Abstract
The invention provides a display device, and belongs to the technical field of display. The invention provides a display device which comprises a display panel and a rotating assembly. The display panel comprises a first side and a second side which are arranged oppositely, and the first side is fixedly connected with the rotating assembly. The rotating assembly comprises a plurality of rollers and a conveying structure sleeved on the outer sides of the rollers, and the conveying structure is fixedly connected with the first side. The rollers rotate under the action of external force to drive the conveying structure to move along with the rollers, so that the display panel connected to the conveying structure is unfolded or stored. It should be noted that the first side a and the second side B of the display panel 1 are the first side a and the second side B (see fig. 2) which are oppositely arranged when the display panel 1 is in the unfolded state, and when the display panel 1 is in the unfolded state, the first side a is close to the rotating assembly 2 relative to the second side B.
In the display device provided by this embodiment, the first side a of the display panel 1 is fixed on the transmission structure, and then the plurality of rollers 21 are rotated by an external force, and the display panel 1 is wound around the plurality of rollers 21 to be stored in cooperation with the transmission structure 22, and because in the storage state, the display panel 1 between the plurality of rollers 21 is in a relatively flat state and is not bent, that is, the display panel 1 in the flat state is not subjected to stress, and the display panel 1 is bent only at the side surfaces of the two rollers 21 on the left and right sides, compared with the state where the display panel 1 is wound around a single roller 21 to be stored, the display device provided by this embodiment can greatly reduce the stress (for example, the stress generated by recovery deformation) applied to the display panel 1 in the storage state, thereby being capable of avoiding deformation or displacement of each layer structure of the display panel 1.
It should be noted that the display device provided in this embodiment may include any roller 21, the specific number of rollers may be set as required, and if the length of the display panel 1 is longer, the number of rollers 21 may be correspondingly increased, so that the display panel 1 can be smoothly stored outside the plurality of rollers 21, and wrinkles of the display panel 1 are avoided. For convenience of description, the following description will be given by taking an example in which the display device includes two rollers 21, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the display device provided in this embodiment may further include a roller interval adjuster 3, the roller interval adjuster 3 being connected to the plurality of rollers 21, which is used to adjust the spacing between the rollers 21, as shown in fig. 3, by way of example in which the rotating assembly 2 comprises two rollers, after the display panel 1 is received outside the two rollers 21, the portion of the display panel 1 between the two adjacent rollers 21 is in a state of being tightened outside the two rollers 21 with the distance between the two rollers 21 being L, see fig. 4, the roller distance adjuster 3 adjusts the distance between the two rollers 21 (from L to L'), therefore, the display panel 1 can be wound around the outside of the roller 21 in a loose state, and compared with a state in which the display panel 1 is tightened on the outside of the roller 21, stress applied to the display panel 1 during storage can be further reduced, and deformation or displacement of each layer structure in the display panel 1 can be further avoided.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the display device provided in this embodiment may further include a housing 4, the rotating assembly 2 is disposed in the housing 4, and the display panel 1 is wound outside the plurality of rollers 21 and is accommodated in the housing 4. Both ends of the plurality of rollers 21 in the rotating assembly 2 are fixed to both sides of the housing 4, both sides of the housing 4 are arranged along the length direction of the first side a of the display panel 1, the plurality of rollers 21 may be disposed along the length direction of the first side a, and both sides of the housing 4 are located at both ends of the plurality of rollers 21 in the length direction. Specifically, when the display panel 1 is in the unfolded state, a connecting line between a midpoint of the first side a of the display panel 1 and a midpoint of the second side B of the display panel 1 is relatively perpendicular to a connecting line between centers of two sides of the housing 4. If the display device is provided with the roller spacing adjuster 3, correspondingly, the two sides of the housing 4 corresponding to the plurality of rollers 21 are respectively provided with the adjusting slide rails 23, and the two ends of the plurality of rollers 21 are respectively connected to the adjusting slide rails 23 on the two sides of the housing 4, so that when the spacing between the rollers 21 is to be adjusted, the plurality of rollers 21 slide in the adjusting slide rails 23 connected with the rollers under the driving of the roller spacing adjuster 3, so as to adjust the spacing between the plurality of rollers.
Alternatively, the roller spacing adjuster 3 may include a motor connected thereto, the motor being used to drive the roller spacing adjuster 3 to operate, and the motor may include various types of motors, which are not limited herein.

Further, as shown in fig. 5, 7, and 8, where fig. 7 and 8 are side views of the transmitting structure 22 at the position of the bayonet 001, the transmitting structure 22 has a bayonet 001 thereon, and the bayonet 001 is in interference connection with the first side a of the display panel 1, that is, the opening width of the bayonet 001 is smaller than the thickness of the display panel 1, referring to fig. 8, the first side a of the display panel 1 can be snapped into the bayonet 001 on the transmitting structure 22 to fix the display panel 1 on the transmitting structure 22, so that the transmitting structure 22 can drive the display panel 1 to wind around the outer sides of the plurality of rollers 21 when rotating.
