can improve the hand of the fabric and provide a softening experience to the consumer and are therefore often the primary component of softeners. When the common anionic surfactant and the common cationic surfactant are compounded into a liquid formula, precipitates can be generated, and the original effects of the anionic surfactant and the common cationic surfactant are influenced.
Therefore, in the prior art, the washing preparation and the softener are generally used separately, and particularly, the softener can be added after the washing preparation is used for washing and is rinsed sufficiently, so that the washing preparation and the softener can respectively play the roles of decontamination and softening. Furthermore, the addition of the softener cannot be followed by a further rinse, since the rinse washes away the cationic surfactant remaining in the softener on the fabric surface, which makes the effect of the softener non-obvious.
Therefore, in the process of washing clothes, two procedures of washing and softening are needed, and a detergent and a softener are used in the two procedures respectively, so that great inconvenience is brought to a user.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a liquid washing composition with washing and softening functions, which has the washing and softening functions at the same time and can still provide softening effect for fabrics after the whole washing and rinsing process.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a liquid detergent composition with washing and softening functions comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1 to 20% of an imidazolinium salt; 0.5-40% of potassium salt of fatty acid; 1-50% of an alcohol solvent. The balance being other components. The other component may be water, and may also include other functional components.
The imidazolinium salt has the following molecular structure (I)
Or molecular structure (II)
In the liquid detergent composition, the imidazolinium salt functions as a cationic surfactant and functions as a softening agent; the potassium salt of fatty acid serves as an anionic surfactant and plays a washing role. The formula combines the imidazolinium salt and the fatty acid potassium salt in one formula, can bring washing and softening effects simultaneously, and the imidazolinium salt and the fatty acid potassium salt form a stable complex after being mixed, so that precipitates which enable the imidazolinium salt and the fatty acid potassium salt to lose the original activity are not generated, and the original effect cannot be achieved.
In the molecular structure (I) or the molecular structure (II) of the imidazolinium salt:
R1each independently selected from hydrogen or alkyl, preferably C1~C4Straight chain alkyl, i.e. methyl, ethyl, propyl or butyl. "independently of one another" is to be understood as meaning a plurality of R's which are contained in the same molecule1And may be different from each other.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples.
The test methods used in the following examples are as follows:
low temperature stability test
The sample was placed in a 0 ℃ incubator for 4 weeks, taken out, and after returning to normal temperature, the appearance was observed.
High temperature stability test
The sample was placed in a thermostat at 45 ℃ for 4 weeks, taken out, and after returning to normal temperature, the appearance was observed.
Detergency test
When tested according to the relevant regulations of GB13174, to ensure that the examples have the same surfactant loading as the standard laundry detergent, which is specified to have a surfactant content of about 15% and an loading of 2 g/sample, the examples were tested for detergency in the amount of (2 × 15% ÷ surfactant content in examples%) g/sample.
Method for evaluating the benefit of liquid detergents on fabric softness
A commercially available cotton towel of the same brand and batch and the same quality was selected as the test object in the experiment. The commercially available pure cotton towel needs to be pre-treated: a commercially available towel is mixed with 1kg of polyester fabric filler, washed 10 times with a common fabric detergent without softening effect in a drum washing machine at the water temperature of 30 ℃, and dried for standby.
In each test, a blank control group is arranged, namely blank washing (washing by using a detergent without a softening component), the blank control group and the test group are washed at the same time and dried for 24 hours in the same environment, then the flexibility of the two groups of experimental towels is evaluated by professional technicians, and the two groups of experimental towels are graded according to 0-3 grades, wherein the grading meaning is as follows:
grade | Means of |
0 | Indifference or worse |
1 | Feel slightly supple |
2 | Felt obvious compliance |
3 | Feel very soft and pliable |
The formulations of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were as follows, and the data in the table are in mass percent:
saponification of fatty acid and potassium hydroxide to form potassium salt of fatty acid
Low temperature stability test and high temperature stability test of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2:
example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 | Example 4 | Comparative example 1 | Comparative example 2 | |
Low temperature stability test | Clear and transparent | Clear and transparent | Clear and transparent | Clear and transparent | Precipitation out of the precipitate | Precipitation out of the precipitate |
High temperature stability test | Clear and transparent | Clear and transparent | Clear and transparent | Clear and transparent | Precipitation out of the precipitate | Precipitation out of the precipitate |
As can be seen from the above table, comparative example 1 does not contain an alcohol solvent, comparative example 2 does not contain a fatty acid potassium salt, both of which show a phenomenon of precipitation in the low temperature stability test and the high temperature stability test, while examples 1 to 4 show stability in the low temperature stability test and the high temperature stability test, and have no phenomenon of precipitation, which indicates that the simultaneous existence of the alcohol solvent and the fatty acid potassium salt plays an important role in forming a stable and uniform system in the formulation of the composition of the present invention.
Detergency test
Using example 2 as a test example containing 15% of an imidazolinium salt, a comparative sample was prepared which did not contain an imidazolinium salt and had the same other components as in example 2 (the imidazolinium salt portion was replenished with water), and the results of the detergency test were as follows:
serial number | Whiteness retention value | JB01 | JB02 | JB03 |
1 | Standard laundry detergent | 1 | 1 | 1 |
2 | Example 2 | 1.2 | 2.33 | 1.48 |
3 | Comparative sample | 1.17 | 2.4 | 1.50 |
As can be seen from the above table, there is little difference in detergency between example 2 containing an imidazolinium salt and the comparative sample containing no imidazolinium salt, and it can be seen that the imidazolinium salt in the formulation does not significantly affect the detergency of the cleaning composition.
The formulations of examples 5 to 12 and comparative example 3 are as follows, and the data in the table are in mass percent:
saponification of fatty acid and potassium hydroxide to form potassium salt of fatty acid
Test of Fabric flexibility for examples 5 to 8 and comparative example 3
Commercially available softeners in the following table are put into a special softener tank according to a common use method, and are sent into a drum by a washing machine at the final stage of washing, and are characterized in that the softener is not subjected to a rinsing procedure and is not mixed with a detergent. The compliance test results are shown below:
sample (I) | Example 5 | Example 6 | Example 7 | Example 8 | Comparative example 3 | Commercially available softener |
Scoring | 2 | 2 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 3 |
As can be seen from the above table, the content of imidazolinium salt is directly proportional to the softening effect, and the higher the content of imidazolinium salt is, the better the softening effect is. In addition, the method of use of the present invention requires a rinse cycle, i.e., the compositions of examples 5-8 are added at the beginning of the wash, and the rinse cycle has a non-negligible effect on the residual amount of softening composition on the fabric. The compositions of examples 5-8 can still enable the tested pure cotton towel to show good flexibility after rinsing, and the invention can still keep enough imidazolinium salts on the surface of the fabric after rinsing, thereby providing good flexibility effect, completing rinsing and flexibility in one step, simplifying operation and bringing convenience to users.
