本发明公开了一种切换方法及装置、计算机存储介质，所述方法包括：第一接入网网元向第二接入网网元发送第一切换请求消息，以触发终端由第一接入网切换到第二接入网，且保持所述第一接入网和第一核心网的连接不变；其中，所述终端的数据经所述第二接入网的转发在所述第一接入网和所述第一核心网之间传输；所述第一接入网网元向第一核心网网元发送第二切换请求消息，以触发所述第一核心网切换到第二核心网；其中，所述终端的数据在所述第二接入网和所述第二核心网之间传输。
