Abstract
The invention discloses a silk fibroin skin beautifying formula and a preparation method thereof, wherein the formula is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5.0-8.0% of silk fibroin nanoemulsion, 0.5-1.5% of magnolia officinalis extract, 0.3-0.6% of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 1.0-2.0% of ceramide 3, 2.0-3.5% of hydrogenated soybean phospholipid, 0.1-0.5% of probiotics, 2.0-6.0% of polyalcohol solvent, 0.5-1.5% of skin conditioner, 0.1-0.5% of skin freshener, 0.5-1.0% of non-irritant preservative combination, 0.2-0.4% of agilawood essential oil and the balance of pure water are used as synergistic effects among the components to effectively repair skin barriers, enhance skin resistance and reduce sensitivity, the porous characteristic of the silk fibroin nanoemulsion provides good three-dimensional space for proliferation of skin tissue cells, the wound has air permeability and water permeability and promotes rapid healing, the ceramide 3 and the silk fibroin nanoemulsion are mixed to prepare a liposome, the lipid component of the liposome is similar to that of intercellular horny cell, the intercellular lipid required by skin barrier can be quickly supplemented, and the liposome formed by nano-encapsulation has smaller structure and is more favorable for absorption.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin beautifying formula, in particular to a silk fibroin skin beautifying formula and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the maturity of consumption concept and the enhancement of health care consciousness gradually, consumers aiming at simple cleaning care and skin care except for the original consumption group aiming at treatment are rapidly expanded. As long as the skin is in a state, except for the disease factors, acne, dry and flaky skin, itching, external oil and internal dryness and the like are all caused by the damage of the skin barrier, and the skin is easy to cause problems because the moisture can not be locked due to the damage of the skin barrier and bacteria can easily invade the skin. It can be seen that protection of the skin barrier is of paramount importance.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a silk fibroin skin beautifying formula and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a silk fibroin skin beautifying formula is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5.0-8.0% of silk fibroin nanoemulsion, 0.5-1.5% of magnolia officinalis extract, 0.3-0.6% of sophora flavescens extract, 1.0-2.0% of ceramide 3, 2.0-3.5% of hydrogenated soybean phospholipid, 0.1-0.5% of probiotics, 2.0-6.0% of polyalcohol solvent, 0.5-1.5% of skin conditioner, 0.1-0.5% of skin freshener, 0.5-1.0% of non-irritant preservative combination, 0.2-0.4% of agilawood essential oil and the balance of pure water.
The probiotic is lactobacillus.
The polyalcohol solvent is glycerol, butanediol and propylene glycol in the same proportion.
The skin conditioner is nano-encapsulated salicylic acid.
The skin freshener is herba Menthae extract.
The non-irritating and antiseptic composition comprises glyceryl caprylate, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, p-hydroxyacetophenone and butanediol in the same proportion.
A method for preparing the silk fibroin skin beautifying formula comprises the following steps:
1) adding the pure water in parts by weight into a main stirring kettle, then adding the silk fibroin nanoemulsion, the ceramide 3, the hydrogenated soybean phospholipid and the probiotics in parts by weight into the main stirring kettle, and then stirring for 5-10 minutes at a rotating speed of 50-60 rpm.
2) Adding the magnolia bark extract, the sophora flavescens extract and the polyalcohol solvent in parts by weight into a heating and stirring barrel, and then stirring and dissolving at the temperature of 75-80 ℃ and the rotating speed of 50-60 r/min until the mixture is clear and transparent to obtain the component A.
3) Adding the sophora flavescens extract in parts by weight into a stirrer, and stirring and dissolving at the rotating speed of 50-60 revolutions per minute until the sophora flavescens extract is clear and transparent to obtain a component B.
4) Adding the skin conditioner, the skin freshener, the non-irritant preservative combination and the agilawood essential oil in parts by weight into a stirrer, and mixing at the rotating speed of 50-60 revolutions per minute for 5-10 minutes to obtain a component C.
5) Adding the component A into a main stirring kettle, keeping the rotation speed at 50-60 rpm, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding the component B into the main stirring kettle, keeping the rotation speed at 50-60 rpm, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding the component C into the main stirring kettle at the temperature of below 45 ℃, keeping the rotation speed at 50-60 rpm, stirring for 15-25 minutes, standing, and discharging.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the silk fibroin skin beautifying formula prepared by the invention is added with the silk fibroin nanoemulsion, the magnolia officinalis extract, the sophora flavescens extract, the ceramide 3, the hydrogenated soybean lecithin, the probiotics, the polyol solvent, the skin conditioner, the skin freshener, the non-irritant preservative combination and the agilawood essential oil, so that the components have synergistic effect, the skin barrier is effectively repaired, the skin resistance is enhanced, the sensitivity is reduced, the porous characteristic of the silk fibroin nanoemulsion provides a good three-dimensional space for the growth and proliferation of skin tissue cells, and the silk fibroin nanoemulsion has good air permeability and water permeability, promotes the rapid healing of wounds, isolates the invasion of external cells and prevents infection.

Example 2: 6.5% of silk fibroin nanoemulsion, 1.0% of magnolia officinalis extract, 0.45% of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 1.5% of ceramide 3, 3.0% of hydrogenated soybean lecithin, 0.3% of probiotics, 4.0% of polyalcohol solvent, 1.0% of skin conditioner, 0.3% of skin freshener, 0.75% of non-irritant preservative composition, 0.3% of agilawood essential oil and the balance of pure water.
Example 3: 8.0% of silk fibroin nanoemulsion, 1.5% of magnolia officinalis extract, 0.6% of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 2.0% of ceramide 3, 3.5% of hydrogenated soybean lecithin, 0.5% of probiotics, 6.0% of polyol solvent, 1.5% of skin conditioner, 0.5% of skin freshener, 1.0% of non-irritating antiseptic composition, 0.4% of agilawood essential oil and the balance of pure water.
The silk fibroin nanoemulsion is a nano oily substance emulsion, does not contain any other ingredients to enter chemical substances, is suitable for hypoallergenic skin, has the main effects of moistening and moisturizing, keeps skin moist for a long time, increases skin elasticity, can achieve compact repair, adopts a micro-nano micromolecule permeation technology, refines raw materials into micro-nano through wall breaking, then gives a plurality of nano-scale skin touch points on the surface layer of the skin, each skin touch point is very fine, enhances the penetrability of the rest effective ingredients, and reaches the deep part of the skin in a short time. The silk fibroin nanoemulsion has a porous characteristic, provides a good three-dimensional space for the growth and proliferation of skin tissue cells, particularly has a bacterium breeding and proliferation effect on staphylococcus epidermidis and staphylococcus capitis in the skin, has good air permeability and water permeability, keeps a wound surface wet to a certain extent, promotes the wound to heal quickly, and simultaneously has an absorption function of absorbing wound surface exudates, so that the invasion of external cells is isolated, and infection is prevented.

The main components of the sophora flavescens extract (produced by Xian Jia Tian Biotechnology Co., Ltd.) are alkaloids and flavonoids, the main active component of the alkaloids is the matrine with obvious antibacterial effect, has good inhibitory effect on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, candida albicans and the like, and simultaneously has the functions of resisting trichomonas and amoeba, and the sophora flavescens extract also has certain curative effect on skin eczema; on the other hand, the flavonoid component is a non-competitive inhibitor of tyrosinase, the tyrosinase is a key enzyme for melanin synthesis, the activity of the tyrosinase determines the amount of melanin formation, the characterization is the shade of skin complexion, and the flavonoid component can reduce the generation of melanin.

The hydrogenated soybean phospholipid (produced by Hubei Jianwen biological medicine Co., Ltd.) is used as a phospholipid mixture with surface activity, is a good wetting agent and an emulsifier, phospholipid molecules are distributed in a bilayer mode, lipophilic fatty acid and hydrophilic phospholipid groups are arranged, the arrangement reduces the interfacial tension of an oil-water interface, and therefore a combined effect is achieved, the hydrogenated soybean phospholipid mixture has a quick wetting effect, the viscosity is reduced, and a better and more stable emulsion and dispersion degree are presented.
The probiotics is lactobacillus (produced by Xianweite biotechnology Limited liability company), can supplement beneficial flora required by the skin barrier, maintain the microbial balance in the skin ecology, and repair the skin barrier under the synergistic action of the probiotics and the ceramide 3.
The polyalcohol solvent is glycerol, butanediol and propylene glycol in the same proportion, and the polyalcohol solvent is used as an embedding material, has high safety to skin, and can improve the stability, dispersibility and utilization rate of volatile components of the embodiment.
The skin conditioner is nano-encapsulated salicylic acid (produced by Asahi Biotech limited, Guangzhou), has the effects of softening cuticle and promoting epidermal cell proliferation, and has good anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
The skin refreshing agent is herba Menthae extract (produced by Changsha grass Biotech Co., Ltd.).
The non-irritating and antiseptic composition comprises glyceryl caprylate, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, p-hydroxyacetophenone and butanediol in the same proportion.
The glyceryl caprylate can reduce the affinity with cell membrane lipid in an oil-water interface, and the glyceryl caprylate can cause the leakage of content substances in cells and the change of ion concentration in the cells by damaging cell walls, cell membranes and organelle lipid membranes, so that the microorganisms are finally killed, and the bacteriostatic effect is achieved.
The caprylyl hydroximic acid has efficient and selective chelating capacity on ferrous ions and ferric ions, and in an environment with limited ferric ions, the growth of mould is limited, and the caprylyl hydroximic acid has the optimal carbon chain length capable of promoting the degradation of a cell membrane structure, so that the caprylyl hydroximic acid has strong antibacterial capacity.

2) Adding the magnolia bark extract, the sophora flavescens extract and the polyol solvent in parts by weight into a heating and stirring barrel, and stirring and dissolving at the temperature of 75-80 ℃ (75 ℃ in example 1, 77 ℃ in example 2 and 80 ℃ in example 3) at the rotation speed of 50-60 rpm until the mixture is clear and transparent (visual inspection is carried out until the mixture is clear and transparent), thereby obtaining the component A.
3) And adding the sophora flavescens extract in parts by weight into a stirrer, and stirring and dissolving at the rotating speed of 50-60 revolutions per minute until the sophora flavescens extract is clear and transparent (visual inspection until the sophora flavescens extract is clear and transparent), thereby obtaining the component B.
