The transparent easy-to-uncover cover film thermally sealed with the APET tray adopts a solution coating processing mode to coat the heat seal adhesive coating on the base material, and has the advantages of high transparency, low odor and reliable sealing.

Technical Field

Background
At present, the packaging product of the blister tray and the easy-to-open cover film is widely applied to the packaging procedures of cooked food, dry fruits, fresh fruits and vegetables and other products. Because amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (APET) has the characteristics of low cost, high transparency, environmental protection, easy processing and excellent physical and mechanical properties, APET is often used as a tray in a "blister tray + easy-to-tear cover film" packaged product.
The easy-to-uncover cover film thermally sealed with APET is mainly made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and is prepared by the following two methods: (1) the multilayer coextrusion blown film is formed by laminating the multilayer coextrusion film with EVA with other films, and the lamination can adopt processing modes such as dry lamination, solvent-free and the like; (2) and coating an EVA layer on the surface of other films.
However, the easy-release films prepared by the above two methods generally have the following problems:

As a further description of the technical solution of the present invention, the resin includes at least one of acrylic resin, acrylate resin, methacrylic resin, methacrylate resin, polyester, copolyester resin, polyvinyl acetate and a copolymer thereof, polyethylene and a copolymer thereof, polyvinyl chloride and a copolymer thereof, polypropylene and a copolymer thereof, chlorinated polypropylene and a copolymer thereof, polystyrene and a copolymer thereof, polyurethane and a copolymer thereof, polyamide and a copolymer thereof, polyether and a copolymer thereof, amino resin and a copolymer thereof, polyethyleneimine and a copolymer thereof, silicone resin, modified cellulose, polyvinylidene chloride and a copolymer thereof, polyvinylidene fluoride and a copolymer thereof.
As a further description of the technical solution of the present invention, the solvent is a low boiling point solvent including at least one of ethanol, ethyl acetate, propyl acetate, butyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol, n-propyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, n-hexane, heptane, isooctane, methyl ethyl ketone.
As a further elaboration of the solution according to the invention, the heat-seal coating has a coating thickness in the substrate of 1-12 μm.
As a further description of the technical solution of the present invention, the heat seal coating is coated on the substrate in a one-time coating manner, or in a multi-layer coating manner.
As further described in the technical scheme of the invention, the heat seal strength of the transparent easy-to-open cover film and APET is 2-25N/15 mm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the transparent easy-to-uncover cover film thermally sealed with the APET tray, provided by the invention, is prepared by coating the heat-seal adhesive coating on the base material in a solution coating processing mode, and has the advantages of high transparency, low odor and reliable sealing.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the invention is further described below with reference to specific examples.
Example 1
A transparent easy-release film heat-sealed with an APET tray comprises a polyester film with a thickness of 23 μm and a heat-seal coating coated on the polyester film. Wherein the heat seal coating is obtained by coating two layers.
The first layer of coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
100 portions of polyurethane resin emulsion (solid content is 50 percent)
25 parts of deionized water;
the glass transition temperature of the polyurethane resin is 25 ℃, and the number average molecular weight is 8000; and obtaining the first layer of milky white coating according to the weight parts, wherein the solid content of the coating is about 40%.
The second layer of coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
copolyester A30 parts
70 portions of copolyester B
Polyethylene wax powder as opening agent in 2 weight portions
1 part of organosilicon slipping agent
800 parts of ethyl acetate
100 parts of butyl acetate;
wherein the glass transition temperature of the copolyester A is-38 ℃, the number average molecular weight is 36000, and the acid value is 4; copolyester B had a glass transition temperature of 52 deg.C, a number average molecular weight of 12000, and an acid number of 2. And obtaining a second layer of milky white coating according to the weight parts, wherein the solid content of the coating is about 10%.
The transparent easy-to-uncover cover film thermally sealed with the APET tray has the specific preparation method that: coating a first layer of milky white coating on a transparent polyester film with the thickness of 23 mu m by using a anilox roller, wherein the coating amount is 8g of wet glue per square meter (about 3g of dry glue per square meter), and drying by using an oven to obtain a semi-finished product; and then, overlapping and coating a second layer of milky white coating, wherein the gluing amount is 20g of wet glue per square meter (about 2g of dry glue per square meter), and drying to obtain the APET transparent easy-to-uncover film finished product.
(1) The heat seal strengths of the clear easy-release lidding film sheets of APET at different temperatures were tested and the test results are shown in table 1: heat seal strength test tables for the transparent easy release cover films of example 1 at different temperatures.
The test conditions were that the heat sealing knife was heated at the side of the cover film, the sealing pressure was 2kgf, and the pressing time was 1 second.

(2) The sample strips heat-sealed at 140 ℃ are placed in an aging box with the temperature and humidity conditions of 30 ℃ and 95% RH for 48h and then tested, and the sealing strength is 5.2N/15 mm.
For comparison, the thus-obtained 23 μm-thick transparent polyester film was coated with 20 μm-thick EVA sample PET23/EVA20, and the heat-seal strength at 140 ℃ was 10.6N/15mm, and the film was allowed to stand in an aging oven at 30 ℃ and 95% RH for 48 hours and then tested to peel off.
The clear release film of APET from example 1, the clear polyester film (23 μm thick), and the PET23/EVA20 extrusion film were subjected to film transmittance and haze tests, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the clear release film of APET of example 1 had a higher light transmission than the PET23/EVA20 extrusion film, and a lower haze value.
Example 2
A transparent easy-release lidding film heat-sealed to an APET tray comprises a polyester film having a thickness of 19 μm and a heat-seal coating applied to the polyester film. Wherein the heat seal coating is obtained by coating two layers.
The first layer of coating is 100 parts by weight of polyethyleneimine solution (solid content is 5%), and the polyethyleneimine solution is transparent clear solution and has a number average molecular weight of 2000.
The second layer of coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
copolyester A18 parts
Copolyester B82 parts
Polyethylene wax powder as opening agent 1.5 weight portions
0.5 part of organosilicon slipping agent
250 portions of ethyl acetate
50 parts of butyl acetate;
wherein the glass transition temperature of the copolyester A is-21 ℃, the number average molecular weight is 30000, and the acid value is 5; the glass transition temperature of copolyester B was 48 ℃, the number average molecular weight was 15000, and the hydroxyl number was 2. The milky white coating is obtained according to the weight parts, and the solid content of the coating is about 25 percent.
The transparent easy-to-uncover cover film thermally sealed with the APET tray has the specific preparation method that: coating a first layer of coating on a transparent polyester film with the thickness of 19 mu m by using a anilox roller, wherein the coating amount is 4g of wet glue per square meter (about 0.2g of dry glue per square meter), and drying by using an oven to obtain a semi-finished product; and then, overlapping and coating a second layer of coating, wherein the gluing amount is 8g of wet glue per square meter (about 2g of dry glue per square meter), and drying to obtain a finished product of the APET transparent easy-to-uncover film.
(1) The clear easy release lidding film sheets of APET were tested for heat seal strength at different temperatures and the test results are shown in table 3: heat seal strength test tables for the transparent easy release cover films of example 2 at different temperatures.
The test conditions were that the heat sealing knife was heated at the side of the cover film, the sealing pressure was 2kgf, and the pressing time was 1 second.

(2) The sample strips heat-sealed at 140 ℃ are placed in an aging box with the temperature and humidity conditions of 30 ℃ and 95% RH for 48h and then tested, and the sealing strength is 5.0N/15 mm.
The clear release film of APET of example 2 and the clear polyester film (19 μm thick) were subjected to film transmittance and haze measurements, respectively, and the results are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from table 4, the clear release film of APET of example 2 had a light transmission similar to that of the 23 μm thick clear polyester film and the haze value increased from 2% to 4%.
Example 3
A transparent easy-release lidding film heat-sealed to an APET tray comprises a polyester film having a thickness of 35 μm and a heat-seal coating applied to the polyester film. Wherein the heat seal coating is formed by coating two layers in a superposed manner.
The first layer of coating is 100 parts by weight of polyethyleneimine (solid content is 5%), and the polyethyleneimine solution is a transparent clear solution and has a number average molecular weight of 3000.
The second layer of coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
copolyester A25 parts
Copolyester B75 parts
Polyethylene wax powder as opening agent 1.5 weight portions
0.5 part of organosilicon slipping agent
1000 parts of ethyl acetate
150 parts of butyl acetate;
wherein the glass transition temperature of the copolyester A is-21 ℃, the number average molecular weight is 30000, and the acid value is 5; the glass transition temperature of copolyester B was 48 ℃, the number average molecular weight was 15000, and the hydroxyl number was 2. The milky white coating is obtained according to the weight parts, and the solid content of the coating is about 8 percent.
The transparent easy-to-uncover cover film thermally sealed with the APET tray has the specific preparation method that: coating a first layer of coating on a transparent polyester film with the thickness of 35 mu m by using a anilox roller, wherein the coating amount is 4g of wet glue per square meter (about 0.2g of dry glue per square meter), and drying by using an oven to obtain a semi-finished product; and then, overlapping and coating a second layer of coating, wherein the gluing amount is 25g of wet glue per square meter (dry glue is about 2g per square meter), and drying to obtain a finished product of the APET transparent easy-to-uncover film.
(1) The clear easy release lidding film sheets of APET were tested for heat seal strength at different temperatures and the test results are shown in table 5: heat seal strength test tables for the transparent easy release cover films of example 3 at different temperatures.
The test conditions were that the heat sealing knife was heated at the side of the cover film, the sealing pressure was 2kgf, and the pressing time was 1 second.

The transparent easy-release film of APET of example 3 and a transparent polyester film (35 μm thick) were subjected to film transmittance and haze tests, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 6.

As can be seen from table 6, the clear release film of APET of example 3 had a light transmission similar to that of the 35 μm thick clear polyester film and the haze value increased from 1.9% to 4.9%.
Example 4
A transparent easy-open cover film heat-sealed with APET tray comprises a polyester film with a thickness of 50 μm and a heat-sealing coating coated on the polyester film. Wherein, the heat seal coating is obtained by one-time coating.
The coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
copolyester A25 parts
70 portions of copolyester B
Polyurethane C5 parts
Polyethylene wax powder as opening agent 1.0 part
0.5 part of organosilicon slipping agent
350 parts of ethyl acetate
50 parts of butyl acetate;
wherein the glass transition temperature of the copolyester A is-21 ℃, the number average molecular weight is 30000, and the hydroxyl value is 5; the glass transition temperature of the copolyester B is 48 ℃, the number average molecular weight is 15000, and the hydroxyl value is 2; the glass transition temperature of the copolyurethane C was 25 ℃ and the number average molecular weight was 6000. The milky white coating is obtained according to the weight parts, and the solid content of the coating is about 20 percent.
The transparent easy-to-uncover cover film thermally sealed with the APET tray has the specific preparation method that: coating the coating on a transparent polyester film with the thickness of 50 mu m by using a anilox roller, wherein the coating amount is 30g of wet glue per square meter (dry glue is about 6g per square meter), and drying by using an oven to obtain a finished product of the APET transparent easy-to-uncover cover film.
(1) The clear easy release lidding film sheets of APET were tested for heat seal strength at different temperatures and the test results are shown in table 7: heat seal strength test tables for the transparent easy release cover films of example 4 at different temperatures.
The test conditions were that the heat sealing knife was heated at the side of the cover film, the sealing pressure was 2kgf, and the pressing time was 1 second.

(2) The sample strips heat-sealed at 160 ℃ are placed in an aging box with the temperature and humidity conditions of 30 ℃ and 95% RH for 48h and then tested, and the sealing strength is 12.1N/15 mm.
The transparent easy-open cover film of APET of example 4 and a transparent polyester film (50 μm thick) were subjected to film transmittance and haze tests, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 8.

As can be seen from table 8, the clear release film of APET of example 4 had a light transmission similar to that of a clear polyester film 50 μm thick and the haze value increased from 3.1% to 4.9%.
Example 5
A transparent easy-open cover film heat-sealed with APET tray comprises a polyester film with a thickness of 50 μm and a heat-sealing coating coated on the polyester film. Wherein, the heat seal coating is obtained by one-time coating.
The coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
copolyester A85 parts
10 portions of acrylic ester resin B
Polyurethane C5 parts
Polyethylene wax powder as opening agent 1.0 part
0.5 part of organosilicon slipping agent
350 parts of ethyl acetate
50 parts of butyl acetate;
wherein the glass transition temperature of the copolyester A is 24 ℃, the number average molecular weight is 30000, and the hydroxyl value is 5; the glass transition temperature of the acrylate resin B is 48 ℃, and the number average molecular weight is 10000; the glass transition temperature of polyurethane C was 25 ℃ and the number average molecular weight was 6000. The milky white coating is obtained according to the weight parts, and the solid content of the coating is about 20 percent.
The transparent easy-to-uncover cover film thermally sealed with the APET tray has the specific preparation method that: coating the coating on a transparent polyester film with the thickness of 50 mu m by using a anilox roller, wherein the coating amount is 30g of wet glue per square meter (dry glue is about 6g per square meter), and drying by using an oven to obtain a finished product of the APET transparent easy-to-uncover cover film.
(1) The clear easy release lidding film sheets of APET were tested for heat seal strength at different temperatures and the test results are shown in table 9: heat seal strength test tables for the transparent easy release cover films of example 5 at different temperatures.
The test conditions were that the heat sealing knife was heated at the side of the cover film, the sealing pressure was 2kgf, and the pressing time was 1 second.

(2) The sample strips heat-sealed at 180 ℃ are placed in an aging box with the temperature and humidity conditions of 30 ℃ and 95% RH for 48h and then tested, and the sealing strength is 18.4N/15 mm. .
The transparent easy release film of APET of example 5 and a transparent polyester film (50 μm thick) were subjected to film transmittance and haze tests, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 10.

As can be seen from table 10, the clear release film of APET of example 5 had a light transmission similar to that of a clear polyester film 50 μm thick and the haze value increased from 3.1% to 4.0%.
The transparent easy-to-tear film provided in embodiments 1 to 5 and heat-sealed with an APET tray is prepared by applying a heat-seal adhesive coating to a substrate in a solution coating manner, and has the advantages of high transparency, low odor and reliable sealing.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. The transparent easy-to-uncover cover film thermally sealed with the APET tray is characterized by comprising a base material and a heat-seal coating coated on the base material, wherein the heat-seal coating is obtained by drying a heat-seal adhesive coating after coating;
the base material is one of PET, PC, NY, BOPP, CPP or PE;
the heat-seal adhesive coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 portions of resin, 0 to 10 portions of additive and 200 portions of solvent are 1150 portions;
the thickness of the heat-seal coating is 0.5-15 μm.
2. The transparent easy release cover film according to claim 1, wherein the resin comprises at least one of acrylic resin, acrylic ester resin, methacrylic acid resin, methacrylic ester resin, polyester, copolyester resin, polyvinyl acetate and its copolymer, polyethylene and its copolymer, polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer, polypropylene and its copolymer, chlorinated polypropylene and its copolymer, polystyrene and its copolymer, polyurethane and its copolymer, polyamide and its copolymer, polyether and its copolymer, amino resin and its copolymer, polyethyleneimine and its copolymer, silicone resin, modified cellulose, polyvinylidene chloride and its copolymer, polyvinylidene fluoride and its copolymer.
3. The transparent easy release film according to claim 1, wherein the solvent is a low boiling point solvent comprising at least one of ethanol, ethyl acetate, propyl acetate, butyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol, n-propanol, butanol, isobutyl alcohol, n-hexane, heptane, isooctane, methyl ethyl ketone.
4. The transparent easy release cover film according to claim 1, wherein the heat seal coating has a coating thickness in the substrate of 1-12 μm.
5. The transparent easy-release cover film according to claim 4, wherein the heat-seal coating layer is coated on the substrate in a single coating or multiple coating layers.
6. The transparent easy release film according to claim 1, wherein the heat seal strength of the transparent easy release film to APET is 2 to 25N/15 mm.
