Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of flatness and error measurement, in particular to an instrument and a method for measuring flatness by utilizing linear light sources such as a laser emitter, an infrared emitter and the like, which are suitable for measuring flatness and errors of a large plane object or a construction area.
Background
When a plane object or area is constructed or inspected, whether the flatness meets the requirement needs to be measured, and the smaller the flatness value is, the flatter the surface of the object or area is. At present, when the flatness of a plane object or a construction area with a large area is measured, the difference of the heights of the positions at different distances can be only roughly estimated through a level ruler or a measuring tape, but the actual data difference cannot be accurately read, and an accurate flatness value is difficult to obtain. The laser or the infrared has the linear transmission characteristic, the collimation of the laser is better, and the linear transmission effect is better, so the leveling is performed by using the characteristic of the laser or the infrared.

The instrument for measuring the flatness by using the linear light source has the advantages that the device is simple in structure, and can accurately judge whether any two points of a plane are horizontal or not through the matching of the emitting device and the laser receiving device and rapidly and visually measure the accurate height difference values at different positions on the plane.
Further, the linear light source is a laser emitter or an infrared emitter.
Furthermore, the part above the zero scale mark of the height difference measuring part is a positive value, and the absolute value is sequentially increased from bottom to top; the part below the zero scale mark is a negative value, and the absolute value is increased from top to bottom in sequence.
Furthermore, the transmitting device and the receiving device are respectively made of stainless steel materials.
A measuring method of the above-mentioned instrument for measuring flatness using laser is implemented by the steps of:
s1, fixing the launching device at any position of the plane where construction is completed;
s2, fixing the receiving device at a random spot check position on the plane where the construction is completed, and rotating the emitting part of the emitting device to make the linear light source align with the height difference measuring part on the receiving device;
and S3, turning on the linear light source, irradiating the laser line on the scale mark of the height difference measuring part, checking whether the laser is positioned above the zero scale mark or below the zero scale mark, reading the corresponding numerical value of the laser line and judging whether the required flatness is achieved.
The measuring method has the advantages that the method is convenient to operate, whether the plane is horizontal or not can be accurately judged through the matching of the emitting device and the laser receiving device, and the accurate height difference values at different positions on the plane can be rapidly and visually read.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It is to be understood that the following description is only for purposes of clearly illustrating the present invention and is not to be taken in a limiting sense.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, there are shown a transmitting device and a receiving device constituting an instrument for measuring flatness using a laser. The transmitting device is composed of a transmitting device base 3, a transmitting part and the like.
The emitter base 3 is round platform shape, and the emission portion 1 is cylindrical, and the emission portion 1 passes through connecting axle 4 and sets up in emitter base 3 top. Connecting axle 4 one end fixed connection is at 3 tops of emitter base, and the junction of the 4 other ends of connecting axle and 1 bottoms of transmission portion sets up the bearing, realizes that transmission portion bottom and emitter base 3's bearing are connected to transmission portion 1 can rotate relative emitter base 3. The outer surface of the emitting part is embedded with a laser emitter 2 emitting light parallel to the horizontal plane, and the laser emitter 2 can also be replaced by an infrared emitter, but when the distance is larger, a laser emitter with good linear emitting performance is preferred. When the emitting part 1 rotates relative to the emitting device base 3 by the rotation of the bearing, the laser emitted by the laser emitter 2 is always parallel to the horizontal plane.
The receiving device comprises a receiving device base 5, a height difference measuring part and the like, and the receiving device base 5 and the height difference measuring part are fixedly connected through a connecting shaft. The receiving device base 5 is also in the shape of a circular truncated cone and has the same height as the transmitting device base 3, and the surface of the height difference measuring part is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed scale marks with the unit of mm. When the emitting device and the receiving device are arranged on a horizontal plane together, the position of the zero scale mark 6 is as high as the laser emitter 2. For the upper scale mark 7 above the zero scale mark 6, the numerical value is a positive value, and the absolute values are sequentially increased from bottom to top; for the lower scale mark 8 below the zero scale mark 6, the value is negative, and the absolute value increases from top to bottom. In order to enhance the wear resistance and the definition of the scale marks, the level difference measuring portion is made of a stainless steel material. The whole transmitting device and the whole receiving device can also be made of stainless steel materials, so that the durability and the stability of the transmitting device and the receiving device are improved, and other suitable materials can also be adopted.
A measuring method of the instrument for measuring flatness using a laser line as described above is implemented by the steps of:
and S1, fixing the launching device at any position of the plane where construction is finished.
S2, the receiver is fixed at a random spot check position in the plane where the construction is completed, and the transmitter is rotated to align the laser transmitter 2 with the height difference measuring part on the receiver.
S3, turning on the laser emitter 2, the laser emitter 2 emitting horizontal laser, the laser irradiating on the scale mark of the height difference measuring part along the arrow direction shown in fig. 5, checking whether the laser is located above the zero scale mark or below the zero scale mark, when the reading is located at the zero scale mark, indicating that the two positions are equal in height, when the reading is located above the zero scale mark (positive value), indicating that the receiving device is located higher than the emitting device, and when the reading is located below the zero scale mark (positive value), indicating that the receiving device is located lower than the emitting device; and accurately reading the numerical value of the laser corresponding to the scale mark, wherein the numerical value is the height difference between the two positions, and judging whether the required flatness is achieved. For example, for a construction plane, the surface flatness of the construction plane is required to be not more than 2mm, several sampling points are randomly selected on the surface of the construction plane, and the height difference between each sampling point and the emitting device is measured respectively, so that the height difference between each sampling point and the emitting device can be obtained, if the height difference between any two points meets the requirement of plus or minus 2mm, the construction plane meets the construction requirement, otherwise, the construction plane needs to be further adjusted.
The instrument and the method for measuring the flatness by using the laser have the advantages that the device is simple in structure, the measuring method is simple and convenient to operate, whether the plane is horizontal or not can be accurately judged through the matching of the emitting device and the laser receiving device, and the accurate height difference values at different positions on the plane can be rapidly and visually measured.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Various modifications and equivalent changes may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and such modifications and changes are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
