Abstract
The disclosure provides an information processing method, device and system and an electronic device. The method comprises the following steps: responding to the triggering of the specified service, determining a service information set corresponding to the specified service, wherein the service information set is stored in a second server; and sending each service information of the service information set to a third server based on a predetermined rule so as to process each service information by the third server.

Background
With the continuous development of information technology, various automation tools appear in the automation field to improve the business processing efficiency.
In the course of implementing the disclosed concept, the inventors found that the related art has at least the following problems: many business processing flows relate to a plurality of business systems, and a better automatic processing method is lacked in the scene of crossing a plurality of business systems, so that the business processing crossing a plurality of business systems needs to be manually processed, which not only causes huge workload, but also is easy to make mistakes and influences user experience.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present disclosure provides an information processing method, apparatus, system and electronic device that can effectively improve convenience and accuracy of service processing.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the description is illustrative only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. One or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. In the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present disclosure.

In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the present disclosure, account opening business handling in the financial field is taken as an example for description. The new registered enterprise needs to open a unit bank settlement account at a commercial bank, and the unit bank settlement account needs to be filed or approved at a people bank (called a bank for short). According to the account management method of people's bank, each account needs to be put on record in the opening day. In the related art, the settlement account of a unit bank needs to be manually recorded or approved by bank staff on a human bank platform. The embodiment of the disclosure provides an information processing method, device and system and electronic equipment. The information processing method comprises a service information set determining process and a service information sending process. As shown in fig. 1, taking the account provision scenario as an example for explanation, it is necessary to receive the website collection information for transacting the account opening service, such as the name, the registration place, the telephone, the industry affiliation, and other information. However, these information still cannot meet the requirement of the human bank for performing account registration, for example, when the human bank performs account registration verification, the business information of the enterprise is also required, such as the business license registration number and the validity period thereof, the organization code, the registration currency, the registration fund, the operation scope, the national tax registration number, the local tax registration number, and the like, which results in that the account registration process involves multiple entities such as a website server, a banking platform, a business information platform, and a human business platform (e.g., a human account association system), and thus it is not easy to implement account automatic registration. In addition, the names of the banking platform and the human business platform for the same object may be different, for example, the "license registration number" in the banking platform is named as the "license number" in the human business platform, and the banking platform includes a plurality of businesses, and it is inconvenient to match the human business platform by adjusting the names, which further increases the difficulty of automatically performing account preparation. After the process of service preparation is started, all service information is automatically sent to the pedestrian service platform based on the preset rules to process the service information, such as preparation, auditing and the like, so that the problem that automatic preparation is difficult due to the fact that the account preparation service relates to a plurality of entities is effectively solved, and the manual error rate can be reduced.
Fig. 2 schematically shows an exemplary system architecture to which the information processing method, apparatus, system, and electronic device may be applied, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the system architecture 200 according to this embodiment may include terminal devices 201, 202, a network 203, and servers 204, 205, 206. The network 203 may include a plurality of gateways, hubs, network lines, etc. to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 201, 202 and the servers 204, 205, 206. In one embodiment, in response to a specified service being triggered, determining a set of service information corresponding to the specified service may include the following.

The page prompts "Account successfully! "the generated basic deposit account number and the printed virtual (account opening license) number are displayed, the intelligent module clicks 'done', the third server automatically returns to the first page 'audit and control information input' interface, and the intelligent module can continue to record the next account.
The following description will be made by taking the example of opening a remote basic deposit account.
The local off-site sign in the account opening and record list is 'off-site', and after the intelligent module logs in an account management system of a bank, the intelligent module selects an open bank account → an open off-site bank settlement account → a basic deposit account.
After the information of the first page is input, the intelligent module clicks 'confirm' to continue, the system prompts 'the deposit person to be a deposit person at a different place and to carry out account opening processing at a different place', and the intelligent module needs to click 'confirm'.

The third server automatically fills the virtual (account opening license) number to be used, and the intelligent module needs to click 'confirm'. The page prompts the account opening information of the printing account, the intelligent module clicks 'confirm', selects to print to the file mode, names the file according to the 'accounting account' + basic deposit account information in the opening record list, and captures the basic deposit account number in the printing page and writes back to the 'basic deposit account number' field in the opening record list.
The intelligent module clicks 'confirm', the printing depositor inquires the password and selects the mode of printing to the file, and the file name is named according to the 'accounting account' + password information in the account opening and record list. The display interface information sent by the third server end prompts the account opening success! "the generated basic deposit account number and the printed virtual (account opening permit) number are displayed, the intelligent module clicks 'finish', the system automatically returns to the first page 'checking and control information inputting' interface, and the intelligent module can continue to record the next account.
The following description will be given taking a general deposit account opening service as an example.
The automatic record of the account opening of the general deposit account (hereinafter referred to as general account batch record) is recorded in batch at a preset period (for example, 8:00 a.m.) every day, and after the general account batch record is completed, the basic account automatic record task is started.
The intelligent module determines the corresponding 2-level operator user name and password of the general account according to the handling website number of the account data to be recorded in the list, and clicks 'login' after the login interface of the human account management system is input.
According to the local mark selection menu in the automatic record list of opening an account, if the local mark selection menu is local, the system selects 'opening a bank account', 'opening a local bank settlement account', 'common deposit account' in the account management system of a bank, and if the local mark selection menu is in a different place, the system selects 'opening a bank account', 'opening a different place bank settlement account', 'common deposit account'.
After the intelligent module enters the menu, information is input according to the account opening and record keeping list, and the fourth mapping relation is shown in table 3.

The intelligent module inputs first page record auditing and control information and then clicks 'confirm'. The depositor registration place (residence place) is outside province and in other places, and needs to enter a consultation interface. The same principle of entering the basic information entering page of the account, entering the basic information checking page of the account and opening a local general deposit account is adopted, and printing is not needed after filing.
The information processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can solve the pain points that the operation of the service spanning multiple systems is inconvenient, the complexity of manual operation is low, the production value is low, the repeated operation and the labor cost are high, errors are caused by intensive manual operation, and the like, such as account preparation and the like, and improves the success rate of making the service while reducing the labor cost.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a flow chart of an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, the information processing method performed by the second server side may include operations S601 to S603.
In operation S601, in response to a service information set request, a service information set is sent to a first server, where the service information set request is generated by the first server in response to a specific service being triggered.
In operation S603, processing feedback information from the first server is received, where the processing feedback information is generated after the first server sends each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a predetermined rule, so that the third server processes each service information.
In one embodiment, the second server side is connected with at least one website server. Accordingly, the service information set comprises the service information from the at least one website server. In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the service information set may further include information that is captured and supplemented by the second server from the business information platform, so as to meet a requirement that the third server processes the service information.
In another embodiment, the method may further include the operations of: after receiving the processing feedback information from the first server side, if the processing feedback information is determined to include a processing pass, sending the processing feedback information to the site server corresponding to the processing feedback information, so that the site server corresponding to the processing feedback information starts a specified service and/or outputs service information corresponding to the processing feedback information in response to a service information output request. For example, initiating a specified service may include: the account is automatically enabled. Outputting the service information corresponding to the processing feedback information may include displaying the service information corresponding to the processing feedback information or printing the service information corresponding to the processing feedback information.
In another embodiment, the method may further include the operations of: after receiving the processing feedback information from the first server side, if the processing feedback information is determined to include a processing failure, sending the processing feedback information to a site server corresponding to the processing feedback information, and receiving service supplementary information from the site server corresponding to the processing feedback information to request a third server side to process the service supplementary information. The request of the third server for processing the service supplementary information may be implemented by manual operation (for example, the website service staff or the bank headquarters service staff logs in the third server to perform operation), or implemented by the first server, which is not limited herein.
In another embodiment, the method may further include the operations of: after receiving the processing feedback information from the first server side, if the processing feedback information is determined to include processing pass, outputting service information corresponding to the processing feedback information.
It should be noted that, the information processing method executed by the second server may refer to a relevant part of the information processing method executed by the first server, and is not described herein again.
Fig. 7 schematically shows a flowchart of an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. The information processing method is executed by an information processing system, and the information processing system comprises a first server side and a second server side which are connected.
As shown in fig. 7, the information processing method may include operations S701 to S709.
In operation S701, the first server sends a service information set request for a specific service to the second server in response to the specific service being triggered.
In operation S703, the second server sends, in response to the service information set request, a service information set corresponding to the service information set request to the first server.
In operation S705, the first server sends each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a predetermined rule, so that the third server processes each service information.
In operation S707, the first server receives the process feedback information from the third server.
In operation S709, the first server side transmits the processing feedback information to the second server side so as to determine whether to execute the specified service.
Fig. 8 schematically shows a logic diagram of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8, the information processing method involves at least four entities: the system comprises a network point, a second server side, a first server side and a third server side. A second server may correspond to a plurality of network points, such as a plurality of branches, kiosks, and the like. The first server side can be in communication connection with the second server side and the third server side respectively.
The first server side is provided with a login account information management module so as to import or update the operator information from the website (which can be transferred from the second server side) and the operator information from the third server side.
When the first server receives an instruction for executing the specified service or is triggered to execute the specified service by a preset period, the first server reads second login account information of the second server from the login account information management module, logs in the second server, and downloads the account opening information and the supplementary information captured by the industry and commerce from the second server, wherein the account opening information comprises a current account opening list and information which are pushed to the second server by a website in real time. The intelligent starting module determines first login account information according to the attribute information, the website identification and other information to log in a third server, then sends the opening record information and the sales record list to the third server for information processing, receives opening record list feedback and/or sales record list feedback generated based on the information processing result, and then transmits the opening record list feedback and/or sales record list feedback to the second server. And the intelligent module of the first server splits the feedback information and informs the corresponding network points. In addition, the intelligent module may also destroy (e.g., destroy regularly on a daily basis) the processed files.
And the second server side determines whether the record is successful according to the account opening and account cancellation list and the information. If the docketing is successful, the host account is automatically enabled. If the record identification is carried out, prompt information is sent to prompt a customer service manager to carry out manual record processing. After manual filing, the information of the second server needs to be updated based on the filing information. The order module of the second server side can acquire the account opening and account selling list and information, so that the network point receipt machine can acquire the basic account information and the memory card password through the order module to realize the network point receipt machine printing the basic account information and the memory card password. In addition, the second server side supports the enterprise internet bank to display the basic account information and supports printing. In addition, the business processing center or the business operation center can print information such as basic account information, memory card passwords and the like in a centralized mode through the order module.
It should be noted that, the information processing method executed by the information processing system may refer to a relevant part of the information processing method executed by the first server and/or the second server, and is not described herein again.
Another aspect of the present disclosure provides an information processing apparatus.
Fig. 9 schematically shows a structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 9, the information processing apparatus 900 includes: an information determination module 910, and a first sending module 920.
The information determining module 910 is configured to determine, in response to that the specified service is triggered, a service information set corresponding to the specified service, where the service information set is stored in the second server.
The first sending module 920 is configured to send each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a predetermined rule, so that the third server processes each service information.
Another aspect of the present disclosure provides an information processing apparatus.
Fig. 10 schematically shows a structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 10, the information processing apparatus 1000 includes: a second sending module 1010 and a first receiving module 1020.
The second sending module 1010 is configured to send a service information set to the first server in response to a service information set request, where the service information set request is generated by the first server in response to the specified service being triggered.
The first receiving module 1020 is configured to receive processing feedback information from the first server, where the processing feedback information is generated after the first server sends each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a predetermined rule, so that the third server processes each service information.
Another aspect of the present disclosure provides an information processing system.
Fig. 11 schematically shows a structural diagram of an information processing system according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 11, the information processing apparatus 1100 includes:
a first server side 1110 and a second server side 1120 connected, wherein the first server side 1110 and the second server side 1120 are configured to:
the first server 1110 sends a service information set request for a specific service to the second server 1120 in response to the specific service being triggered.
The second server 1120 responds to the service information set request, and sends a service information set corresponding to the service information set request to the first server 1110.
The first server 1110 sends each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a predetermined rule, so that the third server processes each service information.
The first server 1110 receives the processing feedback information from the third server.

It should be noted that the implementation, solved technical problems, implemented functions, and achieved technical effects of each module and the like in the apparatus part embodiment are respectively the same as or similar to the implementation, solved technical problems, implemented functions, and achieved technical effects of each corresponding step in the method part embodiment, and are not described in detail herein.
Any of the modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure, or at least part of the functionality of any of them, may be implemented in one module. Any one or more of the modules according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by being split into a plurality of modules. Any one or more of the modules according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented at least in part as a hardware circuit, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be implemented in any other reasonable manner of hardware or firmware by integrating or packaging the circuit, or in any one of three implementations, or in any suitable combination of any of the software, hardware, and firmware. For example, any plurality of the information determination module 910 and the first transmission module 920 may be combined or implemented separately, implemented in the form of hardware or software, and the like.
Another aspect of the present disclosure provides an electronic device.
FIG. 12 schematically shows a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The electronic device shown in fig. 12 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 12, an electronic apparatus 1200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 1201, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1202 or a program loaded from a storage section 1208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1203. The processor 1201 may include, for example, a general purpose microprocessor (e.g., a CPU), an instruction set processor and/or associated chipset, and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), among others. The processor 1201 may also include on-board memory for caching purposes. The processor 1201 may include a single processing unit or multiple processing units for performing the different actions of the method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the RAM 1203, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 1200 are stored. The processor 1201, the ROM 1202, and the RAM 1203 are communicatively connected to each other by a bus 1204. The processor 1201 performs various operations of the method flow according to the embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs in the ROM 1202 and/or the RAM 1203. Note that the programs may also be stored in one or more memories other than the ROM 1202 and the RAM 1203. The processor 1201 may also perform various operations of method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs stored in the one or more memories.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable storage medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 1209, and/or installed from the removable medium 1211. Claims (20)
1. An information processing method performed by a first server side, the method comprising:
responding to the triggering of a specified service, and determining a service information set corresponding to the specified service, wherein the service information set is stored in a second server; and
and sending each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a preset rule so that the third server processes each service information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the set of business information has attribute information, and a first mapping relationship exists between the attribute information and the first login account information;
the method further comprises the following steps: after determining the set of service information corresponding to the specified service,
determining first login account information corresponding to the attribute information based on the first mapping relation, wherein the first login account information is used for logging in the third server side; and
and logging in the third server side based on the first login account information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein:
the first server side is provided with first end identification information, and a second mapping relation exists between the first end identification information and the first login account information; and/or
The designated service has service identification information, and a third mapping relation exists between the service identification information and the first login account information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a predetermined rule comprises:
receiving display interface information from the third server side;
identifying the display interface information and determining the category of first information to be input;
determining first information to be input corresponding to the first information to be input category; and
and sending the first information to be input to the third server side.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining first information to be input corresponding to the first category of information to be input comprises: for each piece of the service information it is provided with,
determining a second information category to be input corresponding to the first information category to be input, wherein a fourth mapping relation exists between the first information category to be input and the second information category to be input; and
and determining information corresponding to the second information category to be input from the service information to serve as the first information to be input.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a predetermined rule comprises: for each piece of the service information it is provided with,
receiving display interface information from the third server side; and
and based on the display interface information, sequentially sending specified information in the service information according to a specified sequence.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, in response to a specified service being triggered, a set of service information corresponding to the specified service comprises:
logging in a second server side based on the second login account information; and
and downloading a service information set corresponding to the specified service from the second server.
8. The method of claim 2 or 7, further comprising:
updating or importing the first login account information; or
And updating or importing the second login account information.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising: after sending each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a predetermined rule,
receiving processing feedback information from the third server side; and
and sending the processing feedback information to the second server side.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising: and after the processing feedback information is sent to the second server, destroying the service information corresponding to the processing feedback information.
11. An information processing method executed by a second server side, the method comprising:
responding to a service information set request, and sending a service information set to a first server side, wherein the service information set request is generated by the first server side in response to a specified service being triggered; and
and receiving processing feedback information from the first server, wherein the processing feedback information is generated by the first server sending each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a predetermined rule so that each service information is processed by the third server.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the second server side is connected to at least one web server; and
the service information set comprises service information from the at least one website server.
13. The method of claim 12, further comprising: after receiving the process feedback information from the first server side,
and if the processing feedback information is determined to include processing passing, sending the processing feedback information to a website server corresponding to the processing feedback information, so that the website server corresponding to the processing feedback information starts the specified service and/or responds to a service information output request to output service information corresponding to the processing feedback information.
14. The method of claim 12, further comprising: after receiving the process feedback information from the first server side,
and if the processing feedback information is determined to include processing failure, sending the processing feedback information to a website server corresponding to the processing feedback information, and receiving service supplementary information from the website server corresponding to the processing feedback information to request the third server to process the service supplementary information.
15. The method of claim 11, further comprising: after receiving the process feedback information from the first server side,
and if the processing feedback information is determined to include the processing pass, outputting the service information corresponding to the processing feedback information.
16. An information processing method executed by an information processing system including a first server side and a second server side connected, the method comprising:
the first server side responds to the triggering of a specified service and sends a service information set request aiming at the specified service to the second server side;
the second server side responds to the service information set request and sends a service information set corresponding to the service information set request to the first server side;
the first server side sends each service information of the service information set to a third server side based on a preset rule so that the third server side processes each service information;
the first server receives processing feedback information from the third server; and
and the first server side sends the processing feedback information to the second server side so as to determine whether to execute the specified service.
17. An information processing apparatus comprising:
the information determining module is used for responding to the triggering of the specified service and determining a service information set corresponding to the specified service, wherein the service information set is stored in a second server; and
and the first sending module is used for sending each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a preset rule so as to process each service information by the third server.
18. An information processing apparatus comprising:
a second sending module, configured to send a service information set to a first server in response to a service information set request, where the service information set request is generated by the first server in response to a specific service being triggered; and
the first receiving module is configured to receive processing feedback information from the first server, where the processing feedback information is generated by the first server sending each service information of the service information set to the third server based on a predetermined rule, so that each service information is processed by the third server.
19. An information processing system comprising: a first server side and a second server side connected, wherein the first server side and the second server side are configured to:
the first server side responds to the triggering of a specified service and sends a service information set request aiming at the specified service to the second server side;
the second server side responds to the service information set request and sends a service information set corresponding to the service information set request to the first server side;
the first server side sends each service information of the service information set to a third server side based on a preset rule so that the third server side processes each service information;
the first server receives processing feedback information from the third server; and
and the first server side sends the processing feedback information to the second server side so as to determine whether to execute the specified service.
20. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement a method according to any one of claims 1 to 15.
