The preparation method of the blank sample comprises the following steps: weighing glycerol according to requirements, adding a thickening agent, stirring for 3 minutes to uniformly disperse the glycerol, adding purified water with a specified required amount at room temperature, slowly stirring for 15 minutes, adding sorbitol, and stirring uniformly; continuously adding the friction agent into the container and uniformly mixing; after finishing, adding a surfactant, mixing uniformly, then sequentially adding titanium dioxide, potassium sorbate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate and menthol, mechanically stirring and homogenizing to ensure that the paste is fully mixed uniformly and ground to be fine; simultaneously vacuumizing to-0.096 MPa, removing air bubbles in the paste, and homogenizing for 50 minutes; adding the tea refreshing essence after finishing, and continuing homogenizing for 10 minutes; aging for 120 minutes after finishing to obtain the oral care composition.
The oral care toothpaste for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer, which is described in the fourth embodiment, the sixth embodiment and the eighth embodiment, is subjected to a bacteriostasis test with a blank sample, and the oral care composition of the invention is subjected to the bacteriostasis test with staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and candida albicans by using a plate method, and the results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the table 1, the oral care toothpaste for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer has obvious antibacterial effect and meets the standard requirements of oral inhibition products.
An anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and ulcer preventing oral care toothpaste according to embodiment four was subjected to plaque inhibition tests with a blank sample, and the results are shown in table 2:

As can be seen from table 2, in the plaque inhibition test, the plaque indexes (PI comparison) before and after two groups of oral care toothpastes were analyzed by the group t test in comparison with the blank control group, the plaque amount of the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and ulcer preventing oral care toothpaste was significantly reduced, and was different from and statistically significant (P < 0.05) in comparison with the blank control group, and the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and ulcer preventing oral care toothpaste showed the efficacy of inhibiting plaque.
The oral care toothpaste for anti-inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer according to the fourth embodiment and a blank sample are subjected to a gingival bleeding condition test, and the results are shown in table 3:

As can be seen from Table 3, the comparison of the final values of the respective indices of the control group and the oral care toothpaste for anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antiulcer (test group) satisfies (control-test)/control of 12% or more, the indices of gingival Bleeding Index (BI) before and after use of the toothpaste in the two groups were analyzed by paired t-test and had statistical significance (P < 0.05), and the arithmetic mean of the percentage reduction of the two tests was: 32.50 percent is more than or equal to 15 percent, and the oral care toothpaste with the functions of resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer has the effect of reducing gingival inflammation.
The oral care toothpaste for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer of the fourth embodiment, the sixth embodiment and the eighth embodiment and a blank sample are subjected to an ulcer healing test, a traumatic oral ulcer animal model is adopted, and an animal model establishment method comprises the following steps: a glass tube with the inner diameter of 0.6cm and the length of 3cm is vertically fixed on the surface of oral mucosa of the rabbit, 0.2ml of glacial acetic acid with the volume fraction of 30% is injected into the glass tube, the glacial acetic acid is dipped by a cotton swab after 30 seconds, the ulcer is formed the next day, and the diameter of the ulcer is generally about 0.2-0.3 cm. Every six hours after dosing, no mucosal ulceration and congestion were observed as healing criteria, and the results are shown in table 4:

As can be seen from Table 4, the ulcers on the oral mucosa of the animal all healed over 42h, the ulcers healed most rapidly (P < 0.05) for the group using the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, ulcer-preventing oral care toothpaste, and all the ulcers healed within 18h using the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, ulcer-preventing oral care toothpaste.
Therefore, the oral care toothpaste for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer in the specific embodiment contains various anti-inflammation and antibacterial components, and can effectively improve gum swelling and pain, reduce oral bacteria, remove oral peculiar smell, prevent oral ulcer and the like. The oral care toothpaste for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer adopts the low-irritation nonionic surfactant and the zwitterionic surfactant, abandons sodium lauryl sulfate which is commonly used in traditional toothpaste products and is used for irritating skin mucous membranes, does not contain polyethylene glycol with strong irritation and permeability, and can be better applied to people with periodontal diseases such as gingivitis, gingival swelling and pain, gingival atrophy, periodontitis, periodontal wounds and the like and people paying attention to oral health.

1. An anti-inflammatory, analgesic, ulcer preventing oral care composition characterized by: the oral care composition for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer is mainly prepared from 0.3-4 parts by weight of paeonol, 0.3-1.5 parts by weight of pseudo-ginseng extract, 0.1-5 parts by weight of clove basil oil, 0.1-1 part by weight of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1-1 part by weight of allantoin and 0-0.1 part by weight of sodium tetraborate.
2. An anti-inflammatory analgesic, antiulcer oral care composition according to claim 1, wherein: in the oral care composition for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer, the paeonol accounts for 0.3 part by weight, the pseudo-ginseng extract accounts for 0.5 part by weight, the clove basil oil accounts for 0.6 part by weight, the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate accounts for 0.5 part by weight, the allantoin accounts for 1 part by weight, and the sodium tetraborate accounts for 0.1 part by weight.

An anti-inflammatory analgesic, antiulcer oral care composition according to claim 1, wherein: in the oral care composition for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer, the paeonol accounts for 0.3 part by weight, the pseudo-ginseng extract accounts for 0.5 part by weight, the clove basil oil accounts for 0.6 part by weight, the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate accounts for 0.5 part by weight, and the allantoin accounts for 0.4 part by weight.

An oral care toothpaste for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer, which is characterized in that: the oral care toothpaste for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer is mainly prepared from 0.3-4 parts by weight of paeonol, 0.3-1.5 parts by weight of pseudo-ginseng extract, 0.1-5 parts by weight of clove basil oil, 0.1-1 part by weight of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1-1 part by weight of allantoin, 0-0.1 part by weight of sodium tetraborate, 8-40 parts by weight of rubbing agent, 10-45 parts by weight of humectant, 0.2-1.5 parts by weight of thickening agent, 1-5 parts by weight of surfactant, 0.2-1.0 part by weight of stabilizing agent, 0.1-0.5 part by weight of whitening agent, 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of flavoring agent, 0.1-0.5 part by weight of preservative and 30-30 parts by weight of purified water.

An anti-inflammatory analgesic, antiulcer oral care toothpaste as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and ulcer-preventing oral care toothpaste comprises an abrasive agent selected from one or a mixture of two of calcium carbonate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, silicon dioxide, hydrated silica, calcium pyrophosphate and aluminum hydroxide, a humectant selected from one or a mixture of two of glycerol and sorbitol, a thickening agent selected from one or a mixture of two of xanthan gum, carbomer, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium alginate, antler pectin and guar gum, a surfactant selected from one or a mixture of two of alkyl glucoside surfactants, amino acid type amphoteric surfactants and betaine type amphoteric surfactants, a stabilizer selected from tetrasodium pyrophosphate, a whitening agent selected from titanium dioxide, and a flavoring agent selected from one or a mixture of more of menthol, peppermint oil, lemon essence, tea tree essence, cherry essence, honey peach essence and jasmine essence, the antiseptic is one of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

An anti-inflammatory analgesic, antiulcer oral care toothpaste as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the alkyl glucoside surfactant in the oral care toothpaste for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer is one or a mixture of two of octaalkyl glucoside, dodecyl glucoside, tetradecyl glucoside and coco glucoside.

An anti-inflammatory analgesic, antiulcer oral care toothpaste as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the amino acid type amphoteric surfactant in the oral care toothpaste for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer is one or a mixture of two of sodium dodecyl aminopropionate, sodium dodecyl dimethylene amino diformate, Na-acyl lysine and Na-methyl-Na-lauroyl lysine.

An anti-inflammatory analgesic, antiulcer oral care toothpaste as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the betaine type amphoteric surfactant in the oral care toothpaste for resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer is one or a mixture of two of alkyl betaine, alkyl amido betaine and sulfobetaine.
9. A method of preparing an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiulcer oral care dentifrice of claims 4 to 8 comprising the steps of:
step 1, weighing glycerol according to parts by weight, adding the glycerol into a container, adding a thickening agent, stirring for 3min, adding purified water at room temperature, slowly stirring for 15min to obtain a first mixture, or slowly stirring for 15min, adding sorbitol, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture for later use;
step 2, adding a friction agent into the first mixture obtained in the step 1, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture for later use;
step 3, adding a surfactant into the second mixture obtained in the step 2, uniformly stirring, then sequentially adding paeonol, a pseudo-ginseng extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, sodium tetraborate, a sun-screening agent, a preservative and a stabilizer, stirring uniformly, and homogenizing for 50min under a vacuum condition to obtain a third mixture for later use;
and 4, adding the clove basil oil and the flavoring agent into the third mixture obtained in the step 3, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 10min, and then transferring to a paste storage pot to age for 120min to obtain the oral care toothpaste with the effects of resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer.
10. A method of preparing an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiulcer oral care dentifrice of claims 4 to 8 comprising the steps of:
step 1, weighing purified water according to parts by weight, adding the purified water into a container, then adding sorbitol, uniformly stirring, adding a thickening agent, and stirring for 3min to obtain a first mixture for later use;
step 2, adding a friction agent into the first mixture obtained in the step 1, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture for later use;
step 3, adding a surfactant into the second mixture obtained in the step 2, uniformly stirring, then sequentially adding paeonol, a pseudo-ginseng extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, sodium tetraborate, a sun-screening agent, a preservative and a stabilizer, stirring uniformly, and homogenizing for 50min under a vacuum condition to obtain a third mixture for later use;
and 4, adding the clove basil oil and the flavoring agent into the third mixture obtained in the step 3, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 10min, and then transferring to a paste storage pot to age for 120min to obtain the oral care toothpaste with the effects of resisting inflammation, relieving pain and preventing ulcer.
