Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of lenses, and particularly relates to a film layer mixed anti-glare lens.
Background
The anti-glare lens is manufactured according to the polarization principle of light, and can block scattered reflected light, glare and irregular reflected light of an object in natural light so as to avoid discomfort of eyes and potential safety hazards. The sun-shading and sun-shading filter is suitable for people to wear under extremely hot sunlight, or paddling in a lake with strong wave light, or in glass buildings, or drive on a smooth road surface, so as to filter the strong light reflection, and avoid inconvenience for life and travel of people, particularly summer driving.
The existing anti-glare lens protects an anti-glare film in an intermediate layer, is not worn to cause flower change, but has single color and poor functionality, and in addition, other film layers cannot be directly added on the anti-glare film, so that interference is easy to generate, and the practicability is also poor.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the front substrate, the central substrate, and the rear substrate are bonded by high temperature hot press lamination or a shadow-less adhesive.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the anti-glare film layer has brown colored dyed particles.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the edge thickness of the anti-glare film layer is smaller than the center thickness.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the anti-reflective film layer has a plurality of sodium fluoride layers.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hard coating layer includes a silica layer, a titania layer, and a zirconia layer.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the photochromic coating layer is a photochromic coating layer containing photochromic particles.
Compared with the prior art, the application can obtain the following technical effects:
the front substrate and the central substrate are laminated to form the anti-dazzle film layer, and the rear substrate and the central substrate are laminated to form the anti-reflection film layer, so that efficient anti-dazzle is realized, and the trouble that the anti-dazzle function is single in the prior art is avoided.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product to achieve all of the above-described technical effects simultaneously.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and examples, so that how to implement technical means to solve technical problems and achieve technical effects of the present application can be fully understood and implemented.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a film hybrid anti-glare lens according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown, a film-hybrid anti-glare lens includes a lens base having a front substrate 10, a central substrate 20, and a rear substrate 30; an anti-glare film layer 40 disposed between the front substrate 10 and the central substrate 20; an antireflection film layer 50 disposed between the rear substrate 30 and the central substrate 20; a hard coating layer 60 vacuum sputtered on the outer surfaces of the front substrate 10 and the rear substrate 30; and a color-changing coating layer 70 coated on the outer side of the hard coating layer 60 of the front substrate 10; wherein the front substrate 10 has a thickness of 2.5mm, the central substrate 20 has a thickness of 2mm, and the rear substrate 30 has a thickness of 3 mm.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the front substrate 10, the central substrate 20, and the rear substrate 30 are formed by stacking three layers of optical materials with high light transmittance, such as resin or glass, and combining them. Preferably, the front substrate 10, the central substrate 20 and the rear substrate 30 are bonded by high-temperature hot-pressing compounding or shadowless glue, so that the forming process is simple, convenient and fast, and the efficiency is high.
The anti-glare film layer 40 is located between the front substrate 10 and the central substrate 20, and preferably has brown colored dyed particles, so that the anti-glare film layer 40 shows a brown colored appearance color, and effectively blocks strong light for filtering direct light, enhances a polarization effect, prevents eyes of a user from being stimulated by the strong light, and effectively protects the eyes of the user.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the lens substrate is finally assembled to the frame by cutting, so the preferred edge thickness of the anti-glare film layer 40 is smaller than the central thickness, which reduces the material consumption at the periphery and the cost.
The antireflection film layer 50 is located between the rear substrate 30 and the central substrate 20, and realizes an antireflection effect of the lens base body. Preferably, the antireflection film layer 50 has a plurality of sodium fluoride layers, so that the reflection of light is effectively reduced, and the light transmittance is increased.
In addition, the two sides of the lens substrate are also provided with the hardened coating 60, and the hardened coating 60 comprises a silicon dioxide layer, a titanium dioxide layer and a zirconium oxide layer, so that the surface of the lens is hardened, the hardness of the compounded lens substrate is improved, and the anti-falling durability is improved.
The photochromic coating 70 is a photochromic coating, is coated on the front side of the lens substrate, contains photochromic particles, can change colors through strong light irradiation, gradually deepens, plays a role in polarizing effect, protects eyes and enhances practicability.
The foregoing description shows and describes several preferred embodiments of the present application, but as aforementioned, it is to be understood that the application is not limited to the forms disclosed herein, but is not to be construed as excluding other embodiments and is capable of use in various other combinations, modifications, and environments and is capable of changes within the scope of the application as described herein, commensurate with the above teachings, or the skill or knowledge of the relevant art. And that modifications and variations may be effected by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, which is to be protected by the claims appended hereto.
