Abstract
The invention relates to a high-molecular waterproof agent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-36 parts of water reducing agent, 0.04-0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.07-0.15 part of cement modifier, 0.040-0.050 part of thickening agent and 60-70 parts of macromolecular fatty acid. The invention also relates to a waterproof concrete material added with the waterproof agent and waterproof mortar. The waterproof agent mainly containing the macromolecular fatty acid is used as a raw material of a concrete material and mortar, so that the purpose of prolonging the service life is achieved, and the material meets the environmental protection requirement, thereby being widely applied to the technical field of cement members.

The existing waterproof material is difficult to completely fill, and is easy to seep water for a long time. In the concrete process of manufacturing the waterproof agent, the following technical scheme can be adopted:

According to the invention, the water reducing agent improves the compactness of concrete, and reduces the shrinkage value, so that the concrete is not easy to crack. The high molecular fatty acid with large quantity completely fills the capillary holes and the fine gaps generated when the cement is hydrated to form a whole, so that free water can not enter the inside of the cement member, and the self-waterproof effect is achieved. The principle of filling instead of micro-expansion is adopted, the concrete structure is maintained, and the strength of the concrete is ensured. The water erosion and weathering existing in the prior art can only act on the surface of the cement member, so that the service life of the cement member is prolonged.
According to different waterproof grades of concrete and mortar, a waterproof agent is added according to 1-2% of the cementing material.

30-36 parts of water reducing agent, 0.04-0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.07-0.15 part of cement modifier, 0.040-0.050 part of thickening agent and 60-70 parts of macromolecular fatty acid.

35 parts of water reducing agent, 0.07 part of defoaming agent, 0.09 part of cement modifier, 0.045 part of thickening agent and 65 parts of high molecular fatty acid.
