7. The preloaded medical flusher of claim 6, wherein when said half-portions are rotated to be axially displaced with the plunger and inserted into the barrel, there is a contact preventing gap between both circumferential ends of said half-portions and the barrel, said gap being less than 2 mm.

The pre-assembled medical irrigator according to claim 6, wherein the plunger is provided with a plunger portion limiting surface, the end surface of the half portion connected to the hinge structure is provided with a plunger portion limiting surface, and when the half portion is rotated until the plunger portion limiting surface abuts against the plunger portion limiting surface, the extension direction of the plunger is parallel to the axis of the plunger.
9. The preloaded medical flusher of claim 6, wherein said halves rotate until said plunger portion limiting surface abuts said plunger portion limiting surface, said halves line contact each other.

The assembling and flushing method of the pre-installed medical flusher is characterized by comprising the following steps of firstly, connecting a sliding sleeve to a sliding column at one end of the sliding column far away from a syringe and moving a push plug to one end of the syringe, wherein the end of the syringe is provided with a liquid outlet; secondly, inserting the second section into the physiological saline; thirdly, the push rod is pulled towards the direction far away from the liquid outlet nozzle to drive the piston to move in the injection cylinder so that the physiological saline enters the cleaning liquid storage cavity; fourthly, the sliding sleeve moves towards the injection tube to seal the sealing gasket on the outlet of the liquid injection needle; and fifthly, pulling the liquid spraying needle towards the direction far away from the injection cylinder during cleaning to enable the outlet of the liquid spraying needle to be staggered with the sealing pad, then pushing the push rod inwards, and driving the piston by the push rod to spray the physiological saline in the cleaning liquid storage cavity out of the outlet of the liquid spraying needle.
