Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a whitening, freckle-removing and anti-aging face cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, in order to lighten spots, remove wrinkles and whiten skin, only cosmetics and concealer products are used for whitening skin, but the skin is covered, and the surface is good but not treated. For facial skin, the cream is often applied in the morning and evening to replenish and lock water. The existing face creams are divided into a plurality of types, and have the functions of moisturizing, whitening and removing freckles and the function of resisting aging, but the existing face cream products cannot simultaneously realize various effects of moisturizing, whitening, skin tightening and resisting aging.
At present, most of skin moisturizing, whitening or freckle removing face creams mainly aim at a rate-limiting enzyme (tyrosinase) for melanin generation, inhibit tyrosinase activity or block an oxidation path of melanin generated by tyrosine, so that melanin generation is reduced, and the skin whitening effect is achieved. The functional raw materials added in the whitening cream sold on the market at present mainly comprise cell growth factors, animal placenta extract, kojic acid, hydroquinone and the like, and the components with the whitening effect can cause certain damage to skin, so that the product is easy to generate the phenomena of color change, smell change, instability and short storage life. For example, the activity of cell growth factors and animal placenta extracts has short shelf life, is not easy to store for a long time, and is easy to cause discoloration and off-flavor; when the addition amount of kojic acid reaches a certain degree, contact dermatitis is easily caused; the pure chemical substances have good whitening effect, but have large side effect and are easy to hurt the skin; the pure natural plant extract has small side effect, but the active ingredients are difficult to be absorbed by the skin of the body and are easy to be covered by other substances, and the whitening effect cannot be fully exerted, so the effect is not ideal.
The skin structure is divided into epidermis and dermis; the epidermis is stacked in a layered structure and is positioned on the skin surface, and the epidermis layer can be divided into five layers. Base layer: i.e., the basal cell layer, is the lowest layer of the epidermis. The basal layer is a layer of cells with the strongest division and proliferation capacity in the epidermis, 30-50% of basal cells carry out nuclear division every day, the division cycle is about twenty days, and the generated new cells move upwards to enter the spinous layer, so the basal layer is also called as a germinal layer. The cells proliferating in the basal layer gradually move toward the epidermal layer and gradually differentiate into other layers. In the process of healing skin wounds, basal layer cells have important regeneration and repair functions. A spinous layer: the basal layer is composed of 4-10 layers of polygonal and large-volume spinous layer cells, and has division and proliferation capacity, but is limited to cells in the deep layer close to the basal layer. The cells in the deep part of the spinous layer are polygonal and flat as the depth of the spinous layer is increased. A particle layer: it is located in the superficial part of the spinous cell layer, usually in the epidermis of the palm and the foot, and has a cell thickness of up to 10 layers. It is also called the transition zone because it transitions between normal epidermal cells and dead keratinocytes. The 'membrane granules' in the cells on the upper part of the granular layer release phospholipid substances to the intercellular space, so that the adjacent cells are not easy to separate and become waterproof barriers, the body surface water is not easy to permeate, and the water in the body is prevented from permeating outwards. Transparent layer: is the prophase of the horny layer, consists of 2-3 layers of flat cells, has no nucleus and is only seen in the epidermis of the palm and the sole. HE dyeing is acidophilic, and the slices are bent in a wave-shaped band shape and have strong refractivity, so the film is named as a transparent layer. Has the barrier function of preventing water, electrolyte and chemical substances from passing through. On static electricity, the granular cell layer is a charge carrying negative charge band, and the transparent layer is a charge carrying positive charge band, which constitutes an important defense barrier of the epidermis. Horny layer: is the outermost layer of the epidermis, consisting of multiple layers of keratinocytes and stratum corneum lipids. The stratum corneum consists mainly of 5 to 10 flat, dead cells without nuclei, whereas the palmoplantar part can reach 40-50 layers. When these cells are shed, the cells in the underlying stratum basale are pushed up to form a new stratum corneum. This layer prevents water loss due to the formation of a sebum film. The normal water content of the horny layer is 20-25%, and when the water content of the horny layer is less than 10%, the horny layer can be dried and desquamated, and when the water content of the horny layer is less than 5%, the horny layer can be red, swollen, hot, painful and itchy. The cells, which are already keratinized, constitute the stratum corneum, which becomes dander after shedding. The germinal layer cells are continuously divided, and can supplement the desquamated cuticle. Under normal healthy conditions of the skin, there will be a metabolic cycle; pushing from inside to outside, the stroma blasts gradually grow and mature, finally become the stratum corneum and fall off; with the increase of age and the influence of external environment, the skin metabolism becomes slow, and metabolism difficulties of different degrees can occur; for example, if melanin metabolism is slowed down, pigmentation may appear and thus the melanin may evolve into spots; for example, water metabolism is too fast, which can cause water-oil imbalance; the stratum corneum metabolism is slow, so that the cutin can be slowly fallen off, the skin surface is rough, and the like.
The existing face cream product can only aim at solving a certain problem but cannot give consideration to various effects, such as comprehensive problems in various aspects of moisturizing, moistening, whitening, freckle removing, anti-aging, skin tightening and the like, and even if the existing commercially available product is declared to be capable of solving the problems in various aspects, the propaganda effect is difficult to achieve really and practically. Therefore, there is a need for a facial cream product that substantially moisturizes, whitens, removes freckles, resists aging, compacts the skin, maintains youthful facial skin, and does not damage the skin for long-term use.

The term "vitamin C inducer" as used herein is a derivative of vitamin C, which is conventionally commercially available, has a smaller molecular weight and is more easily absorbed. Generally, vitamin C inducer has high stability and is not easily oxidized by air.
Researchers have shown that vitamin C taken from the diet can be stored in humans at most 1200 mg, and only 9% of them can reach the skin, and thus the skin needs to be metabolized in the environment and consumed a lot of vitamin C are not sufficiently satisfied at all. Therefore, the vitamin C content in the skin can meet the requirements of inhibiting melanin and resisting free radicals by means of local application. Researches also find that the high-purity vitamin C under normal state is very unstable, is easy to oxidize and decompose, cannot be stored for a long time, and cannot ensure the using effect.
The term "vitamin C" as used herein is water-soluble (its aqueous solution is acidic) and is a strong antioxidant, but also protects other antioxidants, such as vitamin a, vitamin E, unsaturated fatty acids, from free radicals harmful to the human body. The strength of the vessel wall is strongly related to vitamin C, the microvessels are the smallest of all vessels, the wall may have a cell thickness, and the strength and elasticity are determined by collagen which is responsible for connecting cells and has a daubing effect. The presence of vitamin C helps the skin to maintain elasticity and vitality.
Enzymes are catalysts for biochemical reactions, and some enzymes require free sulfur groups (-SH) to remain active. Vitamin C can reduce disulfide bond (-S-S) to-SH, thereby improving activity of related enzyme and playing antioxidation role. The vitamin C, glutathione and-SH can form powerful antioxidant combination to eliminate free radical effectively, prevent lipid peroxidation and toxic action of some chemical matters and protect normal metabolism of skin cells. In addition, vitamin C can enhance chemotaxis and deformability of neutrophils, improve bactericidal ability, promote lymphoblast generation, improve recognition and killing of foreign and malignant cells, improve immunity of human body, and inhibit virus proliferation.
Preferably, vitamin C used in the present invention is vitamin C lyophilized powder, which is commercially available. The vitamin C freeze-dried powder ensures that the vitamin C is not oxidized in the processes of extraction and storage, and the antioxidant activity of the vitamin C freeze-dried powder is maintained to the maximum extent in the process of later use.
After the vitamin C inductor is matched with vitamin C and other active ingredients, the vitamin C inductor can realize the following effects: 1. active oxygen free radicals are removed, and skin aging is prevented; 2. promoting the generation of ceramide, wherein the ceramide is a colorless, transparent and liquid water-soluble lipid, can regularly regenerate keratin, promote cell metabolism and can transmit cell information; 3. inhibiting melanin generation, removing color spots, whitening skin, and removing speckle; 4. anti-inflammatory effect, acne removing, and sensitive skin repairing; 5. inhibiting and regulating sebum secretion, and shrinking pores; 6. increasing collagen of skin, and improving skin wrinkle and flabbiness; 7. promoting blood circulation and improving wrinkle.
Vitamin C has poor permeability and hardly penetrates the stratum corneum. If the anti-wrinkle effect is to be realized, a vitamin C inducer with strong permeability needs to be matched for use, then the vitamin C inducer can act on the dermis layer and reach the inside of the skin, the vitamin C can be restored through in-vivo enzyme decomposition, and acne removal and inflammation diminishing can be realized by matching with other active ingredients.
Collagen is the main component in skin, and accounts for more than 72% of the protein content in skin cells. The skin luster depends on the water content, and the collagen has good water retention capacity, so that the skin is moist, glossy and healthy.
