Claims (10)
1. An automatic battery cleaning machine, comprising:
the cleaning mechanism is used for cleaning the battery;
the oiling mechanism is used for oiling the cleaned battery; and
the cleaning and conveying belt sequentially penetrates through the cleaning mechanism and the oiling mechanism and is used for conveying the batteries;
the wiper mechanism is including setting gradually one-level washing tank, second grade washing tank and tertiary washing tank on the washing conveyer belt, the one-level washing tank is used for wasing the battery for the first time through hot water, the second grade washing tank is used for wasing the battery for the second time through the clear water, tertiary washing tank is used for wasing the battery for the third time through the pure water.
2. The automatic battery cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the primary cleaning tank, the secondary cleaning tank, and the tertiary cleaning tank each comprise: the cell body, set up in the drinking-water pipe of cell body bottom, set up in the spray pipe and the cleaning pump at cell body top, the spray pipe is located wash the transportation area top, the cleaning pump communicates respectively drinking-water pipe and spray pipe.
3. The automatic battery washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the primary, secondary and tertiary washing tanks further comprise: and the cleaning brush is rotatably arranged in the groove body and corresponds to the cleaning conveying belt.
4. The automatic battery washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the washing mechanism further comprises a circulation unit simultaneously communicating the primary washing tank, the secondary washing tank and the tertiary washing tank, the circulation unit being used for water circulation of the primary washing tank, the secondary washing tank and the tertiary washing tank.
5. The automatic battery washer according to claim 1, wherein the washing mechanism further comprises: and the cleaning and feeding device is arranged on one side of the primary cleaning tank and used for feeding batteries onto the cleaning and conveying belt.
6. The automatic battery washing machine according to claim 5, wherein the washing and feeding device comprises: the feeding linear module drives the feeding lifting driving element to move linearly above the cleaning conveying belt, the feeding clamp is arranged on the feeding lifting driving element, and the feeding lifting driving element drives the feeding clamp to move vertically.

The automatic battery washer according to claim 1, wherein the washing mechanism further comprises: and the feeding rotating device is arranged between the cleaning feeding device and the cleaning conveying belt and is used for rotating the batteries and placing the batteries on the cleaning conveying belt.

The automatic battery cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the oiling mechanism comprises: the battery cleaning and feeding device comprises an oil spraying furnace, an oiling drying furnace and a cleaning and feeding device which are sequentially arranged, wherein the oil spraying furnace is used for spraying antirust oil on a battery, the oiling drying furnace is used for drying the battery which finishes spraying the antirust oil, and the cleaning and feeding device is positioned at the tail end of a cleaning conveying belt and used for feeding the battery which finishes oiling and drying to a preset position.
9. The automatic battery washing machine according to claim 8, wherein the washing and blanking device comprises: the cleaning device comprises a rotary turntable, a rotary driving element, a discharging push rod and a discharging driving element, wherein the rotary turntable is vertically arranged at the tail end of a cleaning conveying belt, a plurality of material conveying grooves are formed in the edge of the rotary turntable, the rotary driving element drives the rotary turntable to rotate, the discharging push rod is arranged on one side of the rotary turntable, and the discharging drive element drives the discharging push rod to penetrate through the material conveying grooves.
10. The automatic battery cleaning machine according to claim 9, wherein the cleaning and blanking device further comprises: and the limiting plate is arranged on the rotary turntable and is positioned between the cleaning conveyer belt and the discharging push rod.
