Background

The two largest dry cleaning solvents used worldwide are tetrachloroethylene (PERC) and petroleum. Tetrachloroethylene has high cleaning power, low cost, non-flammability and good chemical stability. However, tetrachloroethylene has two major disadvantages: the problems brought by the method to personal safety and environmental protection are as follows: it can cause damage to human organ systems such as liver, kidney, skin and nerve after entering human respiratory tract; and because the waste can not be naturally degraded, the waste can be accumulated over time to cause the problem of serious industrial hazardous waste disposal, thereby causing influence on the environment. Cyclic silicones have enjoyed some commercial success as dry cleaning solvents replacing tetrachloroethylene and petroleum. It is much better than tetrachloroethylene and petroleum in fabric care, especially in reducing damage to textile fibers, textile dyes and finishes, and clothing accessories. Its safety is greatly improved compared with tetrachloroethylene and petroleum, and it has unique fire-resisting property, so that it is safe in the course of use and storage: it has a flash point and a fire point separated by at least 10 degrees Fahrenheit and is a self-extinguishing solvent.

the alcohol ether solvent is one or a mixture of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether, tripropylene glycol methyl ether, propylene glycol dimethyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether;
the alkane solvent is one or a mixture of more than one of isoparaffin and environment-friendly petroleum dry cleaning agent;
a preparation process of a dry cleaning solvent comprises the following steps: sequentially adding 60-90 parts by weight of alkane solvent and 6-40 parts by weight of other solvents into a stirrer, and strongly stirring for 30 minutes to fully dissolve the other solvents so as to obtain a dry cleaning solvent;

the ether ester solvent is one or more of propylene glycol monomethyl ether formate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether propionate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether butyrate, propylene glycol monoethyl ether formate, propylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, propylene glycol monoethyl ether propionate and propylene glycol monoethyl ether butyrate;
the alcohol ether solvent is one or a mixture of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether, tripropylene glycol methyl ether, propylene glycol dimethyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether;
the alkane solvent is one or a mixture of more than one of isoparaffin and environment-friendly petroleum dry cleaning agent;
