As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present application, the supporting member 20 can provide mounting and supporting for the installation of the trim panel 30, and also provide mounting and supporting for a frameless door sealing structure. The second end of the supporting member 20 is provided with a clamping groove, and the sealing rubber strip 40 can be clamped in the clamping groove, so that the sealing rubber strip 40 is fixed.
The plaque 30 is further provided with a second adhesive tape mounting structure for mounting the sealing adhesive tape 40.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present application, a second adhesive tape mounting structure is further disposed on a side surface of the decorative plate 30 away from the supporting member 20, optionally, the second adhesive tape mounting structure is a bent hook portion, and the sealing adhesive tape 40 is hooked with the hook portion to realize connection and fixation of the sealing adhesive tape 40.
The material of the supporting member 20 is plastic, aluminum or aluminum alloy.
In the embodiment of the present application, the material of the supporting member 20 may be metal or non-metal, preferably aluminum or aluminum alloy, or rigid plastic.
The support member 20 is formed by extrusion of aluminum plate.
In the embodiment of the present application, the supporting member 20 is preferably an aluminum plate, and is formed by extrusion or press molding.
The thickness of the support member 20 is 0.5mm to 5 mm.
In the embodiment of the present application, the thickness of the supporting member 20 is determined according to the selected material and the processing difficulty, optionally, the thickness of the supporting member 20 is 0.5mm to 5mm, and preferably, the thickness of the supporting member 20 is 1.0mm to 2.0 mm.
The length of the support 20 is not greater than the fascia 30.
In the embodiment of the present application, since the support 20 is used to connect the trim 30, the length of the support 20 is consistent with that of the trim 30. In some embodiments, the length of support 20 is less than the length of fascia 30. The dimension of the support member 20 in the width direction should be as small as possible on the premise of satisfying the installation of the trim panel 30, so as to reduce the width of the a-pillar structure, further reduce the obstacle angle of the a-pillar, and reduce the influence of the a-pillar on the driving view.

As shown in fig. 2, in the prior art, a nut and bolt are used to cooperate with each other, so that the trim panel 30 is directly connected to the first flanging surface of the side-frame outer panel 10, and the trim panel 30 is pre-installed on the side-frame outer panel 10, so that the normal dimension of the installation structure of the trim panel 30 is about 7mm, and the dimension is large, thereby resulting in a large a-pillar width. As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the application, the characteristics of flexible and adjustable extrusion-molded cross section are fully exerted, the extrusion-molded support member 20 is riveted with the first bending surface of the side-wall outer panel 10, then the trim panel 30 is connected with the support member 20, the support member 20 not only provides installation and support for the trim panel 30, but also provides installation and support for a frameless vehicle door sealing structure, the installation structure size of the whole trim panel 30 is smaller than 4mm, the influence of the a column size on the driving visual field is greatly reduced, and the driving experience is improved.
