Abstract
The specification provides a connecting mechanism, a fan module and an electronic device. The connecting mechanism comprises a shell part used for being connected with a first external component, a handle assembly arranged on the shell part, and a locking assembly arranged in the shell part. The handle assembly comprises a pressing piece, the locking assembly comprises a locking piece connected with a second external component, and the locking assembly is in transmission connection with the pressing piece. The pressing piece moves along the first direction to drive the locking assembly to move along the second direction, so that the locking piece and the second external component are locked or unlocked.
Description
Technical Field
The specification relates to the technical field of heat dissipation, in particular to a connecting mechanism, a fan module and electronic equipment.
Background
Existing high-power electronic equipment, such as a switch or a server, generally needs to be equipped with a plurality of fan modules for heat dissipation. However, the fan module is usually connected and fixed to the housing of the electronic device by screws. The disadvantage of this method is that the screws need to be detached one by one when the fan modules are replaced, the operation is complex, and the more the number of the fan modules need to be replaced, the more the consumed manpower is.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present specification is to provide a connecting mechanism, a fan module, and an electronic device, where the connecting mechanism can achieve quick assembly and disassembly between the fan module and the electronic device.
According to a first aspect of embodiments herein, there is provided a connection mechanism, including a housing portion for connecting with a first external component, a handle assembly disposed on the housing portion, and a locking assembly disposed inside the housing portion;
the handle assembly comprises a pressing piece, the locking assembly comprises a locking piece connected with a second external component, and the locking assembly is in transmission connection with the pressing piece;
the pressing piece moves along the first direction to drive the locking assembly to move along the second direction, so that the locking piece and the second external component are locked or unlocked.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a connection mechanism 100, which includes a housing portion 10 for connecting with a first external component, a handle assembly 20 disposed on the housing portion 10, and a locking assembly 30 disposed inside the housing portion 10.

In an alternative embodiment, the handle assembly 20 further includes a handle member 22 fixedly connected to the housing portion 10, and the pressing member 21 is movably disposed on the handle member 22 near a sidewall of the housing portion 10 along the first direction. It can be understood that the pressing member 21 is movably disposed on the sidewall of the handle member 22 close to the housing portion 10 along the first direction, which is equivalent to hiding the pressing member 21 inside the handle member 22, so that the user can press the pressing member 21 while holding the handle member 22, and the operation is easy.

In the present embodiment, the first elastic member 23 is a linear spring, and the number of the first elastic members 23 may be two, and the two first elastic members are respectively installed in the corresponding groove spaces of the two extending portions 212 of the pressing member 21. Of course, in other examples, the first elastic members 23 may also adopt other types of spring driving manners, and the number of the first elastic members 23 may also be other, and the first elastic members 23 may be uniformly arranged on the holding portion 211 of the pressing member 21, which is not limited in this specification.
It can be understood that the inner side wall of the handle 22 close to the housing 10 may be provided with a receiving space of a groove structure, so as to hide the pressing member 21. In an alternative embodiment, the handle member 22 and the pressing member 21 are illustrated as [ "-shaped structural members. The housing 10 is provided with a first through hole 12 near the first sidewall 11 of the handle assembly 20, and an end 213 of the extension 212 of the pressing member 21 passes through the first through hole 12.
The second through hole 14 is formed in a second sidewall 13 of the housing portion 10 adjacent to the first sidewall 11, the locking assembly 30 further includes a fitting element 32 movably disposed along the second direction, the fitting element 32 is fitted with the pressing element 21, and the locking element 31 is disposed on the fitting element 32 and corresponds to the second through hole 14.
It can be understood that the opening position of the second through hole 14 is located in a moving direction of the locking member 31 moving along the second direction, and the pressing member 21 moves along the first direction, and can drive the engaging member 32 to move along the second direction, and further drive the locking member 31 to move along the second direction, and can ensure that the locking member 31 can freely enter and exit the second through hole 14 when moving along the second direction.
In practice, the second outer member may be provided with a locking hole for cooperating with the locking member 31. When a user holds the handle assembly 20 and presses the pressing member 21 to move in a direction away from the housing portion 10 along a first direction (which can be understood as downward movement in fig. 4), the engaging member 32 and the locking member 31 can be driven to move in a direction away from the second through hole 14 along a second direction (which can be understood as inward movement along the paper in fig. 4), the engaging member 32 drives the locking member 31 to move in the second direction to disengage from the second through hole 14, and the locking member 31 can be separated from the locking hole of the second external member, so as to unlock the first external member and the second external member.
When a user releases the pressing member 21, the pressing member 21 can move in a direction approaching the housing portion 10 along the first direction (which can be understood as upward movement in fig. 4) under the action of the elastic restoring force of the first elastic member 23, and can drive the engaging member 32 and the locking member 31 to move in a direction approaching the second through hole 14 along the second direction (which can be understood as outward movement along the paper in fig. 4), the engaging member 32 drives the locking member 31 to move in the second direction until a part of the locking member passes through the second through hole 14, and the locking member 31 can be locked with the locking hole of the second external member, so as to lock the first external member and the second external member.
In an alternative embodiment, the end of the extending portion 212 of the pressing element 21 is a slope portion 214, the engaging element 32 is provided with an engaging portion 321 that engages with the slope portion 214, and the engaging portion 321 may be a corresponding slope structure, or may be an arc structure or a spherical structure, as long as it can engage with the slope portion 214 of the pressing element 21, which is not limited in this specification. Further, the locking assembly 30 further includes a second elastic member 34 disposed between the engaging member 32 and the housing 10. In the present embodiment, the second elastic member 34 is a linear spring, and other types of spring driving methods can be adopted, which is not limited in the present specification.
In practical applications, when a user holds the handle assembly 20 and presses the pressing member 21 to move in a direction away from the housing 10 in a first direction (in fig. 4, it can be understood as downward movement), the inclined surface portion 214 of the pressing member 21 abuts against and engages with the inclined surface of the engaging portion 321 of the engaging member 32, so that the pressing member 21 can drive the engaging member 32 and the locking member 31 to move in a direction away from the second through hole 14 in a second direction (in fig. 4, it can be understood as inward movement along the paper surface), the to-be-engaged member 32 drives the locking member 31 to move in the second direction to disengage from the second through hole 14, and the locking member 31 can be separated from the locking hole of the second external member, thereby unlocking the first external member and the second external member.
When the user releases the pressing member 21, the pressing member 21 can move in a direction approaching the housing portion 10 along the first direction (which can be understood as upward movement in fig. 4) under the elastic restoring force of the first elastic member 23, the engaging member 32 and the locking member 31 move in a direction approaching the second through hole 14 along the second direction (which can be understood as outward movement along the paper surface in fig. 4) under the elastic restoring force of the second elastic member 34, the engaging member 32 drives the locking member 31 to move to a portion passing through the second through hole 14 along the second direction, and the locking member 31 can be locked with the locking hole of the second external member, so as to lock the first external member and the second external member.
In an alternative embodiment, the fitting member 32 is provided with a connecting portion 35 for connecting one end of the second elastic member 34, and the second side wall 13 of the housing portion 10 is provided with a connecting member 15 for connecting the other end of the second elastic member 34. The pressing member 21 of the connection mechanism 100 moves along a first direction to drive the locking assembly 30 of the connection mechanism 100 to move along a second direction, so that the locking member 31 of the connection mechanism 100 is locked or unlocked with an external electronic device. The pressing member 21 of the connecting mechanism 100 moves along a first direction to drive the locking assembly 30 of the connecting mechanism 100 to move along a second direction, so that the locking member 31 of the connecting mechanism 100 is locked or unlocked with the chassis 50. It should be noted that the descriptions of the connection mechanism 100 and the fan module 200 in the above embodiments and embodiments are also applicable to the electronic device 300 of the present description.
As can be seen from the above technical solutions, in the present specification, by connecting the housing portion 10 of the connection mechanism 100 of the fan module 200 with the main body portion 40 of the fan module 200, and using the transmission cooperation between the pressing piece 21 of the connection mechanism 100 and the locking assembly 30, when a user holds the handle assembly 20 and presses the pressing piece 21 to move the handle assembly along the first direction, the locking assembly 30 can be driven to move along the second direction, and further the locking piece 31 is driven to move along the second direction, so that the locking piece 31 is locked or unlocked with the chassis 50, and thus the fan module 200 and the chassis 50 are quickly disassembled and assembled, which is simple and convenient to operate.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a connection mechanism 100, which is used to implement quick assembly and disassembly between the fan module 200 shown in fig. 1 and the electronic device 300 shown in fig. 5. In this embodiment, the electronic device 300 may be a switch. The fan module 200 includes a main body 40, and the electronic device 300 includes a chassis 50. It can be understood that the connection mechanism 100 is used to lock or unlock the main body 40 of the fan module 200 and the chassis 50 of the electronic device 300, so as to achieve quick assembly and disassembly between the fan module 200 and the electronic device 300.
The connecting mechanism includes a housing portion 10 for connecting with a main body portion 40 of the fan module 200, a handle assembly 20 disposed on the housing portion 10, and a locking assembly 30 disposed inside the housing portion 10. The handle assembly 20 comprises a pressing member 21, the locking assembly 30 comprises a locking member 31 for connecting with a chassis 50 of the switch, and the locking assembly 30 is in transmission connection with the pressing member 21. The pressing member 21 moves in a predetermined direction (which can be understood as moving to the right in the X direction shown in fig. 1) to unlock the locking member 31 from the chassis 50 of the switch, that is, the main body 40 of the fan module 200 and the chassis 50 of the switch are unlocked from each other, so that the user can separate the fan module 200 from the switch in the predetermined direction by only operating the pressing member 21 with one hand, which is convenient for operation.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A connecting mechanism is characterized by comprising a shell part used for being connected with a first external component, a handle component arranged on the shell part, and a locking component arranged in the shell part;
the handle assembly comprises a pressing piece, the locking assembly comprises a locking piece connected with a second external component, and the locking assembly is in transmission connection with the pressing piece;
the pressing piece moves along a first direction to drive the locking assembly to move along a second direction, so that the locking piece and a second external component are locked or unlocked;
the length of the shell part along the first direction is smaller than that along the second direction, a first through hole is formed in the shell part close to the first side wall of the handle assembly, and the end part of the pressing piece penetrates out of the first through hole;
the locking assembly further comprises a fitting piece movably arranged along the second direction, the fitting piece is fitted with the pressing piece, and the locking piece is arranged on the fitting piece; the matching piece is arranged on the first side wall;
the pressing piece moves along the first direction to drive the matching piece to move along the second direction and cling to the first side wall, so that the locking piece is driven to move along the second direction.
2. The connecting mechanism of claim 1, wherein the handle assembly further comprises a handle member fixedly connected to the housing portion, and the pressing member is movably disposed along the first direction on a side wall of the handle member adjacent to the housing portion.
3. The connection mechanism as claimed in claim 2, wherein a receiving space is formed at a side portion of the handle member adjacent to the housing portion, the pressing member is movably disposed in the receiving space along the first direction, and the handle assembly further includes a first elastic member disposed between the pressing member and the handle member.
4. The attachment mechanism of claim 1 wherein a second sidewall of the housing portion adjacent the first sidewall is provided with a second through-hole;
when the matching piece drives the locking piece to move to a part along the second direction and penetrate out of the second through hole, the locking piece is locked with a second external component; when the matching piece drives the locking piece to move along the second direction to be separated from the second through hole, the locking piece and the second external component are unlocked.
5. The connecting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the pressing member has a slope portion at an end thereof, and the engaging member has an engaging portion engaging with the slope portion.
6. The coupling mechanism of claim 1, wherein the locking assembly further comprises a second resilient member disposed between the mating member and the housing portion.
7. The connecting mechanism of claim 1, wherein the mating member has a guiding hole extending along the second direction, and the locking assembly further includes a guiding member passing through the guiding hole, the guiding member being fixedly connected to the housing portion.
8. A fan module comprising a main body portion and the connection mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 7, a housing portion of the connection mechanism being connected to the main body portion;
the pressing piece of the connecting mechanism moves along a first direction to drive the connecting mechanism locking assembly to move along a second direction, so that the locking piece of the connecting mechanism is locked or unlocked with external electronic equipment.
9. An electronic device, comprising a chassis and at least one fan module, wherein the chassis is provided with mounting portions corresponding to the number of the fan modules, the fan module comprises a main body portion mounted on the mounting portions and a connecting mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and a housing portion of the connecting mechanism is connected with the main body portion;
the pressing piece of the connecting mechanism moves along the first direction to drive the connecting mechanism locking component to move along the second direction, so that the locking piece of the connecting mechanism is locked or unlocked with the case.
10. A connecting mechanism is characterized by comprising a shell part used for being connected with a fan module, a handle component arranged on the shell part, and a locking component arranged in the shell part;
the handle assembly comprises a pressing piece, the locking assembly comprises a locking piece connected with the switch, and the locking assembly is in transmission connection with the pressing piece;
the pressing piece moves along a preset direction, so that the locking piece is unlocked from the switch, and the fan module is separated from the switch along the preset direction;
the length of the shell part along the preset direction is smaller than that of the shell part along the direction perpendicular to the preset direction, a first through hole is formed in the shell part close to a first side wall of the handle assembly, and the end part of the pressing piece penetrates out of the first through hole;
the locking assembly further comprises a matching piece which is movably arranged along the direction vertical to the preset direction, the matching piece is matched with the pressing piece, and the locking piece is arranged on the matching piece; the matching piece is arranged on the first side wall;
the pressing piece moves along the preset direction to drive the matching piece to move along a direction perpendicular to the preset direction and attached to the first side wall, so that the locking piece is driven to move along a direction perpendicular to the preset direction and unlock the switch.
