Abstract
The invention relates to a magnetic force control underground pipeline dredging or reconstruction construction method and a construction device in the field of underground pipeline dredging and reconstruction engineering, which utilize the characteristic that a magnetic field can penetrate foundation soil to generate action, move a guide device (2) on the ground, pull or push the construction device through the magnetic force action between the guide device (2) and the construction device, and simultaneously complete the updating reconstruction or the reinforcement of an underground pipeline (1) by the construction device or dredge and clean the underground pipeline (1).
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of underground pipeline dredging and reconstruction engineering.
Background
Underground piping works are like the blood vessels which live in cities, are various in variety and criss-cross, comprise fluid conveying pipelines for supplying water, sewage, rainwater, coal gas and the like, flexible pipelines for electric power, communication and the like, are buried underground for different times, service lives and the like, and are generally buried shallowly. The construction of dredging, cleaning or updating, reinforcing, expanding and protecting the built pipelines often needs to dig the road surface above the pipelines, commonly called as the road zipper-opening project, which has great influence on urban traffic and high social cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The first purpose of the invention is to provide a magnetic control underground pipeline dredging or reconstruction construction method, which can avoid road surface excavation and realize underground pipeline cleaning and dredging under the condition that the road surface is not damaged.
The first construction method for dredging or reforming the underground pipeline under magnetic control comprises the following steps:
a) positioning a position to be repaired of the built underground pipeline, placing a construction appliance which can be pulled by magnetic force in the underground pipeline from the position of the inspection well, and placing a guide appliance which can generate magnetic force action with the construction appliance on the ground above the underground pipeline;
b) so that magnetic force action is generated between the construction tool and the guide tool;
c) moving the guide device on the ground, pulling or pushing the construction device through the magnetic force action between the guide device and the construction device, and simultaneously dredging and cleaning the underground pipeline by the construction device;
d) and (5) removing underground pipelines, dredging, cleaning residues and taking out the construction apparatus.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a construction device for the first magnetic control underground pipeline dredging or reconstruction construction method, which can smoothly realize the first magnetic control underground pipeline dredging or reconstruction construction method, and has the advantages of low manufacturing cost and high construction speed.
The construction device used in the first magnetic force control underground pipeline dredging or reforming construction method comprises two parts, namely a guiding device and a pipeline dredging or cleaning device, wherein the guiding device has a ground moving function and can generate a magnetic force effect with the pipeline dredging or cleaning device, and the pipeline dredging or cleaning device can move in an underground pipeline and complete the underground pipeline dredging or cleaning work.

d) continuously feeding the updated underground pipeline or the materials required by the reinforcement and the reconstruction of the underground pipeline into the construction appliance by the inspection well;
e) and the installation of the updated pipeline or the transformation and reinforcement of the pipeline under the original site are finished by the construction tool.
The fourth purpose of the invention is to provide a construction device for the second magnetic force control underground pipeline dredging or reconstruction construction method, which can smoothly realize the second magnetic force control underground pipeline dredging or reconstruction construction method, and has the advantages of low cost and convenient operation.
The second construction device used in the magnetic force control underground pipeline dredging or reconstruction construction method comprises a guiding device and a pipeline updating or reinforcing device, wherein the guiding device has a function of moving on the ground and can generate a magnetic force action with the pipeline updating or reinforcing device, and the pipeline updating or reinforcing device has a function of updating or reinforcing the underground pipeline.
In the second construction apparatus for magnetically dredging or reconstructing an underground pipeline, the pipeline renewing or reinforcing apparatus includes an energy supply device, a rotating device, and a new pipeline installation or old pipeline reinforcing device, wherein the energy supply device is a device for providing energy required for rotation to the rotating device, the rotating device is a device rotating relative to the underground pipeline, and the new pipeline installation or old pipeline reinforcing device is firmly connected to the rotating device and has a function of installing a new pipeline to renew an old pipeline or reinforce an old pipeline.
The magnetic force control underground pipeline dredging or reconstruction construction method and the construction device utilize the characteristic that a magnetic field can penetrate foundation soil to generate action, dredge, clean or update and reinforce the underground pipeline on the ground surface, can avoid road surface excavation while achieving the construction purpose, can utilize night construction without traffic jam, avoid the influence of underground pipeline construction on urban traffic, and have prominent social benefit and environmental protection benefit.

Detailed Description
As a first embodiment of the invention, the working principle and the specific implementation steps of a first magnetic force control underground pipeline dredging or transforming construction method and a construction device of the invention are described with reference to FIG. 1. Referring to fig. 1, an underground pipe (1) is buried under a road surface, and first, the construction and operation principle of a construction apparatus used in a first magnetic force controlled underground pipe dredging or rebuilding construction method according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1. The construction device comprises a guiding device (2) and a pipeline dredging or cleaning device, wherein the guiding device (2) is a device capable of moving on the ground and generating magnetic force action with the pipeline dredging or cleaning device, and the pipeline dredging or cleaning device can move in an underground pipeline and complete the underground pipeline dredging or cleaning work. In this embodiment, the pipeline dredging or cleaning device may be a structure as shown in fig. 1, and includes a frame (3), a dredging or cleaning blade (4), a rotating device (5) and a sliding wheel (6), wherein the sliding wheel (6) and the rotating device (5) are installed on the frame (3), the dredging or cleaning blade (4) is installed on the rotating device (5), the rotating device (5) is a device with a rotating function, and the rotating device (5) drives the dredging or cleaning blade (4) to rotate so as to crush and clean the attachments or deposits in the underground pipeline (1), thereby achieving the purpose of dredging or cleaning the pipeline. The following part of this embodiment, with reference to fig. 1, describes the specific implementation steps of the first magnetically controlled underground pipe dredging or rebuilding construction method of the present invention. The method comprises the steps of firstly, positioning a position to be repaired of an established underground pipeline (1), placing a construction appliance which can be pulled by magnetic force into the underground pipeline (1) from an inspection well position, and placing a guide appliance (2) which can generate magnetic force action with the construction appliance on the ground above the underground pipeline. In this step, the pipeline inspection shaft is used as an operation surface for putting in construction tools, so that road surface excavation can be avoided, the first step is completed, and the second step is started. In this step, a magnetic force is generated between the construction tool and the guide tool (2). The guiding means (2) may be a movable permanent magnet or an electromagnetic generating device, which may generate a magnetic field. The construction tool itself is of a metal structure and can be used as a magnetic inductor, and a magnetic field generating device can be placed in the construction tool, and the guide tool (2) is used as the magnetic inductor. In this step, only a magnetic force action needs to be generated between the guide tool (2) and the construction tool. And finishing the second step and entering the third step. In the step, the guiding tool (2) is moved on the ground, the construction tool is pulled or pushed through the magnetic action between the guiding tool (2) and the construction tool, and meanwhile, the construction tool is used for dredging and cleaning the underground pipeline. In the step, the guide tool (2) can push the construction tool forwards under the action of magnetic force, and can also control the construction tool to contact with the side wall of the underground pipeline (1) in specific directions in all directions by adjusting the strength of the magnetic field, so that the construction tool can completely clean the blockage in the underground pipeline (1). And finishing the third step and entering the fourth step. In this step, the underground pipeline is removed for dredging, the residues are cleaned, and the construction apparatus is taken out. In the step, the blockage in the underground pipeline (1) can be milled and cut up through the rotation of the dredging or cleaning blade (4) and is removed from the underground pipeline. As a second embodiment of the present invention, the working principle and the specific implementation steps of a second magnetically controlled underground pipe dredging or rebuilding construction method and device of the present invention are described with reference to FIG. 2. As shown in fig. 2, the second magnetically controlled underground pipeline dredging or rebuilding construction device described in this embodiment includes two parts, namely a guiding tool (2) and a pipeline renewing or rebuilding device, wherein the guiding tool (2) is a device which can move on the ground and can generate a magnetic force with the pipeline dredging or rebuilding device, and the pipeline renewing or rebuilding device is a device which can move near the underground pipeline and has a renewing or rebuilding function for the underground pipeline (1). In this embodiment, the pipeline renewing or reinforcing device comprises an energy supply device (8), a rotating device (5), and a new pipeline installation or old pipeline reinforcing device (7), wherein the energy supply device (8) is a device for providing energy required by rotation for the rotating device (5), the rotating device (5) is a rotatable device, the new pipeline installation or old pipeline reinforcing device (7) is firmly connected with the rotating device (5), and the old pipeline can be replaced by a new pipeline or the old pipeline can be reinforced. The second magnetically-controlled underground pipeline dredging or rebuilding construction method introduced in this embodiment is similar to the first embodiment in specific implementation steps, and is different in that an updated underground pipeline is adopted to replace an old pipeline, the updated pipeline is sleeved on the periphery of the old pipeline, the old pipeline is broken or cut in sections by using the rotating device (5), and the old pipeline is taken out in sections at the pipeline inspection well to complete pipeline updating. In this embodiment, if the old pipeline is reinforced, the old pipeline can be reinforced by conveying the reinforcing material.

Claims (6)
1. A construction method for dredging or reforming an underground pipeline under magnetic control comprises the following steps:
a) positioning a position to be repaired of the built underground pipeline, placing a construction appliance which can be pulled by magnetic force in the underground pipeline from the position of the inspection well, and placing a guide appliance which can generate magnetic force action with the construction appliance on the ground above the underground pipeline;
b) so that magnetic force action is generated between the construction tool and the guide tool;
c) moving the guide device on the ground, pulling or pushing the construction device through the magnetic force action between the guide device and the construction device, and simultaneously dredging and cleaning the underground pipeline by the construction device;
d) and (5) removing underground pipelines, dredging, cleaning residues and taking out the construction apparatus.
2. A construction device for dredging or reforming underground pipeline under magnetic control as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device comprises a guiding device (2) and a pipeline dredging or cleaning device, wherein the guiding device (2) is a device capable of moving on the ground and generating magnetic force between the guiding device and the pipeline dredging or cleaning device, and the pipeline dredging or cleaning device is a device capable of moving in the underground pipeline and performing the function of dredging or cleaning the underground pipeline.
3. The construction equipment for magnetically controlled dredging or rebuilding of underground pipeline according to claim 2, wherein said pipeline dredging or rebuilding device comprises energy supply device, rotation device (5), and dredging or rebuilding blade (4), wherein the energy supply device is the device for providing the rotation device (5) with energy needed for rotation, the rotation device (5) is the device with rotation function in underground pipeline, the dredging or rebuilding blade (4) is firmly connected with the rotation device (5), and the dredging or rebuilding blade (4) is the device with function of rebuilding obstacle in underground pipeline (1).
4. A construction method for dredging or reforming an underground pipeline under magnetic control comprises the following steps:
a) positioning a position to be repaired of the built underground pipeline, placing a construction appliance which can be pulled by magnetic force near the underground pipeline from the position of the inspection well, and placing a guide appliance (2) which can generate magnetic force action with the construction appliance on the ground above the underground pipeline;
b) so that a magnetic force action is generated between the construction tool and the guide tool (2);
c) moving the guide tool (2) on the ground, drawing or pushing the construction tool through the magnetic force action between the guide tool (2) and the construction tool, and finishing the updating and reconstruction or reinforcement of the underground pipeline by the construction tool;
d) continuously feeding the updated underground pipeline or the materials required by the reinforcement and the reconstruction of the underground pipeline into the construction appliance by the inspection well;
e) and the installation of the updated pipeline or the transformation and reinforcement of the pipeline under the original site are finished by the construction tool.
5. A construction device for magnetically controlled dredging or rebuilding of underground pipeline according to claim 4, comprising a guiding device (2) and a pipeline renewing or rebuilding device, wherein the guiding device (2) is a device capable of moving on the ground and generating magnetic force with the pipeline renewing or rebuilding device, and the pipeline renewing or rebuilding device is a device capable of renewing or rebuilding underground pipeline (1).
