Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of eye ornaments, and particularly relates to a false eyelash and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
False eyelashes are artificial eyelashes for beautifying the eyes, and the eyelashes are generally lengthened and thickened to make the eyes look bigger, brighter, fuller and more vivid. False eyelashes have been known for a long time and can be documented as early as 2000 b.c. in ancient egypt and ancient roman literature. The false eyelashes are made of plastic, cotton, feather and other materials, and the false eyelashes made of different materials have different effects.
In the production process of the existing false eyelashes, the woollen used as a raw material needs to be manually placed by one piece of tweezers on a drawn drawing pattern by a worker, then the tape is used for sizing, the method is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the situation that the woollen is scattered and the left and right spacing is unequal can occur in the process of manually adhering the woollen to the tape, so that the adhered products cannot reach the standard spacing on the drawing pattern, the defective rate is extremely high, the woollen and the tape can be wasted, the production efficiency is low, and the production cost is increased.

extruding and molding the wool through linear strip seams, and fixing one end of the molded wool to obtain a first semi-finished product;
bonding the two groups of first semi-finished products and cutting to obtain a second semi-finished product;
and curling and shaping the second semi-finished product to obtain the false eyelashes.
Preferably, the step of uniformly distributing the wool in the strip seam and fixing one end of the wool to obtain the first semi-finished product specifically comprises:
placing the wool into a container and flattening;
and pressing down the wool in the container by using a forming part which is provided with a linear strip seam and is adhered with a double-sided adhesive tape so that the wool is extruded and formed from the linear strip seam, one end of the formed wool is adhered by the double-sided adhesive tape, and taking down the double-sided adhesive tape adhered with the wool to obtain a first semi-finished product.
Preferably, the step of bonding the two groups of first semi-finished products up and down to obtain the second semi-finished product specifically comprises:
combining the two groups of first semi-finished products to obtain a third semi-finished product;
placing two threads on two sides of the third semi-finished product in a staggered mode, then coating the middle of the two threads with an adhesive, and obtaining a fourth semi-finished product after the adhesive is solidified;
and cutting the fourth semi-finished product along a line close to the edge to obtain a second semi-finished product.
Preferably, the step of curling and sizing the second semi-finished product to obtain the false eyelashes specifically comprises:
flatly paving the second semi-finished product on the paper soaked with water, rolling the paper and the second semi-finished product into a round tube, and heating the round tube;
drying the heated circular tube with the paper wound inside and the second semi-finished product, and then soaking the circular tube in shaping water;
and drying the circular tube which is soaked and internally coiled with the paper and the second semi-finished product, and then spraying the dried circular tube to enable the paper in the circular tube to be dispersed due to wetting, so as to obtain the false eyelashes in the paper.
Preferably, the forming piece is an L-shaped comb manufactured by adopting a wire cutting technology.
Preferably, the heating temperature is 100-120 ℃.
Preferably, the soaking time is 36-60 h.
Another object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide an eyelash prosthesis, which is manufactured by any one of the above methods.

Example 5
A method of making false eyelashes comprising the steps of:
s101, manufacturing an L-shaped steel comb meeting the requirements by adopting a linear cutting technology, and manufacturing a proper rectangular PVC box according to the size of the steel comb;
