Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for replacing a belt of a coal conveyor, including the steps of:
cutting the old belt, dividing the old belt into a replacing part 11 and a reserved part 12, wherein the replacing part 11 is longer than the reserved part 12, hoisting the new belt 2, pulling the end of the new belt 2 to one of the cutting openings of the replacing part 11 for connection, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, pulling the end of the new belt 2 to the upper cutting opening of the replacing part 11 for simple connection with the replacing part 11. The wire rope 3 is connected at another cut of the replacement part 11, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the wire rope 3 is bound at the lower cut of the replacement part 11, and then the other end of the wire rope 3 is extended to be connected with the power take-off of the power component 4.
And starting the power part 4, wherein the power part 4 drives the steel wire rope 3 to pull the replacing part 11 out of the roller 7 of the coal conveyor, the replacing part 11 pulls the new belt 2 to be paved on the roller 7 of the coal conveyor because the replacing part 11 is connected with the end of the new belt 2, and after the paving of the new belt 2 is finished, the new belt 2 is connected with the reserved part 12.
The replacement mode enables the replacement of the new belt and the old belt to be carried out simultaneously, can effectively shorten the replacement time of the belt of the coal conveyor, and reduces the shutdown time of the coal conveyor.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, when a new belt 2 is hoisted, the new belt 2 is wound on a drum 10 and hoisted above an old belt, and when the new belt 2 is replaced, the end of the new belt 2 wound on the drum 10 is directly pulled out to be connected with a cut-off opening at the upper part of a replacement part 11, so that the new belt 2 can be gradually released along with the rolling of the drum 10, and the release efficiency of the new belt 2 is improved.
The removal of the tension of the old belt before it is cut off prevents the tight belt from bouncing off to the operator when cutting off the old belt, and also facilitates the connection of the new belt 2 to the replacement part 11, for example in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the removal of the tension of the belt by raising the weight 9 before cutting off the old belt.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, after the old belt is cut, a belt clamping device 101 is provided on the old belt to fix the remaining portion 12, so as to prevent the remaining portion 12 from falling and facilitate the connection of new and old belts at a later time. When the belt replacement of the replacement section 11 is completed, a new belt 2 is attached to the holding section 12, and finally the belt gripping device 101 is released.
In some embodiments, the roller is arranged at the joint of the replacing part 11 and the steel wire rope 3, specifically, the roller is arranged on the support of the belt roller 7, so that the replacing part 11 can move on the roller in the replacing process, the replacing part 11 is more convenient and quicker in the dragging process, the deviation of the replacing part 11 in the dragging process is avoided, and the belt replacing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, one side of the coal conveyor is provided with a cargo lifting well 8, the power part 4 is arranged at the top of the cargo lifting well 8, the bottom of the cargo lifting well 8 is provided with a first fixed pulley 5, one end of the steel wire rope 3 extends into the cargo lifting well 8 and bypasses the first fixed pulley 5 to be connected with the power part 4, so that the height of the cargo lifting well 8 can be fully utilized, more new belts 2 can be dragged once, and the traction and binding times of the steel wire rope 3 and new and old belts are greatly reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, a second fixed pulley 6 is fixed on the inner wall of the hoist shaft 8, and the steel wire rope 3 successively bypasses the second fixed pulley 6 and the first fixed pulley 5 to be connected with the power component 4, so that the steel wire rope 3 is prevented from directly contacting the hoist shaft 8 to generate friction, and the direction of the steel wire rope 3 is changed by using the fixed pulleys, thereby prolonging the running distance of the old belt in the hoist shaft 8 and further reducing the times of traction and binding of the steel wire rope 3 and the new and old belts.
The power part 4 comprises an electric hoist, the steel wire rope 3 is connected with a hook of the electric hoist after bypassing the first fixed pulley 5, the electric hoist has enough strength and rigidity, the action is accurate, the performance is stable, and a belt of a large-scale coal conveyor in a power plant can be driven.
In some embodiments, the new belt 2 and the reserved portion 12 are connected by a vulcanizing machine, and the connection between the new belt 2 and the reserved portion 12 is ensured to be firm.
In some embodiments, when the new belt 2 is connected with the reserved portion 12, the connection part of the end part of the new belt 2 and the reserved portion 12 is connected, and then the connection part of the tail part of the new belt 2 and the reserved portion 12 is connected, so that the placement of a vulcanizing machine can be facilitated when the vulcanizing connection is performed.
The invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art can make equivalent modifications or substitutions without departing from the spirit of the invention, and such equivalent modifications or substitutions are included in the scope defined by the claims of the present application.
